Dressed in a blue church-styled dress with her red hair pulled back into a long ponytail down her back, Jessica was sitting on the same tree stump Bill had sat on when she first awoke as a vampire. She didn't remember the process, evidently, because she was drained of all her human blood once Bill had bitten her neck. She did remember, however, the pain she felt once he had sunk his fangs into her.
Hovering over her, Bill looked into her eyes. "Are you a Christian?" Jessica asked, the fear not decreasing from her voice. Without withdrawing his hypnotizing gaze, Bill replied "I was." Thinking he was going to kill her, Jessica said "Jesus will take me home to Heaven." A new voice then spoke, it was the Magister. "There will be no need for glamour, just proceed." Realizing her life was going to end sooner then she thought, Jessica began to resist against Bill's tight hold. "No, No, No, No!" She repeated over and over. He managed to somehow have her neck in perfect line with his mouth, his fangs slowly extracting. Still resisting, Jessica began to cry again. With his fangs fully retracted, Bill muttered two words. "Forgive me," he said softly and then lowered his head towards his neck. Then, his fangs met her neck and pain swept all over Jessica as he drank and drank her blood, until eventually draining her.
Coming out of the first flashback, Jessica shuddered. She touched the spot where Bill's fangs had sunk in and shuddered again. "Ugh," she muttered to herself. She looked up at the dark night sky, almost as dark as the night she had been turned. She stood up and walked over to the spot she had risen from. "Hmph," she muttered to herself again before kicking the soft dirt harder then normal with her pale bare foot.
((For the flashback, I was going to copy the lines exactly from the scene but the user who posted it on YouTube, titled Bill's Punishment, removed it so I did the best I could.))

Nights can actually become boring for a vampire, especially one who has lived for so long. Sekhmet had managed to cross off everything on her to-do-when-bored listen about two thousand times each...a decade. Tonight involved a run through the woods. On occasion, she would run from Shreveport to Bon Temps, just for the hell of it. Somehow, it always seemed that Bon Temps had some good times, but that would only be after this companionship between some kind of gifted barmaid and Bill Compton began.
Sue was dressed in clothes that were not her usual style: sweats. Usually, she would be caught dead wearing them (no pun intended), but dresses and heels were not quite so athletic, so she caved for the night. Her sweats were black, with one of those stupid bars of fabric running up the sides of her pants, they were colored gold. Her cami was black and it showed off her top-section quite well. She had not bothered to put up her hair, it would be blowing in the wind from her speed after all.
Reaching the cemetary for an evening amongst the 'dead for good', Sue slowed down and noticed a girl nearby. With a simple sniff to the air, Sue's nostrils registered that this one was new, freshly turned. If anything, she could amuse herself by figuring out who created this vampire and why it was that she was kicking the dirt. Perhaps a connection to her past memories? A connection with another? It was odd, for most vampires would simple dig deep within themselves and daze off until needed. She was most certainly new at this.
"Fancying a night amongst the buried?" Sue asked, walking across the graves. If this redhead was new, she probably would not know how to recognize one of the old vampires from one of the young, so she was prepared to be treated like any other, not that it bothered her too much, groveling was disgusting. A quick glance to the feet informed Sue that this girl did not have on any shoes, which was also odd, since this was a graveyard and most did not even enjoy wiping dirt from the ground where people permenantly rest below.

Jessica had ceased her kicking before the woman spoke, due to her new vampire impulses that she had yet to learn to control. Turning around, she wiped off her dirty feet. "Eww, why did I have to forget shoes?" She asked out loud to no one in particular before facing the visitor. Being a new vampire, Jess did not know this woman was one of her rank. She, the woman, was dressed in what looked like athletic wear, something a human would use for exercise.
Remembering her manners, Jess smiled. "No, actually. This was where...uh" Before she knew it, she was at a loss for words. What if she's a human? Can I just blurt out I'm a Vampire? Oooh, what if she's a drainer? Bill did warn me about those. she thought to herself, without breaking eye contact with the girl. Deciding it was best to be honest, Jessica said "This was where I woke up as a...you know." She paused just to be dramatic. "Vampire" she whispered the last word.

