The Mansion was finished, finally! All that was needed now were the movers to come in and place all of Sekhmet's belongings inside. First came the living room. The couch was white with a golden blanket hanging over it, it was more of one of those lounge chairs. Across from that were two beautiful white Elizabeth chairs, facing the lounge couch. Some things were still in boxes, but she would soon be finished. While she had no need for a kitchen, there were some humans that came every now and then who got tired of going to the Taco Bell and KFC about five minutes away and instead ate in her home, so she had a kitchen, but the fridge was stocked with True Blood and the microwave was set up. The movers were busy working on the entertainment room, which seemed to be a club, where she would throw house parties.
Quite frankly, Sekhmet did not want the movers messing with that room too much, she needed it to be perfect enough for her house warming party, one of those human celebrations, so she would have to do the work herself later. For now, she let them bumble around, trying to figure out what the platforms were for and where the hell they went. Sue awoke from her daytime slumber and pushed open the tomb. Inside were plenty of pillows and blankets that she merely slept on top of, even the inside of her tomb looked tasteful.
A yawn escaped her lips as she walked downstairs, the movers had agreed to work into the night and she had one of her humans guarding them to ensure they would not attack her while she slept. That night was the night she had invited Jack and Ahmose to meet each other in her new house. She had planned on Jack moving in, but he needed to sort out his own room. Ahmose, on the other hand, would probably not want to live with her, he was rather independent, even too independent for his mistress. She first went in to check on the movers and how her room was going, which was beautifully, before she entered the one room that was at least half-way done, which was her living room.
Since she had just woken up, she was still in her night gown, but she even slept in fashion as it was a dark silk black. For modesty, even though vampires were not known for that, she wore a silk robe that was a sapphire blue with a golden dragon pattern on the back. It was wrapped around her and her hair hung loosely on her shoulders as she made her way over to the lounge couch and laid on it sideways, waiting for her darlings.

The house from afar looked magnificent, but close up it was even more splendid. Jack stood outside for a moment, simply gazing upon it in awe, he had never seen such a building such as this one, but then of course if anyone could build it Sekhmet could. She was after all the most intelligent and the most resourceful vampire Jack knew. But of course he was biased due to his unbreakable love for her. All around him men rushed around to move heavy objects inside, but Jack paid them little attention, he was here for Sekhmet.
And of course to meet this Ahmose character, who his mistress seemed a little cautious about Jack meeting. Perhaps she did favor Ahmose over Jack, or maybe Ahmose was a nuisance that needed taking care of. Either way Jack needed to meet him to assure himself of his place in Sekhmet's life. Insecurity wasn't a well known aspect of Jack's personality but when it came to his maker he was over protective and would do anything for her.
He stepped inside the grandiose building, deciding to head straight for his mistress. She lay on a couch in a position that might make mortals' hearts stop beating. Jack's love for her was not as much sexual but more admiration, though in his dreams he had often considered what life might be like if the relationship were to move on.
He bowed his head to her in greeting and walked to her side. "Mistress." He said as he stopped. "You have out done yourself here, it is truly fitting for a lady of your quality."

Ahmose wasn't very happy with the fact of meeting this Jack or even seeing Sekhmet again. The last time wasn't a very good last time. He drove up to the address she given him. It was very beautiful and over the top in a Sekhmet type of way. He sat in the car for a minute to get a perspective of who were in the house. He smelt two vampires and lots of humans.
He stepped out of the car and walked up to the extravagant door and couldn't decide to walk in or knock. His rude side took over and he opened the door as quietly as possible and noticed the humans were movers. He then smelt the vampires and decided to head over to them.
He walked into what looked like a partially completed living room. He spotted Sekhmet on the couch and a young vampire, what he assumed was Jack, standing next to her. He walked up to the lovely and beautiful Sekhmet. He always liked Sekhmet for her beauty and charm. That was a reason he didn't leave her sooner than he did.
"My lady," he bowed. "I am sorry our last encounter ended on a bad note. I respect you and forgive you for what you did. I could never be mad at you for long." Ahmose smiled as courtly as possiable. Then he looked at the younger vampire,"You must be Jack." He said blankly and with a little nod.

