Bon Temps had simply been troublesome for the old vampire. He had tried to forge a relationship with a human, as he heard many of the mainstream vampires did, and his temper and anger got the better of him. Ivory had been hurt in the ensuing rage that had consumed Jack and he had tried his best to ask for forgiveness, but the locals ushered him away from the scene. He could feel hate rise in his stomach at the thought of them, getting involved in his affairs, it was something that could get a man dead a hundred years ago.
He had decided that this... Club would be his best retreat. He couldn't be alone for fear of wanting to race out of his door and feed and being in a vampire friendly spot like this would give him some feeling of acceptance and calmness.
He entered dressed in the same clothes he wore from before. He might have been a thousand years old and a little out the loop when concerned with social practices, but when it came to fashion he kept on top of the evolution. The suit was impeccable and fitted him perfectly, giving an air of wealth and status to those around, though in this night club he felt extremely out of place. It seemed black PVC and chains were the fashion in the building. Jack ignored the few looks he got and approached the bar, ordering a Tru Blood.
He took a seat at a corner table, slowly rotating the bottle as his mind wandered to the scene that had just passed. He thought he had gained control over that side of his personality, but apparently not. He took a small sip from the bottle and sighed.
"Excuse me." A shrill voice asked. Jack looked up to a scantily clad woman grin nervously at him. He rose an eyebrow questioningly and tilted his head to one side. "You're a vampire right?" Jack narrowed his eyes, annoyed at the question that needed no answer. He was quite clearly a vampire from the bottle before him. He sighed and nodded. "Wow..." She said and took a seat next to him. "You're hot." She said directly into his ear, voice thick with seductive powers. "Wanna drink me?" Jack looked directly ahead and drank from the bottle again. "Well?" She asked, a little impatiently this time.
Jack was tempted, he could easily open a vein in her neck and drink happily, but he did not know how the owner would take it. He decided to take another route. "Go away before I tear your face off and wear it as a mask." He muttered in a dark growl before sipping his Tru Blood. She pouted and shot up from her seat. "Fine! I'll find someone else!" With that she stormed away from the old vampire. Jack sighed and his eyes looked to his feet, appearing as one who did not wish to be bothered.

Sekhmet had always had a knack for seeing people at their lows, hell, she was used to seeing many people near death. The night was not young, but it still fluttered through the black sky, there was still time for Sue to play and she had every intention to. Since she had been staying in Shreveport over the past week or so, it was customary that she attend Fangtasia, hoping that Pam had another group of pesky humans that needed to be removed from the club, something the two lady vampires had in common. He dress was gold, as usual, which was rather pleasant because there was no way she would be able to deal with silver as her favorite decoration.
When she entered the bar, she took a seat and ordered a TruBlood, watching everyone hustle in. A few moments of boredom and she zoned out, pulling herself inside her own mind and turning statue-like in appearance. Some approached her, confused by the way she simply stared off and some even dared to bother her as if she were a British Guard posted in front of the Royal Family's palace. However, unlike a British Guard, who was not allowed to react in any way, Sue simply curled her lips, revealing her fangs for anyone that stared too long. Thanks to this, no one stared for that long.
Finally, something caught her eye and ripped her attention away from the black hole she was engulfed in, a furious woman who stormed away from a solitude figure in one of the booths. He was vampire, she could tell by his drink, but she could not see his face, it was only the bond that she had with Jack that cued her in that her creation was still as fiesty as ever. "My darling," she said, catching the woman as she hurried past. Suddenly, a new facial expression took over and the girl just smiled, apparently happy that another vampire took up her services quickly, although she appeared that she would like a male vampire instead.
"Hello there, how can I be of assistance?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. Maybe she was bi, maybe she just hoped she could rub it in Jack's face that she was wanted by another, it did not matter anyways.
"Tell me your problem with that vampire," she said, pointing to her creation.
"Nothing, he just said something mean, something like ripping my face off for a Halloween mask," she huffed. Already annoyed by her presence, Sekhmet shooed her off and approached Jack, it was confirmed, Jack was the only one who would threaten to rip off someone's face instead of drain them. "My dear beloved," she cooed as she sat opposite of Jack. It had been many many years since the two had seen each other, but time seemed so dull so Sue merely spoke as if she just let him play for the night. After all, he was her little feral beast of a vampire, they had their share of fun.

