Jessica walked through the doors to Merlotte's and looked around. It was very crowded tonight and Jessica could just barely make out Sookie going from table to table. Even Vampire eyes are no match for a huge crowd. "I wonder what the occasion is." She said to Kyle, who was right behind her. She noticed Sookie hadn't waved or made a sign that she knew Jessica was there but Jessica smiled anyway. Her eyes scanned for an empty booth and finally found one...right in the middle. "Come on." She said to Kyle and then began to walk over to the table, feeling more and more self conscious with every step.

"Hmm...Maybe it's someone's birthday or something..." He said, giving the first answer that came into his head as he followed the vampire to a table, were he gladly took a seat. Getting out of the throng of bodies moving here and there. "Well, Merlottre's is kinda packed tonight" He commented obviously.

She laughed and took the seat across from him. "Yeah, it is." She commented back, unable to shake that feeling that they were on some sort of date or something. Luckily, a waitress picked that moment to come up and take their order. It was Sookie's redhead friend and she was surprisingly fast to get to them when Merlotte's was so packed. Maybe she's been working here for so long, it's pretty easy for her no matter what size the crowd is. Jessica looked up at the Waitress and putting on a smile. "What can I get you?" She asked, showing that she strongly disliked asking for a Vampire's order. "B positive, please." Jessica said without having to look at the menu. "And you?" The waitress asked, turning towards Kyle.

Kyle was surprised that Jessica just ordered some blood as if it was nothing. Well, it should be taken as nothing, but some people tended to make a big deal out of it. "I'll just have a sprite please" He said, watching Arlene take down the order and then go off to take care of it.
"Is B positive the nicest flavour?" Totally random question, but Kyle can be nosey like that

Jessica shrugged her shoulders. "It's the flavor I prefer." She explained. "There's four flavors, I guess you could say, for the four blood types in the world. A, B, AB and O. AB is apparently the most rare blood type. At least, that's what I heard."

"Yeah, I read in biology class that AB negative is the rarest blood type, but I could be wrong. It was a while ago when I read it. You ever tried it?" Another random question, but at least this time it was relevant to the topic of conversation.

"Yeah, once. It was disgusting, well to me." She laughed. "Apparently, each blood type tastes different. It's really weird how that works." Arlene had arrived then with their drinks. She put down Jessica's bottle of blood first without a word and then Kyle's glass of sprite. "Enjoy." She said simply and walked away again. Jessica made a fact at Arlene's retreating back and uncapped her blood. "But they sure don't look different." She commented before pressing her lips to the bottle.

"Well, suppose blood would get a bit boring if there wasn't the variety" He tried joking, lifting his sprite to take a good slug of it. Ahh... Most people would prefer coke of pepsi, but there was jsut something about sprite that made it better than others. Probably because when it went flat it still tasted the same, unlike coke.
"So what have you been up to recently. I haven't seen you in a wee while"

She laughed half-heartedly at his joke. "Yeah." She said awkwardly before taking another sip of her blood and putting it down on the table. A blood mustache was formed on her upper lip. "I've been out and about." She said. "It gets lonely sometimes so I just wander around when Bill is here or whatever. I ran into this other Vampire the other night, he was such a creep." She remembered her and Aletes' conversation very well, like it was yesterday. He had tried to convince her to ally him in his stupid way of only drinking human blood and wouldn't give up until another Vampire literally ran into Jessica demanding information about Eric. That was the end of that.

Kyle felt sympathy for Jessica when she said that she got lonely. Maybe he should call her up more often. But he coulnd't hang out with her every night, his body would collapse. But then that sympathy turned to alarm when she talked about the vampire who' was such a creep'. "This vampire, he didn't...try anything on did he?" Jessica may be a vampire, but against a male vampire, and an older vampire, she was vulnerable.

Jessica shrugged her shoulders. "He kept trying to convince me to join him and be his ally in his way of living on human blood. I obviously refused and he just wouldn't get the hint. Apparently he can defeat Bill, which I highly doubt but whatever." She said and took another sip of her blood.

Wow, this guy, vamp, souded like real trouble. If he's only feeding off of human blood that will cause trouble for both the human and vampire populations. And the politics between the two were already dicey enough. "He sounds like he could stir sh!t up. Maybe you should tell someone about him, someone who could do something with him" He said, taking another sip of his carbonated drink. "Maybe Pam and the other vampires of Fangtasia could help..." He mused out loud.

"He probably will stir sh.it up." She said confidently. "He hates the human race with every aspect of his being. Why, I have no idea but he just does." Jessica had originally thought of going to Eric, which was surprising for her, but she hadn't, she hadn't even told Bill about Aletes, which wasn't so surprising. "I'm sure if he does anything, Eric or Pam will take action or something." She knew how they, namely Pam, did not tolerate this sort of thing.

"Yeah, I can't see Pam standing for that type of crap, but what about until they find out? He's out there, he could be hurting peole, or even vampires, as we speak. Shouldn't we alert them ASAP?" He asked, taking a large gulp of his sprite, almost finishing it, the fizz sliding down his throat momentarily taking his mind off of the psycho vamp running aorund.

Jessica shrugged and finished the last of her blood. "Sure." She said, licking the mustache off of her upper lip. "I don't know exactly what they'll do about it but might as well give it a shot."