As Sekhmet remained in her gaze, the gaze that vampires become engulfed in when they have nothing to do, when Jack entered her house. She could smell him the instant he came in and heard him approach her. He was silent, she had taught him well, but he could never be silent enough to escape his mistress's hearing capabilities. When he came in, she looked up, not ready to stand quite yet, she did not even have any shoes on and the marble floor was cold, even for a vampire. Still, when he was close enough and he bowed his head, she rose to her feet gently, a smile weaved through her lips.
"My dear, I should hope you like it if you agree to stay," she said, as hopefully as vampire could say anything. "I must confess that I do not know what kind of sleeping arrangements you enjoy these days, so you will have to let me know so I can get one here before sunrise," she said, motioning to the movers to inform Jack that she would have her humans do it. In their days roaming the Earth, destroying pitiful humans, they grew accustomed to sleeping in the ground, but now her home was more permanent and she needed her own tomb. She did not know what kind of coffin he would want.
Just as her mind wandered, it immediately snapped back when she heard an engine out front shut off. Ahmose was here. He hesitated at the door, but just as she had expected, he came in on his own. My my my, Jack and Ahmose were quite different. How would they look side by side. He entered and bowed his head before stating that he forgave her. Ahmose forgave Sekhmet? Did she do something wrong? Still, she did not mind much, he was being such a good vampire tonight, she did not wish to ruin this.
"Seems so," she smiled, tilting her head to the side in a subtle shrug. "I hope you were able to feed from her later," she said, no vampire should be stopped from feeding, but it was an honest mistake, she always forgot how emotional humans could get. Truthfully, it was rather disgusting, humans running off crying once they learn they were under a vampire's power for a little while, they should be honored that at least the vampire glamored them first. Some memories with vampires were too much for any human to bear.
"Ahmose, this is Jack Ashcroft and of course, Jack, this is Ahmose. You two know by now that you are both creations of mine," she said before raising a hand to snap. It was a rather loud snap, louder than a human's only because of her strength and one of the movers got up and came over. "True Blood, three bottles," she said, not even looking at him. He moved out of the room before she spoke up again. "You have unpacked the microwave have you not?" she spoke loudly so that he could hear. A small sigh sounded from the kitchen and he replied "Five seconds, ma'am," before sounds of a box being torn open could be heard. The fridge was set up, stocked full of blood, but they could not drink that cold!

Being in the company of his mistress gave Jack a feeling of utter calm, he was content to stay by her side and out the question of what coffin he wished for was irrelevant. All that mattered was that he was here with her. "I care little what the sleeping arrangements are Mistress, I would continue to sleep in the dirt if it meant being close to you." He replied, his tone indicating total devotion and sincerity.
Jack watched the humans, with some disdain for them. Though so long as they served Sekhemt he would leave them be, after all it was on her orders which he served and he would not unaccordingly, especially in her house. If you could call it a house that is. He had been in museums smaller than this building. It was surely amazing and Jack could not wait to live here.
Then he entered. The one Jack had been waiting to meet anxiously. Why had he not asked her before if she had made others? Then of course when they were last together Jack was the monster and all he really asked was "Who next?" then charged off to cause mayhem and destruction. Now he was a little more restrained.
The first words out of his mouth made anger rise in Jack. He had insulted Sekhmet?! Behind the sofa his fists clenched and his lip curled into the briefest of snarls, quickly disappearing as fast it appeared. He was here to be polite to Ahmose at the least and so the anger would have to dissipate quickly before he lost his temper and did something foolish. It didn't matter if Ahmose were older or younger, he would defend the honour of his mistress with his all.
The fists relaxed and fingers curled back out into a more relaxed position. "Ahmose." He responded, somewhat coldly. Luckily for all the vampires the tension was broken by the incompetence of the humans. Jack's head snapped around to the kitchen and he raced into the room grabbing the man who sighed by the throat in an iron grip.
"Act in an unprofessional manner again and I shall have your heart..." He said through gritted teeth. "You have three bottles ready within two minutes, keep my mistress waiting any longer and I shall take an eye you understand me you maggot?" The man gulped and nodded. Jack let go and walked back into the living room, to retake his position behind Sekhmet. "Food should be ready shortly." He said with a grin.

