She pushed out of the main doors to the bar, bumping into a few fangbangers on her way. She murmured apologies but she never meant them as she made her way out into the night. She ignored the odd looks and whispered talk of the people who were waiting outside for their chance to go in and made her way around th side of the bar to the back entrance to which she first came in the bar earlier. Wrinkling her nose at the smell of garbage coming from the bins behind Fangtasia, she pushed the large dumpster a little to the side to retrieve her clothes she shed when she shifted. Finding her clothes exactly where she left them, she gathered them up and walked back around to the front of the bar. She was definitely going to have to wash her clothes a few times to get the smell out. Wrinkling her nose again she found a seat on a small cement wall that separated part of the parking lot from other businesses. Sitting down, she set her clothes beside her and watched the front door to the bar. "Stupid vampires, stupid laws, stupid people." She grumbled to herself while once more tears threatened to fall. What the heck was wrong with her, she should be happy to see her friend again, not upset because he practically saved her from being a vampy snack. She wanted to run, she wanted to shift and go for a long run, but she was still learning all of her gifts. The only animals that she was really good at shifting to were regular house/alley cats and mice. Those were the things that kept her alive back in Drammen. To be honest, she has never really tried bigger animals, though from what she had been told, there were shifters out there that could do just about any animal with practice. Oh how she would like to meet another like her, she had a lot of questions to ask and so many things she did not understand. Eyolf had helped her a little bit, but he was a vampire, and so there were things he didn't understand either. Speaking of Eyolf, what the hell was he doing here anyway? Was it just a coincidence that he showed up this night, in the nick of time to save her? Or was there another reason he was here. She had hated leaving him behind in Drammen as he was her only true friend, and she had felt so alone since coming back to Shreveport. How were her parents going to feel when she brought a vampire home? Were they going to think Eyolf was her boyfriend? A crack of a smile touched her lips as she thought of her mother and the look of shock she would have if that were actually true. Everyone seemed to think Deja and Eyolf were come kind of lovers because of the protectiveness he had toward her. But in truth, the only intimate act that ever happened between them was when she would let him drink from her. There was a chaste kiss here and there, like how you would kiss a friend or relative, but nothing else had ever happened. He was like family to her, someone she trusted and looked up to. And right now, someone she wished she could kick and hug at the same time. "Men suck." Deja hoped that she wouldn't have to wait out here all night. God knows what else would happen to her. Rubbing at her sore throat, she frowned as she watched the front door to the bar, waiting for Eyolf.

(ooc: Purple text is talking in Norwegian. Maroontext is English.) Stepping out of Fangtasia and into the night, Eyolf scented the air around him. He could smell cheap cologne on some of the men, the sweet scent of fear underneath the giggles of excitement, as well as the hint of fresh blood. It was the blood that drew to him, called to him and he had to clench his hands into fists to fight it. He needed to find Deja, that was more important right now. Glancing around the parking lot, he spotted her looking like a wounded and beaten puppy sitting on a low cement wall. Letting out a sigh, Eyolf shook his head a little and walked over toward his little friend. "You always knew how to make a night interesting my dear." He spoke smoothly to her as he got near. His rich deep voice sliding naturally over his words as he went back to Norwegian. "Why on earth would you come to a place like this without an escort? Haven't I told you how unsafe that is? Especially when you are dealing with vampires you do not know." His face now showed his concern as he crouched in front of Deja so that he could see her face. "The only people who know you here are your parents now, and do you think they would come here looking for you if you just so happen to 'disappear'? You have to promise me that you will never again go in there without me, or another vampire we trust." He reached up with his right hand, gently brushing a tendril of hair off Deja's cheek and tucking it behind her ear. "You are my family, and I would not want anything to happen to you. And Dahl would flip if you got hurt over a stupid mistake. You know he thinks of you as a daughter, so please just use your head more and think." Rising up to his feet, Eyolf brushed his hands down his suit jacket to smooth it out and held out his hand to Deja, "There is another matter we need to deal with now. I need to feed, and that synthetic stuff just does not cut it for me. Will you help me find someone?"