After what seemed like an hour of simply staring at the floor and considering his options he was snapped back into reality by another female voice. At first he considered offering the same advice he had given the other woman, to go away before he lost his temper, but this voice seemed altogether familiar.
He took a sip of his Tru Blood and his mind began to race. Could it be her? After all these years of searching for her could she have stumbled across him in such a random way. No, of course not. She would be looking for him as well, she would not wait for Jack to find her.
Eventually curiosity got the better of him and he slowly turned his head to look at where the voice came from. As soon as he gazed upon her his whole body froze. It was her! His maker! After these centuries of looking he was now sat with her in this horrid night club. He tried to speak but the words refuse to escape his lips. He looked like a fish out of water for a moment as he attempted to emote his feelings, but each word he thought of seemed inadequate for such a moment in his life.
His lip quivered at the sight of her and he could only consider one action to take. He shoved the table a foot away and he knelt before her with a bowed head. "Mistress..." He whispered, his voice thick with awe. "You found me..."

The sight of Jack bowing before her was nothing short of what she had expected. He had given her the respect she deserved and after so many, many years, it was quite refreshing to see him do this. However, standing in a bar as one of the oldest vampires with her creation on his knees below her stirred up a bit of curiousity from the humans. "Yes, my dear," she said, placing her hand on his shoulder. Slowly, she inched her fingers across his shoulders and crept up his neck, gliding over his adam's apple until she reached directly under his chin.
In an attempt to lift his gaze to her and make him stand, she began to pull up, but not too roughly, Jack did not need her strength to lift him, she was sure he would stand on his one. "But it is you who has found me." It had been so long since she had last seen him and in fact, it was her that left him. After she left him, hoping that he would grow and become great on his own, she moved on and changed another, but that one did not nearly have as much...flare, as the next one.
While she knew that Jack had the ability to tear apart souls without as much of a frown, he had done well in attempting to integrate himself into society. Although, judging by his last statement to the ridiculous human, he had not changed that much and the pride twinkled in her eyes, her best creation was right in front of her.

Her hand traced his skin so softly and he allowed his face to be gently forced up to gaze upon his maker, his mistress. Of course in the years that had followed she had not aged a day and still looked as beautiful as the day Jack had first laid eyes upon her. He slowly stood before her, his body still frozen in shock and awe at seeing her once again. After nearly six hundred years they were together again and Jack was possibly the happiest he had been in years. No blood, no woman offering herself would equal the same amount of pleasure he was experiencing simply being in Sekhmet's company.
He lowered his gaze to bow his head before her as a sign of respect and smiled to himself as she spoke. Her words felt like silk on the skin, it was that much of an honour to meet her again. "Thank you mistress." He replied, still stood before her with a bowed head.
The feeling of ecstasy refused to leave his body as he slowly lifted his head to look upon her. "It has been too long mistress..." He said to her with a smile. "I am glad to be in your company once again."

While Jack rose to his feet, his eyes were still downcast, still gleaming with respect. He had been the most loyal, the one who never even spoke up when he disagreed. All of her others had been respectful and loyal, yes, but not both at the same time it seems. It truly felt good to be around her pet. His face used to grow older and older, she watched him fight in battle and dodge death's cold grip time and time again and when death had finally caught up to Jack, Sekhmet was ready to offer him yet another chance. While he grew older and older, she had to power to freeze him and keep him at the exact age that she finally introduced herself to him.
He was so war-bound, the cries of battle ran through his blood and when she drained him and replaced his blood with her's, it was as if she could hear the screams of terror he instilled in many people's minds in their final moments. "It has been too long indeed," she agreed, keeping her focus on Jack instead of the select few people that hustled by just hoping to get a good glance and eavesdrop in enough on their conversation to figure out what had happened. Silly, silly humans.
"Tell me, my treasure, what have you taught the world in all of these years?" she asked, peaked in curiosity.

As some people walked past it was obvious from their glances that they were trying listen in on Jack and Sekhmet's conversation. Being as overly protective of his mistress as Jack was, especially as they were reunited after so long apart, he was going to make sure that their conversation was private. He gave a fangbanger who walked past an evil glare, even going so far as to flash his fangs in a threatening manner to her. Quickly the woman stepped on and Jack refocused his attentions on Sekhmet.
What had he taught the world? In the near six hundred years they were apart Jack thought he had taught the world only one thing. "Fear." He replied as he refocused on her gaze. "That is what I have taught this world." He decided to keep his attempts at going mainstream quiet for now, though the Tru Blood on the table was a good indicator of his attempts at joining society. She might see it as a sign of weakness.
But then his thoughts turned to another altogether more pressing issue. "Mistress..." He began, a little nervous to be asking her such a question, "If I might ask, why did you leave me?" In part he feared the answer she might give, that she either grew tired of him or thought he was not worthy. If either were true he would be crushed emotionally.

