Name: Patricia 'Phoenix' Rivers-she just goes by Phoenix though
Age: 23 DOB is May 22nd
Member Group:Human; Fangbanger
Character History:
Patricia is the eldest of 3 children and the only female child under her parents Lena and Charles Rivers. The second of the children, Benjamin Rivers is a college student in New York and she rarely sees or talks to him because of his uptight nature. He looks down on her and the crowd she hangs out with, especially vampires.
The youngest of the three children attends the local middle school and she is the closest to Timothy than Benjamin due to their close location and his uncaring nature (or it could be he doesn't know any better).
Her mother is a stay at home wife while her father works outside of Bon Temps at a metal plant. She hasn't seen much of them either because of their christian beliefs and the fact that they too don't like who she chooses to hang out with. So when she left the house at 18, she pretty much decided to cut most of her family out; minus Timothy. She sees him after school before he is picked up by their mother and while she is aware of this she does not try to stop Patricia by seeing her son. She secretly hopes that Patricia is going through a phase and until she comes to her sense she leaves the girl alone.
So from the time she left her family she changed her name to Phoenix because she actually moved to Arizona and loved the city, but it wasn't as nice to her as she wished it would have been. She was able to attain a part time job as a waitress but when her bills started piling up, she returned to Bon Temps to try and find work there. She has only been back in Louisiana for around 4 months and is still looking for work. Right now she lives with some man who thinks he is her boyfriend, but when she gets a job and her own place she's gone.
Personality:
Phoenix is a natural Gemini to the core. She thirsts for new experiences and loves to attain new knowledge. She enjoys a little bit of everything life has to offer her, but is not particularly good at one thing because once she feels she has learned too much she grows bored with what ever it is. She needs variety!
Phoenix loves to talk, especially about herself and she is known for the gift of gab. Usually this makes her bubbly in nature and seen as eccentric, which is just how she is. She can be seen as wild at times and loves to have fun.
In love or lust, she looks for a partner who can keep up with her mentally and physically because she gets bored easily.
Future Plans for your character
To explore a little bit of everything and I do mean everything!
To be ahead of the crowd and be some what important in supernatural affairs, or at least known to some supernaturals because she loves them all!
Relationships of note:
Phoenix is smitten with the female vampire she met at Fangtasia. She feels she has found her missing piece of Arizona in Bon Temps and loves the fact that the female vampire's eyes reminds her of a quarry in the place she misses the most.

Most would find this predicament suffocating and disgusting, but I was not most. My nails scratched the surface of the ground as I pull at the roots and earth that covered my body.
What is it that has made me rise again?
Why do I feel as if I could tear my very heart out of my chest?
Something has disturbed me and this upsets every fiber in my body. I want to find what has disturbed me, what has angered me and dared to wake me up. I try to scream, but it is muffled by the dirt that covers my face still. I continue to dig at the earth.
Once my arms breach the cool night air, I stretch them out and begin digging at my face. I am not sure how long I have slept for, but it feels like it has not been enough time. I must not have appeased my P'o and now I have awoken once more to try and sedate it for a few years and hope that one day I will find enough to eventually let my soul rest.
I pull at every shred of root and grass upon my face, until my eyes are able to see the moon and the light it casts upon everything within the forest.
Then I hear it.
A crunching of leaves, the light patter of steps upon the earth. It has two legs, so I rule out the idea of it being an animal of the forest. I then realize it was this intruder that has disrupted my sleep, my chance for a moment of rest and relaxation.
This angers me and I feel the pit of my stomach crawl as the feeling of the weight of the world crashes into it.
I know it is not the weight of the world, but the weight of my troubled soul that demands I pay attention to it.
I kick my legs around to loosen the ground around them, this is not as easy as it may seem.
Even if it had been months since I first laid my body to rest in the earth, the ground does not take long to settle from the rains and winds of the earth.
I sit up as my hands help the upper part of my body escape the threshes of the earth. I continue to work on the bottom part of my body, my ears still listening for the intruder. They are coming closer to me, I hear more leaves and twigs snap from their weight.
I quicken my pace of digging and soon I am free, I stand up and allow my eyes to search around the woods for the culprit who has dared to wake my soul and allow me to wander this forsaken earth at least one more time.
I look down at my clothing, then at her's noting the change of age between what she wore and what I wore. Not that it mattered much, as the dirt that clung to my clothing and short hair would soon tell her that my style of clothing is the last thing to be fearful of.
I take a step towards her, then another. I stop and decide to let her come to me, after all she was the one who had woken me up.
I stand near a tree that is old and fat, my long fingernails stretched out, my body tense and waiting to pounce on the girl.
I must have her life essence.
My soul demands it.
I'm so hungry.
I normally do not write in first person, this character was for a site that allowed it so I tried it out