Ahmose turned at the noise of the human who was being such a incompetent fool. He got there about two milliseconds after Jack, he wasn't trying to get there fast, he just was hoping the human would die. No one ever disobeys Sekhmet not even him. Even though sometimes he die, not meaning to but that was Ahmose and she knew he wasn't gonna change.
He decided to protect her along side Jack, maybe she wouldn't be horribly mad at him. "You puny stupid human. We are the supiror and Sue is old and could kill you in less then a second. And I am pretty old as well as Jack. If I were you I would get the microwave out and you can bring us the blood." He looked a Jack approving of his method of helping there loving maker. See Ahmose didn't like being able to be controlled but he was happy it was Sekhmet not someone else. He smiled up at Sekhmet, he never could be mad at her for long. No matter what she did.

By far, Jack had been the most subservient vampire she had created and she admired this. "No vampire of mine will sleep in the dirt so long as I can accomidate them better," she said, insisting that he have somewhere to sleep that was fit for a king, as he was her second in command and most adored vampire.
Having Jack around was equivalent to having a body guard, a body guard who would rip out your throat if you did not like the way Sekhmet dressed, it was quite comforting for the old vampire. A smirk skitttered across Sue's face as she sat back and imagined just how the packer's face looked when he was held in that position and how frightened he must be now that he had underestimated a vampire. Humans...they were so silly some times.
Ahmose had sped off to join in it seemed and although Jack was faster, Ahmose had harsher intentions, she could tell just by their expressions. Standing there, she just looked at the rest of the humans with a raised eyebrow, as if to tell them that this was what would happen to them if they ever disobeyed her. Ahmose mentioned how quickly Sue could kill him, which was true and tonight, she was not wearing anything too special, she could get this outfit bloody, it would be her nice long dresses that would make her squeal if she got blood on them.
The two returned after the little scare and Sekhmet sat down again, crossing her legs and placing one arm up on the chaise. Being turned just seemed to be the best thing that had happened to her, other than changing her two dears, of course. Within two minutes, not a second longer, the human returned with the blood and Sekhmet took her's first, opening it and taking a long sip from it, even a vampire lady does not gulp.
"As you can tell, you are both very different, but that is what I enjoy the most," she said, eyeing the pathetic human as he inched his way out of there and back to work. Maybe she would install a fountain, that would be nice, but maybe just a pool was nice enough, even if she did not swim, it could be for decoration. She really needed to stop worrying about her house.

As Ahmose seemed to "help" Jack with the threats, the younger vampire was only further filled with contempt for him. It seemed as if there was some competition going on between the two for the attention of Sekhmet and he did not like Ahmose for even attempting to take her away from Jack. At least that is the way he saw it. It was testing on the younger vampire not to lose control and simply start a fight with the older man. When he was first turned Jack would have fought Ahmose without question, but these days he was far more controlled of his rage and fury.
Still, he had humans that could entertain him enough to draw his attention away. The small man from before entered, carry a tray with the three bottles and Jack could visibly see the man shake. He chuckled darkly to himself as the man approached and took the bottle from the tray and revealed his fangs to the human in a wide sadistic grin. "Thank you..." He said and took a small sip giving an approving nod to him to let him go about his business.
Jack loved to scare humans, such a shame that these days he couldn't simply kill them as he once did without consequence. The blood tasted so much better when they were scared, adrenalin would pump fresh oxygenated blood to the veins and it tasted that little bit better. Though some preferred their targets to be calm and docile, Jack did not. He was a warrior and adrenalin was a taste he craved.
As his mistress spoke of their differences, Jack muttered in agreement. Jack would like nothing more then the other vampire to leave, so he could be with his maker alone, but it was on Sekhmet's orders that Ahmose and Jack would follow and so Jack would stay quiet and act as pleasant as he could.