Sue's facial expression shone brightly with pride as he shooed away their crowd, ensuring that the full attention was on her. He most certainly was quite the perfect creation, so loyal, so strong. With one word, Sue's eyebrows raised past pride and onto admiration. My my my, he had instilled fear, she could not have gotten a finer answer from the Devil himself. "You have proven yourself worthy of your blood," she nodded. Although it was a shame that he did not die with his superior while he was a human, Sekhmet would not have had him any other way.
His facial expression shifted and he turned to a sensitive topic, well, sensitive for him at least. The time had to come eventually. "Here," she said, pushing the table that he had kicked out from him back to its original position and having a seat. She had her TruBlood from the bar and she set it down before taking a seat, it was not something to stand up about and she was tired of standing, drawing so much attention. After a small sip, she set it down and frowned at the bottle "Mainstreaming has not been fun, but I suppose we must try," she said, noticing his bottle.
"I left your side because I believed you had it in you to wreck havoc upon all of those who deserved, and, well, did not deserve it. I have always had high hopes for you, my Jack," she paused, ticking through her mind to find the best way to phrase the next part. "I was called away by my own master for a small mission, I returned to you, but only in the shadows. There have been many times that I was at your side but you were unaware of my presence. And now I see how much you have proven yourself, even while alone." He had not chosen anyone else to walk by his side, at least none that she had seen. In all truth, his loyalty had kept him of highest admiration in her life, she could not leave her favorite creation without checking on him often. However, as every human learns, there is a time to leave the nest.

Jack took a seat next to her, quietly keeping an eye out for any other would be eavesdroppers. He would instantly send anyone who came close running so that he might have this precious time with his maker. He felt so honoured by her kind words, she continued to praise him and it created feelings of such joy within the younger vampire.
"Thank you mistress." He replied with a smile and took a sip from his Tru Blood. "It is not the same..." Jack said, nodding at the bottle. Nothing would ever taste the same as the blood of a young human, this cheap imitation would soon grow dull on the taste buds of vampires unless they improved the flavour. He sometimes wished the stuff had never been made so that vampires could continue to drink fresh blood when they wanted, though it had to be said that there were advantages to the revelation. Sleeping in real beds was a good start.
He listened to her reasons and understood. Her maker must be a strong vampire indeed, if he was still alive. It was comforting to know that during her absence she was still watching him from a distance, even if he never noticed her. Again she complimented him and Jack could not help a smile creep onto his face. "Thank you again mistress. You are too kind."
He gazed upon her with eyes full of respect, obedience and love. He never felt a bond with anyone else but Sekhmet and to have that bond back was glorious. "I have missed you greatly." He whispered. "Is there anything you would ask of me now I am here? Simply speak the word and it shall be done."

Sekhmet could read the obedience in his eyes. Truth be told, he was the most obedient out of all of her creations, it was good to be near him again. He spoke of their beverages, because that is all they were, beverages, not meals. It was like eating salad instead of a steak dinner and she craved some steak more than ever. The young man that he had been eyeing began to approach and she held up a finger for him to wait, which he did. My my, it was fun to be a vampire.
"Jack, I fear you are right, we need some real nutrients," she purred, turning her head to the young human, meaning for Jack to follow. Their nights of destruction had been far too scarce these days. Of course, since they had made themselves known to the public, they could not very well run out and slash throats like they used to, now they had to be cautious, technically, they had to leave their victims alive.
Curling her finger, she summoned the young human who approached with eager eyes. There were two old and glamorous vampires in front of him, quite a treat. "All I ask is that you continue to be mine," she said, with one of the closest to genuine smiles she had ever created since she was turned into a vampire.

Jack would have done anything that she asked. If she had asked him to murder everyone in the club he would have done so instantly, if she had asked him to bring her the moon he would have, he was that loyal that Jack would walk during the day to please her. It was not a matter of whether or not he would survive, more if she would be happy. Right now she requested Jack to remain her property and Jack would gladly comply. "Of course." He replied and bowed his head to her.
Then she beckoned a young man over. At first Jack couldn't understand why but then it all became clear in an instant. He stood before them, nervously smiling at them. "You need to relax." Jack suggested and moved aside to create a space for him to seat between Jack and Sue. He patted the seat and the man slowly sat down.
Jack sniffed the air around him and he could smell anticipation and fear. Jack smiled and laid a hand on the man's shoulder. "What is your name boy?" He asked. "Mark." The young man replied. "And do you like vampires?" Mark nodded vigorously and gulped. "Of course sir. I think the revelation is a brilliant..." Jack cut him off by laying a finger on his lips. "Would you do anything for us?" Jack asked with a tilted head. Mark nodded.
Jack smiled and his fangs grew. He lent in close and whispered into his ear. "This won't hurt." With that Jack bite down into Mark's neck and took a quick taste of the blood, before pulling back. He wiped his mouth and grinned. "This one is rare mistress." He said as he nodded to Mark to turn around and let his Mistress drink the most. Jack was simply opening a wound first.