(ooc note: Purple text = Norwegian is being spoken. Plain white text is regular English being spoken.) She was on the verge of tears again and could not quite make herself to look Eyolf in the eyes. He was right, like aways, she did not think straight when she infiltrated the bar. But she just wanted to see how much of a difference there was between the vampires here and the ones back in Drammen. She missed being around them and just wanted a little bit of an adventure. "I never meant any harm to anyone." She replied back to Eyolf, in the same Norwegian language. "I just wanted to see what it was like." Then tucking her clothes under one arm, she took Eyolf offered hand and let him help her to her feet. "Right then," Deja began again after taking in a few deep breaths to calm herself. "You need to feed. Well you can't do it in the open, and you can't just go randomly grabbing someone because you gave your word on that. So you only have two options. One, you will have to drink the synthetic stuff, or two, you will half to drink from me. Other then that you are out of options." Butterflies fluttered in her stomach as she knew which one he would choose. As always he would feed from her, and because she was a shifter he would tell her he would get a little buzz from her blood and that he could taste the magic in her.

(ooc: Purple text is talking in Norwegian. Maroon text is English.) This had been a very interesting night so far, and there was much to be addressed, but some of it could wait. Taking Deja's small hand in his larger cooler one, he smiled gently at her, wanting her to feel better as he disliked seeing his friend upset. "Come," he spoke in Norwegian, "I have a car here, no one can see inside. I will take my sip of your luscious red wine and then I can take you home." Gently he tugged her toward a black Rolls Royce with black windows that only showed the person's reflection on the outside and nothing that was on the inside. Taking out a set of keys from his pants pocket, he clicked a button hearing the beep beep of the alarm turning off and the click of the doors unlocking. Opening the passenger side door for Deja, he smiled to her once again. "You do worry about things a lot, and your curiosity about the night and its creatures may one day be your undoing. I know you are a smart girl, but tonight you were not so much." He bent down and kissed her on the forehead before ushering her into the car.

(ooc note: Purple text = Norwegian is being spoken. Plain white text is regular English being spoken.) Her feet moved without her realizing she was walking with Eyolf to a very nice, very expensive looking car. It made her pause for a moment thinking. She knew that Eyolf and Dahl were into realstate and different business ventures, but she had to idea the extent of the money they had, and this was the first time she saw evidence of that money. Eyolf always down played everything and never flashed around that he even had money at all. "Nice ride." She spoke softly, her voice sounding more like normal as her bruised neck was already healing. She knew that she had made a mistake tonight, going into that bar alone. She should have waited until she met someone or been invited somehow, but it was like she couldn't have helped herself. "I guess I am too used to being able to do things like that back in Drammen." Deja sighed as she slide into the passenger seat of the car. Knowing that Eyolf would still be able to hear her if she spoke, she continued on even though he was now outside of the car. "Perhaps this is your fault then, you spoiled me and let me get away with too much." Her voice took on a teasing note, and she even smiled and stuck out her tongue at him. "I still do not understand why you guys helped me as much as you did. It still confuses me."

(ooc: Purple text is talking in Norwegian. Maroon text is English.) He gently closed the passenger door when Deja settled herself in the seat and walked around the front of the car to get in the driver side. He heard what she said and it made him frown. Was this his fault? Did they let her get away with too much back at their own little club in Drammen? Once in the car, he turned in his seat so that he could better face Deja while he spoke. Perhaps it was time he told her a little story of why she had been so cared for by them. "You know Dahl is my maker, and he has my utmost respect and loyalty. When I found you that one day, broken and beaten in that alley, my heart went out to you. Dahl laughs at me still, saying I am clinging to my humanity like a security blanket. He says I will grow out of that over the years, but I hope I don't. I understand what it is like to be a vampire, I understand that we live off the blood of others, and we are a highly skilled predator. But that does not mean we have to act like Neanderthals and kill everything in sight." Pausing a moment, gathered his thoughts to what he was going to say next. "When I brought you back to the club and Dahl saw you, he flipped out. I had never seen him like that before. He was in a rage that someone hurt you, like he knew you from somewhere. It took me a while to get it out of him, but he told me that you looked exactly like the daughter that he had. Then after we got you cleaned up and I could see your face clearly, I could see that you could pass for his daughter." Reaching out with his hand, he gently took one of Deja's hands in his own. She was so warm, her skin so soft compared to his colder, harder skin. She was a marvel to him. "I am going to tell you something now that might upset you a little bit. Please just let me finish everything before you jump in OK?"

