The only reason Jason was in the small town bar right now waiting for Sasha was the fact that she had canceled the night before and didn't give any reason other than she couldn't. Needless to say he interest had been doubled when she called and asked him to swing by tonight.
"I wonder why she blew me off, I thought we had a real connection." Jason walked up to the bar and order a beer. "I hope she isn't f*cking me around, like oh wouldn't it be funny if he went all over town waiting for me..." He took a drink and tried not to get p*ssed. He looked at the clock and decided to give her fifteen minutes before he went home and rented a paper view.

Sasha ran into Merlotte's hoping she hadn't missed him. She had a lot of trouble picking out what to wear tonight. She decided on a low cut tight light blue dress. She looked around the bar. "Wow" She thought to herself "Just how I'd imagine a bar in the middle of nowhere." She looked excitedly for Jason and noticed him sitting alone at a table. She ran over. "I am so sorry." She sat down across from him. "I've had a really... rough couple of days. But I'm here now! and I could sure use one hell of a drink" She looked over to Jason. All she wanted out of tonight was to forget all about Ahmose and have a good time. Screw consequences.

Jason felt almost relieved when Sasha sat down next to him. He looked her head to toe and smiled. "Man girl, here I was thinking the worst and you come in looking like that, talking that way, I could almost begin to forgive you for blowing me off last night."
Man she was looking good! She smelled even better. "So what do you choose for your poison? Personally, I can't ask for anything better than a Rollin' Rock but I guess you can notice that from what I am holdin'." God, he sounded so ridiculous right now.
"I know I am coming off like a big dumb jock right now but you just make me so twitchy Sasha, I can't help it. So now that I am finished making an ass outta myself, tell me about your problems. You havin' a few rough days?"

Sasha smiled at Jason's boy like grin. "I'll take a Long Island Iced Tea." She said half laughing at herself. She needed something strong. "Yeah. I'd rather not talk about it honestly. Let's just say I had a disagreement with a friend... over certain behaviors he refuses to kick." She said looking over to Jason. "And hows life treating you?" She asked as she bit her lip seductively. "I hope that your days have been better than mine" She laughed. She wanted Jason so badly. He may have been about as deep as a puddle, but he was hot as hell.

Jason reached up and rubbed the back of his neck. "I can't really complain I guess. I don't really do much but work and ever since my little trip to Dallas I am tryin to spend more time with my sis. She works at this bar."
Jason looked over the bar and found the person making drinks. "This lovely lady will take a L.I.T and keep 'em coming, she needs to forget her sorrows."
Once again Sasha didn't want to talk about her friends. "I guess she really is embarrassed of me." he thought to himself.
"My sister is dating a local vampire, maybe you know him. His name is Bill and he lives across the grave yard from our gran's old farm house." Jason took another drink of his beer. "Before him I never really met a vamp and I was worried when he started seeing her..."
Jason looked off as he remembered his former friend Renee. He half wished the jerk was still alive so he could make him suffer. Jason's face clouded over as he remembered the most horrific time in his life. Sasha's perfume snapped him out of it and he remembered he was supposed to be showin her why she should take a chance on a country boy.
"So Sasha, tell me more about yourself. What brings you here to Bon Temps? I can't believe a hot young city girl like yourself could find someplace like this appealing." Jason had never been so interested in a girl before and hoped she would give him some more insight behind her beautiful eyes.

"I haven't had the pleasure of meeting this 'Bill Compton', but if he has your approval I'm sure he's a great guy." She said flirting with him, sipping her drink. "Well sometimes... the only way to deal with your demons is flee.... "She said not wanting to talk about it. Sasha was such a lightweight she was already starting to feel a buzz. "But apparently I haven't done a very good job. My demons seem to have found me." She said laughing at herself. "Bon Temps has it's own unique sort of Charm. It's refreshing" She said trying to make light of everything. "So Mr. Stackhouse. Have you ever been to the big apple?" She asked inquisitively.
She looked over at Jason and ran her fingers through her hair letting it fall to her shoulders. What was it about this boy that she found so interesting. "You know Jason, You are the first human I've gone on a date with in some time. You should feel honored." She said giggling.

d**n, this girl was fxcking with him hard core. With a shrug he threw back another beer and placed the empty bottle on the bar.
"Sasha you really even need to ask that?" He shook his head while smiling at her. "Naw, I ain't never been to the big apple, let alone out of the state. A few buddies of mine and myself did go one year to New Orleans for Mardi Gras but I hardly can remember that night."
Jason reached over and touched her hand and it was as soft as it looked. He swallowed deeply because he knew he was in big trouble. "I know all about demons that is for sure and as for being lucky, I already know that but it seems to me that it would be you who is the lucky one...see all these girls in here. Every last one of them is wanting to poke your eyes out 'cause you are with the best man in Bon Temps..."
Jason gave her the lopsided grin that could make any heart melt and magically had another beer in front of him that needed his attention. He licked his lips and felt hungry. Whether it was for food or something else he wasn't sure yet.