The girl was new, it was very apparent without even smelling it. Well, at least she had already found a great vampire hang out: where the dead roam. She spoke to herself, something Sue was unfamiliar with because words were hardly said unless needed when a vampire had a thought. Maybe she had thought about that kind of stuff before and said it outloud, but not in the AD years, that was for sure. "Do not worry about your feet, you won't feel any pain underneath them. Shoes are a human necessity, not a vampire's," she spoke in a cool tone.
A curious temptation nearly caused Sue to ask 'no, I don't know what you mean,' but the redhead completed her sentence. "You say the word as with a slight air of regret. Are you disappointed to have joined our race?" she asked, shifting her weight to her left foot. Her hair was in dark curls and it rested on her shoulders, slightly more full from the wind that swept through it just seconds ago. Newborns always seemed to be so entertaining because they still have some humanity and it was quite interesting to see a vampire with some humanity. Of course, that would be weeded out fairly soon, but that all depended on who her maker was, wouldn't it?
"Who is it that owns you?" she asked, meaning who her maker was. There was word that someone had changed a girl as punishment, but Sue hardly kept her ears open for that conversation. Turning into vampire? As punishment?! If you were to ask Sue, it was a blessing to be vampire, much better than living a poor life in Egypt or where ever else anyone's origins were from. Humanity has always been so dull.

"Oh well, that's a relief." Jessica said in reply to the woman's first sentence. Before answering the woman's first question, however, she pondered over a few possible replies before settling on one. "No, not at all. I love being a vampire, I am able to do things I never would've been able to do in my human life." She said, hoping the woman would understand what she meant. Jessica's own hair whisked behind her back, in the long ponytail. Grabbing hold of it, she pulled the elastic out carelessly and put it around her wrist. Her pin-straight red hair then cascaded down onto her shoulders. "When you say 'owns me,' do you mean who made me?" She arrived at the woman's third and final question.

"But of course you can do what no human can," she added, glad that this one was not one of those depressing newborns who just cried for mommy and daddy. Those ones were always such a drag. As every newborn does, they do not understand the blood bond that they have with their maker. Of course, Sekhmet's maker has been long since gone, it is tough to survive this long as a vampire and her maker lived an even shorter life. How he passed, Sekhmet had no idea, but it was not her plan to snoop around, actually she was rather unaffected by the news of his death, well, redeath.
"Yes, the one who made you. Keep in mind that just because you are an American, you are not free, your blood belongs to who ever created you," Sue remarked. Manners were hardly ever needed in the vampire world and she had this long of a conversation without even asking who this vampire in front of her was. "I am Sue. Your name?" she asked, keeping this short. There was no need to paint all of her words out and tell about who she was and where she came from and all of that, a name and a request for a name was well enough for a vampire.

"Yep, I can." Jessica said triumphantly while smiling. She could see a wave of relief sweep over the woman. It must have been because Jessica didn't seem the annoying kind of newborns, this woman would be proved wrong. Her maker, Bill Compton, had had to make her as a form of punishment for killing another vampire, Longshadow, who was choking Sookie. Whether Bill regretted his punishment or not, Jessica didn't know. But she did know at times when she tried his patience, there was a hint of regret in him. "Bill Compton made me, for punishment. It's a long story." She said. "Wait, so you're telling me since my blood belongs to him, he knows it and so I can never overpower him or something?" This was new information to Jessica. She did know Bill's blood replaced her own and he shared his essence with her when they slept together in the ground as she was turning, not intercourse. "Oh, well my name is Jessica," she introduced herself, wondering if there was a need for her last name.