Sue made it so that she did not take charge of the boy, she allowed Jack to finish off her thought, which he was amazing at doing. Of course, he took the reigns and offered a seat, moving over himself. Honestly, Sekhmet would have had the boy pull up a seat of his own, she would not bother scooching over in her booth for this human. Still, Jack had a way of convincing humans that him and his maker were the perfect vampires to sit next to whereas Sue was not that great at convincing humans to even sneeze in a different direction unless she glamored them.
Sue sat back, holding the calm yet curious smile on her lips. Her fangs tingled to extract but she held in the temptation, it was not a good idea to scare off the fragile human so quickly. The human gave them the exact word that they needed, he gave them his word and his fascination. At this time, the only thing they could do to break that was to kill him, but they did not really need to do that, not today at least. Jack was as gentle as a crocodile covered in rabbit's fur. Still, only Sekhmet knew of the scales that rested under Jack's smile, for all the boy knew, this was just a rabbit with teeth.
At the smell of blood, Sue's fangs extracted, unable to stay within her gums and the smell caused her eyes to close in joy. Jack did not drink that much and he turned this Mark over to her. "Here," she cooed, pulling Mark over to her side. With a slight growl, she scooted, but not that drastically, it was only so she could get a better reach at his neck. "You've chosen some good friends," she said, speaking softly as she tilted his neck back. Slowly, but with great anticipation, she sank her teeth into his neck and sucked some blood out.
After she had tasted enough of his rare blood, she released him and licked the blood from his neck. After his wound was clean, she let go and turned back to Jack. "You were right, he was a rare treat," she said, commenting on his blood rather than the rare fresh blood she got to drink.

The younger vampire could only sit back and watch in awe of his maker drinking from the human. Her voice, like song, ever so soft in convincing the young human to let her taste his blood. She could use her great powers but even without them her charm and voice were enough to convince any warm blooded male to do her whim. It was amazing to watch and Jack savored every second.
When they had first met, Jack was a simple warrior turned berserker. As a vampire he was unstoppable, insane, and only headed the words of his mistress. But today, with more restraint and focus he could truly understand her beauty and power. It was intoxicating to simply be in her presence.
Without acknowledging the human, his eyes fixed on Sekhmet, he said "Leave us." The two words spoken with true authority and power. The young man stood and left quickly, ecstatic at having been used and to still be alive. Jack could care less, all he wanted was for his maker to be happy and well.
"Have the centuries been kind to you mistress?" He asked, wondering how her life had been since she left him. "You have no grudges to bear, no ...enemies?" His eyes flashed in anticipation at the word. If she did, and the lived, he certainly murder them without hesitation.

Sekhmet could feel Jack's eyes burning into her core her through a bloodlust intoxication. Why had vampires like Jack been so rare? She would have a whole army full of him, but truly, there was only one who could do a vampire justice. The way he ordered the human to leave was nothing short of typical for the berserker. His voice was firm and obediently, the human scampered away, that voice could send chills up anyone's spine except for Sekhmet's, it was only a tickle of her appreciation that he was her's.
It had been so long since the two had pillaged or caused any tussles at all, but in this modern day, with the coffin open to the public, it was so hard to do so, yet extremely tempting. "Any enemies I have made in the past few centuries now find themselves buried in the ground forever," she smirked. Although that had to come to an end now that the public eye was watching, she could not just dispose of a body these days; still, that did not keep her from doing so. A few bodies had been disposed of, but they messed with her nest.
Speaking of which, her nest was almost finished, it would be ready in a week or so in the form of an elaborate mansion fit for the vampire of the golden days. "The centuries have been so kind, I have actually been building a mansion for my own fun and some nest mates. Where have you settled?" she asked, imagining how it would be if they were in the same nest again, how much trouble could possibly be cooked?

Jack couldn't help but join her smile as she discussed the fate those that had opposed her had suffered. It had been one of the greatest times in his life, murdering those who dared to challenge his maker. He felt such a high from being used as a weapon of vengeance for her. Though he was slightly disappointed that she had no others in need of Jack's rage and brutality. He kept those emotions hidden from her sight, he was far too happy to be in her company to allow anything else in the way.
It brought even more happiness to his heart to here she had been given the most kind years, she had probably been better treated then Jack, and that was certainly a good thing. But when she spoke of creating a nest it made the vampire pause and wonder. "Nest mates?" He asked. "You have others here with you?" He wondered if she was any one else's creation, she never really spoke of it before, and it was highly likely, but Jack always thought he was the first and only.
Though the way she asked him where he was staying seemed to imply more, at least that it was Jack thought. Was she asking him to join her at this mansion? "I am living in some cellar, nothing special mistress. I move around a lot... mainly in my search for you..."
