Anton Stravinos
2,500
Vampire
Anton is exactly 6'1 and weighs around 300 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes. his face has very soft, rounded features and always seems to enhance what ever emotion he is currently feeling. he is very amicable towards his fellow vampires. He is usually dressed somewhat formally, his favorite outfit being a solid white three piece suit.
Anton Stravinos was born in Greece in 486 BC. He was the third son to one of the most wealthy nobility families in the country. Most of his life up until this point was comprised of his strong appetites for wine and women. His father openly disliked him and never gave him any respect, constantly comparing him to his brothers, who were upstanding and virtuous douche bags. He was rather close to his mother who supported was quick to defend him. A month after Anton’s 24th birthday party his life was changed forever. A rogue pack of vampires lead by Angelica, a powerful elder. At 800 years old she and her pack made quick work of the human guards. They wanted to use the Stravinos family's money to fund an on-going conflict with the weres in France. They were originally going to just kill Anton but Angelica had different plans. She decides to turn him herself as a sick joke to a person who loved life so much. He was embraced and buried 9 feet underground. He awoke hungry and ripped his way out of his coffin to find his remaining family unconscious and tied to stakes around his burial site. He fed and drained all of them, including his mother, when he regained consciousness soon after he started to feed. He broke, not into tears or anything; his mind just silently broke right then and there.
He proved to be a quick study and impressed Angelica with his early comprehension of Vampire powers. He was enthralled with her and adopted her fanatical belief in vampire superiority. He also was more than a match for her in terms of pure sadism. After 65 years of being Angelica’s bootlick he delivered to the True Death. He moved around Europe living his dream of traveling and seeing other cultures, only now with the added bonus of killing whoever he wanted.
Personality in Two Steps:
Anton at this point has long outgrown his base blood lust. He is generally friendly and not too fast to show off or otherwise reveal anything indicating his true age. He likes his privacy and having younger vampires coming to him for guidance or offering offices of power violate that. Currently he has no desire to do anything but maintain his independence. That being said though, he is rather vulnerable to flattery and on his bad days seem like a down-right narcissist. His avoidance of power is deeply rooted in his narcissism in that he actually fears the possibility of failure, especially public failure.
He was one of the many vampires contacted leading up to the Great Revelation. He was initially against it but seeing that Tru Blood was a legitimate substitute for human blood he entertained the notion that coexistence may work.

I'd like to see Anton work through his general dislike of authority and responsibility through the interactions with the other players. I kinda want to show a vampire who is on the path to become a true monster be motivated to back away and try retain some of his humanity.

A calm wind waves through the leaves of the many trees that dot the landscape surrounding Anton's house. The wind picks up accompanied by the chopping sound of a descending helicopter. The landing is sound, as the engines slowly grind to a halt we see a tall, pale woman who appears to be in her mid 40s exit the craft, she is Nan Flanagan. She walks with the pace of someone who is thinking of several things she would rather be doing than enduring the hot summer nights of former Indochina. The House she is approaching is opulent, appearing to be a fusion of classic and modern forms of asian design. Two men guard the door but quickly open it, they seem to fear causing her to break stride by waiting.
Two marble doors open up to a light-tight room. Purple-tinted paper lamps cast a contradictory welcoming feeling to the sight of Anton lounging on a love seat next to a pool and a half-drained human on his arm. He pauses his feeding to look up, "Miss Flanagan, how unpleasant for you to have dropped in tonight, I suppose you would prefer me to tell you no in person rather than waste time on a phone call." He says this without bothering to wipe the blood from his mouth. Nan's face grows tighter than usual. "Trust me, i'd rather choke on silver than set foot in the swampy s*ithole you have been hiding in. Some of my colleagues think a vampire with your age and experience should be among those asked to directly weigh in on our upcoming plan. Personally I feel you have only gotten to be as old as you are by being a lazy coward who hides from the world but I am only one voice. Anton nods, his smile never leaving his face despite her insults. "My dear, my disinterest in your colleges opinion or their idiotic plan to expose our kind to humanity has not nor will ever change." He leans back in his seat and points at the door. Nan's face relaxes a bit. "It works. We perfected the blood substitute, like you said we wouldn't, we also infiltrated and subverted the Monarchy in America, something you also said we couldn't. This is your last chance to attend this meeting, denial..." She is interrupted by Anton blurring towards her, stopping just short of a few inches from her face. "What do you mean it works?" Nan smiles, "You heard me, it works. Our society is on the cusp of great change, you can either join the rest of vampire society or stay here rotting in your over-priced mansion in the middle of a sweat-fill jungle hut." Anton flings Nan across the room like a rag doll launched from an air-cannon. In another blur he catches her by the throat and pins her to the wall she was inches from crashing into. "Ms. Flanagan, I am over two thousand years old and you are far from your Authority's reach, insult me or my home again and there will be consequences. That being said, you can count on me making an appearance at this summit you speak of. If the substitute works, consider me part of the team."