(ooc note: Purple text = Norwegian is being spoken. Plain white text is regular English being spoken.) The words Eyolf was saying seemed to float in the air around her and one by one flutter into her brain. Why would Dahl go into a rage because a little street girl got hurt, and what was this about his daughter? Slowly, she looked down at her hand that was now being clasped between Eyolf's hands. He felt so cold to her, and he was so pale. "You need to feed my friend. I get it, I look like Dahl's daughter. So he felt a little attachment to me, that is nothing to worry over. My mother was Norwegian and that is where I was born remember? Why would this upset me. Stop the chitter chatter and drink from me Eyolf, please. You are colder then normal and paler then normal." She tugged on his hands and scooted herself closer to him on her seat. Looking into his sea green eyes, she could tell that there was something else, and it was really bothering him. "You can tell me the rest of your little story later, but right now you need a drink. Just don't take too much that I can't walk OK?" She smiled at him then, a soft and sweet smile she usually only showed to family and really close friends. Lifting her hand away from his, she pushed her hair away from her neck and tilted her head to the side, offering her vulnerable white neck for his taking. "I know you can smell the blood under my skin, and you can hear my pulse beating through my veins. I do not like seeing you going without what you need to live. You speak to me, saying I am like family to you, well it is the same for me. You care for me, and I care for you remember? We protect each other. Now drink you silly vampire before I change my mind." And with her other hand, Deja tugged Eyolf toward her, knowing that he would not be able to resist the offer she just made to him.

(ooc: Purple text is talking in Norwegian. Maroon text is English.) Eyolf could indeed smelt that sweet scent of her blood running hot under her skin. The pulse of her heart beat was like a siren's song calling to him. His eyes darkened to a deep sea green and his fangs popped out without him wanting them to. He must have been further gone that what he thought, not a good thing. There was a low growl that sounded out and before he really knew what he was doing, he pulled Deja out of the passenger seat and onto his lap. She was small enough that she fit nicely without bumping into anything. The growl, he soon realized, had come from his own throat and he had to close his eyes for a moment to gain control of himself. She was precious to him, like family, he did not want to hurt her. What he was trying to tell her about Dahl soon faded into the background as he bent his head over her neck, scenting her natural smell of her skin. She always smelt so sweet to him, perhaps it was just her shifter blood, so much richer and stronger then a normal human. Brushing his lips over the sensitive skin of Deja's neck, he could feel her shiver in his arms and he let out a low, deep chuckle before quickly sinking his teeth into her sweetness. He could feel her tense in his arms and hear the small noise she made at the surprise of the bite that came so soon. The rush of blood into his mouth was ecstasy and he moaned tasting it over his tongue and wash down his throat. So easily he could lose control with her and drain her dry, her blood was that sweet to him. But that was one thing he did pride himself on, was his own self control. He took only what he needed to and nothing more. Her blood was powerful enough that he didn't need as much as if he was drinking from a mere human. Slowly, he pulled his head back, his tongue flicking out over the two little puncture wounds on Deja's neck, sealing the holes. He couldn't move away from her just yet, she had been away from him about 2 weeks and he missed the scent of her. And so he held her in his arms for another moment, resting his cheek on her shoulder. "Let me take you home little one." Kissing the side of her neck once more, he gently lifted her up off his lap and placed her on the passenger seat. Then taking out his keys, he started the car and slowly began pulling out of the parking lot.

(ooc note: Purple text = Norwegian is being spoken. Plain white text is regular English being spoken.) A small squeak of surprise passed over her lips as she was picked up out of her seat and promptly placed on Eyolf's lap. Her hands fluttered above his shoulders for a moment, not really knowing where to put them. This was a first with him, this possessive act, and she was a little confused by it. But then she felt his lips against the side of her neck and any though she had in her head went right out the window. "Oh my," she whispered and her body seemed to quiver against him. Always before when Eyolf would take blood from her, it was from her wrist, and if he did take from her neck, it was a quick bite and a few gulps. Nothing like what was happening now. Deja could feel her pulse quicken, her breathing becoming faster and her grip on his shoulders tightened. Something in the pit of her stomach tightened and she let out a small moan feeling Eyolf begin to suck at the wound on her neck he made. Then just as quick as it started, it seemed like it was over, and she was once more sitting in the passenger seat and he was now driving off away from Fangtasia. It all seemed like a blur and the only thing that Deja could do was sit there in stunned silence, offering a quick direction here and there to where she lived. It had been one hell of a night.