Ahmose hated this Jack, he was to young. Ahmose never treated Sekhmet they way he did but Ahmsoe still treated her very well. He didn't lust or love her. He loved the fact she changed him and the way she handled humans and he loved her beauty and spice.
When the little human came by Ahmose took his bottle before looking at Sekhmet in a 'may I eat him' way. He knew she would understand what he wanted. She was his master and he would listen if she said no and would attack if she said yes.
Sekhmet began to talk about Ahmose's and Jake's difference and Ahmose couldn't agree more. He loved his master but not enough to stay anywhere with this freak of a person. Ahmose just nodded at Sekhmet. Before sipping his blood and eyeing the little human.

A little amusement scampered through Sue's mind as she watched the two. Obviously, there was competition and obviously neither of them were a fan of the other. It was rather funny to watch it, actually, as if she just introduced her cat who lives outdoors and does what he pleases to the cat that stayed indoors and even cuddled with it's owner when she slept. A mental picture of the two flattening their ears and narrowing their eyes crossed her mind. If she had a flag, she could have waved it in front of their faces and sat back to watch, but that was not her intent.
Jack seemed to mutter like he was pouting that she had another creation, which seemed to be exactly what he was doing, really. Even though Ahmose did not treat her as though she owned the world, he understood that she owned him and respected her for that. It was nothing short of what she expected from her fellow Egyptian and at least they shared their country of origin.
Jack was content on just flashing his fangs at the human but Ahmose seemed to want more. It seemed only fun, but he could not drain the human, she did not want a death in her house. Looking up at the human, her eyes fixated on his. "Sit down," she said, locking his gaze. At first, the human struggled to fight back and just raised an eyebrow in the 'well I don't want to' manner, but then he was hooked. Unexpectly, he sat down exactly where he stood, right down on the floor.
A laugh escaped her but the man kept staring at her. "My my, humans are funny creatures," she said, amused at how he followed her orders so obediently that he sat on the floor rather than on a couch, it was where he belonged anyways. "If you're going to feed, do it somewhere else in the house and do it after he's off work. I have a mighty hard time getting these fools to work and I cannot glamor them all," she said, running a hand through her hair.

For a moment the anger coursing through Jack's veins was quelled by the simple sound of Sekhmet's voice glamoring the pathetic human, ordering him to sit on the floor. In actuality even if Sekhmet did posses such a power Jack would simply break the humans legs to force him to the floor. Of course that was not required, such was the power of his maker and mistress. He was happy to stand back and watch her flaunt her abilities on someone who barely had the right to live.
He slowly sipped his Tru Blood and considered feasting on the human there and then, but Sekhmet made an order and Jack who follow it to the letter. He was not to be touched unless of duty. Very well, but Jack in all honesty was not hungry, he was only drinking the synthetic blood out of politeness, as well as something to keep his mouth occupied from spouting obscenities at Ahmose.
"I am not hungry mistress, but if Ahmose would like to take the man somewhere else to feed I would have no problem." He said smiling to the older vampire across from him. It might give him a chance to spend valuable time alone with his maker, six hundred years was too long spent apart and he intended on never leaving her side.
"Though if I might make one request mistress..." He began, "Might I choose a suitable room for my quarters? I would only be a moment, with your permission of course." He asked, quietly waiting for her reply.

Ahmose watched while Sekhmet stared in amusment at the two. Then she did something he didn't expect her to do, she glamoured the human. Of course she was one to do that, she taught him, but he always used it more to his advantage. Ahmose was good at it too, he hardly had to whisper a word to the human he was controlling. He began to think about Sasha and that day he glamoured her and then the day after when his maker told her. Anger and maddness raged into his eyes before they simmered down to hungry.
He looked at the human in sheer astonishment. He hasn't fed for days, he only drunk this cr*p. He was in the mood for the whole human, but Sekhmet might need him more. "My dear master, do you need the human after today, or may I have all of him." Sekhmet knew his hunger was insatable and that he needed a lot of blood for him to be unhungry.
Ahmose glanced up at Jack while he talked about leaving for a second. Ahmose enjoyed the attention of his mistress more then anything else in his whole life. He stood up and walked over to Sekhmet and kneeled down next to her. "Sweet mistress, may I have permission to stay for the night," he wanted to stay near Sekhmet for the night. He felt drawn to her and he couldn't figure out why.

