Anouk pulled up in her new (well, new to her, it was pre-owned) Cayman Porsche, something stylish, yet not too expensive. It had a slightly faded crimson paint job, a few scratches and the handle was broken on the passenger side, but it got her places in relatively good style. Parking under some weeping willows, the moon light beat down on Anouk's dark hair, reflecting this in a shimmery, almost ethereal sense. What she came here for, she didn't exactly know. For some quiet, time to herself? Well, she had that for a few decades. Maybe it was to be around these humans, to reflect upon her own dying humanity. Letting these thoughts flutter in and out of her mind, she clicked on the radio to her favorite station, Light Jazz from the 40's and 50's. Well, that wasn't the actual name, but that's what it was. A classy station for a classy woman.
Anouk rolled the window down, feeling the air brush against her cold skin, a certain pallor illuminated from her as she let her left arm drift out the window, resting against the side of the car. Nodding her head a bit to the music, it was all so reminiscent of days passed. She began to mutter to herself the words to some of the songs, but never letting them form an actual singing voice. Anouk definitely had no vocal talent, but could play Beethoven's Ode to Joy on the cello perfectly after years of practice. She smiled to herself, thinking about these things, and began to let her mind drift away ever so slowly.

Jessica was on the prowl, for what she didn't know or even for who. But she did know something, something was in her chest exploding. She had no idea but she knew it was good, she could feel that it was good. So her mind and feet took her wherever they wanted to. Tonight, they apparently wanted to go to Lookout Point. Jessica let them, her mind to focused around a certain human she knew.
"Yeah, you move me like I've never been moved." The singer's voice on the iPod touch she was holding sang out. "Got that right." She said and smiled to herself. Bill wasn't around lately and Jessica was pretty happy about that. His not being around meant she was able to do things she wanted, like go for midnight walks around Bon Temps and steal electronic devices from teenage humans.
Up ahead were trees, more road and...car headlights. Jessica stopped once she saw light coming up ahead and instinctively withdrew the iPod from her pocket. Pressing the stop button, she looked back up and heard very old music. "Eww." She muttered under her breath, putting the iPod back inside her pocket. A light breeze picked up so Jessica resumed her walking. She didn't know who this was but at a time of night like this it was probably a fellow Vampire.

Her toe began to tap against the rubber mat on the bottom of the car floor as the music played, it became a little more upbeat as the minutes passed. Looking around, she saw she was the only car in this part of Lookout, but Anouk actually liked this. As soon as she realized this, something coming closer piqued her interest. She dimmed her headlights and looked closer, hearing solitary footsteps. Odd. Someone out this late by themselves. Bon Temps wasn't known for having many vampires, it wasn't a big town like Shreveport or Baton Rouge that had hundreds of vampires.
Turning her radio up a little more, she began to scan through the stations, hitting a popular station. The song "Calle Ocho" by Pitbull came on, a heavy beat, latin-american inspired club hit. It was something new that perked up Anouk's ear. Suddenly, this overwhelming urge to dance came up, but by herself? Nothing weirder, but this song was just so...energetic. Maybe the classic, slow-moving, eloquent Anouk needed to let all this pent up energy out in a club or something. But for now, she'd just nod her head and resist the urge to move her hips and feet. As the figure approached her even closer, she got the sense it was a vampire, like herself. An incredibly young one, not even a year old. Getting out of her car, not before turning up the music and turned the key backwards for the battery only, she hopped on the hood of the car, trying to see the figure closer.

The car headlights dimmed and Jessica's mind snapped back to reality. Raising her eyebrows, she heard another song play and it had a very loud rhythm to it. She took out the iPod again and scrolled through the songs, finally settling on 'Always You' by Amber Pacific. The two songs clashed and Jessica laughed loudly.
But then she saw an outline of a body get out and sit on the hood of the car. "Hmm." She murmured to herself, pausing the iPod and putting it back in her pocket again. She was a good four feet from the car and she stopped again. Her senses told her that this new person was in fact a Vampire. The song that was playing in the Vampire's car was very catchy, for lack of better word and Jessica could only imagine what she'd do if she were with someone else.
Smiling at the thought, she stayed where she was and looked at the fellow Vampire. "Uhh, hello?" She said awkwardly.

Anouk began to nod her head to the song, her shoulders moving a bit at the end, then another song popped on immediately: something by a Lady of sorts, Lady Gaga? What an odd name, but the song was upbeat and very catchy, Just Dance. Anouk's toes did that blasted tapping again as the electronic music filled her ears. This was definitely a far cry from Ode To Joy on a cello. Right as she started to sprawl out on the hood of her car, the figure kept coming closer, and eventually spoke up. It was a little girl. Well, not little, but younger. Maybe 20, 21? Anouk couldn't tell ages, but she knew this one was vampire, and she acted accordingly. "Uhh, hello?"
Anouk sat up, placing her elbows behind her on the car, and smiled a bit. It was a little odd, Anouk felt so...free, out here at night, especially after her romp with Derek. "Oh, hello. Sorry, are my lights to bright or is the music too loud?"She chuckled a little between are and sorry, Anouk was a little bit of a nervous laugher. Anouk slid off the car and reached inside the driver side to turn the music down a little.