"Have you not been informed of your blood-bound-obedience?" she asked, recognizing the name Bill Compton. It was good that he had changed someone, it was about time. Bill was lacking on changing anyone and his quota had long since passed. Especially since now the Fellowship of the Sun was running around, killing every vampire, they needed more, so Jessica was a much needed addition. Although having this conversation with Jessica, it would seem that her maker was lacking on informing her the laws of being a vampire. It was not Sekhmet's place to tell her of these laws, it was Bill's, but she had a feeling they would come in handy. Bill always was the more human of the vampires, at times, he needed to be whipped into shape.
"Your blood was replaced with Bill's, correct?" she asked, keeping her same position, not even moving her chest while she breathed, which was probably because she did not breathe. "Well it is his vampiric blood that runs through you. When Bill tells you to do something, no matter what, you must do it, you cannot disobey your maker. Also, he will always be able to overpower you," she confirmed, but so would most other vampires, since she was so young. In a fight, Eric, Bill, Pam, Sekhmet, Bubba and even Isabel would be able to overpower Jessica, hopefully she never spit in their direction.

"No, he explained it all to me the first night I was a Vampire but he didn't mention the overpower part or the fact that I can't disobey him, if I recall." The smile had faded from Jessica's face and was replaced with one of her normal expressions, bored. "Yes, my blood was replaced with his." She continued wondering if there was a need to mention that Bill had shared his essence with her. Sue also being a vampire, well from the looks of it, more than likely knew the process or at least some of it.

"Do not worry, you are still young for a vampire, there is much to learn," she remarked, keeping her expression blank and impossible to read. While Sekhmet was young, there was only her maker who could teach her the ways, no one else could help along the ways. In the modern days, anyone could help, even someone who was not a vampire knew how to help a newborn, it seemed. Humans...
"Since your blood was replaced, it no longer belongs to you, it belongs to Bill Compton," she said, thinking more on the topic of Bill Compton. What had struck her odd was: how had Bill Compton helped the vampire community's numbers grow?

Jessica slumped her shoulders. "Great," she said, exaggerating the 'great.' Jessica looked up at the now lighting sky and wondered what time it was. Maybe Sue would have an idea, at least. She looked back to Sue, "Umm, would you happen to know the time?" She asked.

"Well, my dear, I do believe it is approaching dawn, possibly an hour away," she shrugged, looking up at the sky. Keeping track of time was no concern of Sekhmet's she always had somewhere to crash, even if she did not make it back to Shreveport in time, there were plenty of vampires along the way that owed her respect and they would allow her to rest until nightfall yet again approached. Only, it was terribly risky, there were those who had traitors amongst them, so making it home to Shreveport would be the best idea at the moment. "Speaking of which, lovely, I do believe I must leave you now and return to my hearth." With that, a quick spin and a dart across the cemetary that could only be accomplished by vampiric blood, she flew off and away from Bon Temps, racing to get home before the sun rose, that blasted sun.

Jessica also looked up at the night sky, suprised at how it was lighting so quickly. "F.uck Bill will kill me again if I don't get home now," she said and with that zoomed across the Graveyard, past all the Gravestones and up to Bill's porch. Throwing open the door quite dramatically but softly, Jessica looked up at the sky again; it was somehow lighter then it had been only about 5 seconds ago. Walking in and shutting the door close behind her, Jessica headed for the kitchen. Bill was still nowhere in sight but knowing him, he'd be opening that door any moment now. She grabbed B positive Tru Blood, heated it up, waited, took it out, popped off the cap, drank the whole thing in world record time. Sighing with pleasure and satisfaction, Jessica licked her lips clean and threw the bottle among others in Bill's, well their, blue recycle container that was used for Tru Blood and other items. Right next to it was the exact same container except in white, which was used for paper products and that stuff. Taking one last look out Bill's front window, she caught a very shot glimpse of the Vampire himself arriving at the front door in world record time. Before he could, Jessica was laid down in her 'hole' and retired for the morning.