While Jack may have seemed to polite to the untrained eye, she could tell his smile was a cover for his true intentions, remaining in the room without Ahmose. Still, he did need a room and he asked if he could pick out his room. Of course, there were a few rooms upstairs that were offered for anyone who wanted to take them as their nest quarters but they did not have any furniture or coffins, those would be placed in when they told her what they wanted.
"Yes, of course, Jack," she nodded, approving of him roaming the house. It was a good idea to pick that out before she was finished unpacking so she could just have everything sent in at the same time.
Ahmose requested to drain the human but Sue simply shook her head. "I need him to arrive here tomorrow at the same time, I can't lose any more of these packers," she said, sadly, because she would not mind joining in the feast. Then he arose and kneeled down by her side, requesting that he stay there for the night. While of course she would say yes, it was always a good idea to ask and she nodded, delighted at this. Hopefully, this would not send her dear Jack packing.
"If you wish, yes you may. I'm afraid I only have one tomb out, the others are coffins until the rest of my shipment comes in tomorrow," she said. While Sekhmet enjoyed her tombs, some others preferred coffins, so they were the stay-the-night group, the rest would come later.

Jack bowed a thanks to his maker and began slowly walking out of the room, just catching Ahomse's request to stay the night too. He stood in the door way for a moment and clenched his fists and ran his tongue over his fangs with such pressure he began to bleed. Of course he quickly healed but still his annoyance at the other vampire wishing to stay angered him so. His lip curled into a snarl and he decided it would be best to relieve some tension.
He walked through a set of doors to the enormous back garden, and with an outburst of fury and launched the bottle of Tru Blood down to the other end of the long garden with a short menacing growl. His face was still made of thunder and all around him the packers had stopped working to look on. Jack didn't look at them but said, "Get back to work if you value your lives." His tone was enough to send shivers down the spines of many of the packers and they quickly went back to moving boxes.
He rubbed his eyes and tried to calm himself. Ahmose was only staying a night, after that he would be gone and Jack and Sekhmet could start again where they left off, being an almost unstoppable pair. She was the brains and beauty, he was the death and destruction. It was a relationship Jack had missed for centuries. But now, after reuniting with her, Ahmose threatened to ruin it all.
He found himself close to tears at the thought but bit back on such thoughts. No. He was Sekhemt's and he would not leave her side ever. With that he stepped back inside from the night and began walking upstairs to pick a room. The vampire cared little where he stayed, just that it was here.
The rooms were of course bare so he could only choose on the size of room, then furnish accordingly. The rooms of course had no windows so sleeping there would be fine without a coffin, though a little uncomfortable, but he was willing to sacrifice such luxuries. He picked a room, one at the end of the hallway, it seemed the smallest to him and he suited him fine. Jack had little in the way of possessions so he required little space.
He nodded to himself, deciding that it felt right, and headed back to the room where Sekhmet and Ahmose were. He was kneeling by her. Again anger flooded his body at the sight, like a lover finding his partner cheating on him, and his fists clenched. He forced a smile and walked back to his position behind Sekhmet. "I have chosen the room at the end of the hall mistress. It seems the most suitable."

Ahmose smiled up at his maker. He didn't want to fight with her, though he was made that way. But he wanted to make Jack as jealous as possible. Ahmose was her first and would always be. But see Jack didn't know how dangerous Ahmose actually was and how mean he could be.
"Thank you, my Sekhmet," he said. "I won't drain the human but before bed may I take at least a sip?" Ahmose said this as Jack was walking in the room. "A coffin is fine," he smiled up at Sekhmet. Ahmose looked up and met the eyes of Jack and smiled more mischievously.