Sasha had finished her third drink and got goosebumps when he touched her hand. "Well you should go sometime. It's really quite amazing" She said as she stroked the top of his hand.
Sasha bit her lip and looked around. Sure enough, he was right. She was getting glares from every young pretty girl in the bar... and some ones who looked old enough to be her mother. "What makes you so special to make all of them jealous?" She asked suggestively. She began to run her fingers up his arm. It was weird to feel a true warmblooded man.

"I dunno really. I guess it has something to do with me being a big athlete for the local high school while I went there, it could be that my family has been living here since the town was started and I am not the smartest person but trust me there are dummer..."
Even as he said it, it sounded ridiculous. "I don't want to sound to big on myself but it might be because I happen to be more than competent when it comes to the arts of making love..."
Jason picked up Sasha's hand and kissed it. After he placed it back on the table he gave her a smile. "That's just what I've heard, you know around"

Sasha couldn't help but laugh at Jason. He really was a living breathing stereotype."Well you know they say no humans can stand up to vampires in bed." She said as if challenging him, then she continued "So you'd have a lot to prove" She said leaning in towards him, letting her leg wrap around his. "I mean only if you'd be up o the challenge." she said pulling away again. She was having too much fun and had lost count after 4 drinks. Sasha felt her dress ride up and pulled it down to cover halfway down her thigh, where it normally rested. She looked over at Jason. "I think you could hack it" she said playfully smiling at him.

Jason reached over and pulled her dress a little lower, just in case some other country hill billy thought they could sneak a peak. Jason could sense from some grunts around the bar that his instinct had been accurate.
"Now, now darlin' there is no need to try and wound my pride. I am pretty sure that what ever a vampire can do, I would never be able to compare to. I am only a man after all..." He leaned over close to Sasha's ear. "I am all man though, through and through. I know that I can hold my own in the looks department and all of our anatomy is the same." Jason placed his hand around the back of her neck and threaded his fingers through his hair.
Jason placed a lite kiss below her ear on her neck where a faint bite mark remained. "I can bite too, just my love bites don't leave a mark on your flesh. They have been known to sear your memory though."
Jason continued with the flirtation. "I am a fun guy and don't take things a seriously as a vampire would." He pulled around and placed another lite kiss on the other side of her neck in a similar spot. "I can stay up with you all night and come back for seconds during the day." He let go of her neck and released her hair. As he looked into her eyes Jason gave her a warm smile.
"So no, I can never compare with a vampire but then again, you could never compare a vampire with me."

The feel of Jason’s breath in Sasha’s ear left her breathless. She forgot what human men were like. Sure there were things that Vampires could do, but Jason was right, there were things only human men could deliver. Warm flesh, hot breath, a whole different kind of seduction.
“You talk a pretty talk boy; I hope you can live up to your words.” She said as she leaned in close to Jason. She kissed his neck and let her hand fall casually to his knee as she pulled back. “This place is boring. How ‘bout you take me somewhere a new girl in town can really have some fun?” She said raising an eyebrow at Jason, her hand still resting on his knee.

Jason's eyes widened with surprise as he felt her hand on his knee. He had been trying to make a point about something but when Sasha started to rub his knee Jason lost all thought.
"What? This place is boring?" Jason was really confused. He looked from her lips to her chest and back up to her eyes. "I thought we were having a nice time here, plus there is really no where else to go other than maybe the football field but it is really secluded and there won't be anyone out there right now."
Suddenly his eyes lit up. "Did you maybe wanna go back to my house? I got a pond out back with a dock. We could set out a blanket and look at the stars. Or if you wanted some other kind of action we could head down to Shreveport and go to a dance club down there that just opened. I am up for anything as long as it is with you." Jason almost snorted. He couldn't recall the last time he said something so cheesy. He was becoming a dork pretty fast in his "old" age.

Sasha laughed as she realized that Jason didn't know what she meant. But she wasn't worried; he caught on fast. Quickly his eyes lit up. She looked at him sexily. "What girl doesn't love to be wooed under the stars" She said flirting with him again. "Let's go back to your place." She said smiling a less than innocent smile. Sasha was really feeling the alcohol now, but she didn't care. Sasha thought for a short moment about Ahmose, she'd almost forgotten about him. But she didn't care, here she was with a real, live, boy and no ex was going to stop her. She bit her lip as she waited for a response from Jason.

Jason brushed Sasha's cheek with his hand. "Now before we go to my house I just gotta make sure...you ain't using me to get back at your parents or something weird like that are you? Not that I mind too much I just wanna be prepared if I am bombarded tomorrow..."
Jason liked his girls to be fully aware of anything they were getting ready to do, he hated girls that tried to blame him for taking advantage. "You ready to go girl? Can you make it to the door or you need somethin' to eat?" He also liked his girls not barfing all over the interior of his truck.