Jessica smiled. "It's fine, I was just going for a midnight walk." She said and then looked at Anouk's car. "Whoa! Nice car!" She said excitedly and smiled again. Jessica was very outgoing, especially in this un-life and she loved meeting fellow Vampires. She had changed a bit from when she was only a few nights old. But she'd always ask a lot of questions. "How much was it? Is it yours?" She asked, tilting her head to look at the Porsche at a better angle.

Wow, this girl was an early talker. She seemed so enthusiastic, and sweet actually. Most younger ones are rather, bloodlustful, but she had a bubbly exterior about her. It was cute. When Jessica asked about her car, she was a bit bashful, but gave it a go. "Whoa! Nice car!" With that compliment, Anouk tackled her questions. "How much was it? Is it yours? Anouk thought about her answer for a moment, and finally came up with a rough number. "Well, I'm not a big car fan, but I do know it's a Cayman Porsche. It's a used one, so it was around 30 grand, but most of the money to get it was a gift. And yeah, it's all mine." Anouk had sort of a proud smile on her face, Maryam did have quite the wealth after centuries of collecting gems, art and other artifacts that sold very, very well to museums and collectors.
With that out of the way, Anouk tilted her head a bit at Jessica, seeing her curious little eyes view the car. Anouk was interested in this girl, she was like a little kitten, energetic and inquisitive. "I'm Anouk by the way." She smiled again at Jessica, crossed her arms and leaned against the vehicle.

Jessica instantly became intrigued and her eyes slightly widened. "Wow..." She trailed off, the human she'd been thinking of momentarily disappearing from her mind. "That's so cool!" She smiled at the Vampire's proud smile but could not stop gaping at the car. "Oh, sorry. I'm Jessica." She said, after she realized Anouk had introduced herself. "Nice to meet you." Her eyes were still gaping at the car. "What's it like to drive and...ride in?"

Jessica, eh? So...American. It was, like Jessica, cute. Anouk noticed Jessica eying her car, and felt almost bad for her. It was only a car after alll, Jessica was young and weak, so there wasn't any harm letting her sit in the Cayman.
"What's it like to drive and...ride in?" Anouk giggled a bit, before answering her and then asking a question.
"It's, smooth. I've gone from horses, to chariots, to buggies, to steam powered cars and now onto this. It's a nice change." Anouk paused for a moment, before getting up from leaning against it. "Do you want to sit in it? I don't bite, well, not hard." Anouk smiled as she waved her hand towards the passenger side, but she wasn't about to open the door for Jessica, not until she accepted her offer.

"Wow, that's different." She said and then her face lite up, metaphorically, at Anouk's asking if she wanted to see in it. "Really?" She asked excitedly and sped over to the passenger's seat and hopped in. She looked around her at the inside. "Wow, this is one cool car!" She practically shouted, not caring who, besides Anouk, heard. "You're pretty lucky!"

Anouk was almost aghast the way Jessica just hopped in her car, but shrugged it off. She swung open the door to the car and slid in, putting her hands on the wheels, feeling some sort of energy course through her. "Wow, this is one cool car!" Anouk nodded in agreement, "Yeah, it's pretty nice." Sitting there, she played with the radio a bit, but let the station sit, playing some upbeat, pop music. Anouk wanted to know this girl a little better, so she decided to make a little conversation. "So, Jessica, do you come here often?" Wow, Anouk could only think about what a lame response that was, but went with it anyway.

She smiled back in response and continued to look around the car's interior. "No, I don't." She shook her head. "Only when I'm really bored or I just want to get out my house." She smirked at the thought of Bill being MIA for the past week or so and then leaned against the car seat comfortably. "And you?" She asked, crossing her legs.

Anouk laughed a bit and smiled, she was so full of life, this Jessica. "This is my first time here, actually. I live in Shreveport, but sometimes getting out of the big city is nice. You ever been there? They have a club, Fangtasia, it's pretty nice." She kept noticing how the young one looked around, almost in awe. Was she really this sheltered, or poor? Anouk wouldn't ask, it'd be rude, but it did linger on her mind.

Jessica practically forced her eyes to turn from the interior of the Porsche to Anouk. "Fangtasia's awesome." She said and then laughed. "That's the only place I've been in Shreveport to tell the truth. I'm guessing it's nothing like Bon Temps?" That being said, Jessica made a mental note to take a drive to Shreveport, maybe with Sookie, so they could have some bonding time while Bill's away and Jessica could see the city that homed Fangtasia.

Anouk smirked a little when Jessica was practically enamored with her car, then when those big, blue eyes of her set on Anouk, she wanted to keep looking into them. Odd. When she said she's been to Fangtasia, she was a little surprised. This little vampire seemed incredibly sheltered, but Anouk kept a straight face. "No, it's nothing like Bon Temps. Bon Temps is quiet, small and homey. Shreveport is loud, big and hectic. I bounce back and forth between the two." Anouk wondered if she should mention Derek, one of the reason she's been staying in Shreveport, but decided against it. "Have you met Eric Northman, he's quite the charmer." Anouk wanted to change the subject to avoid anything awkward as soon as possible.
