A vampire bar in Louisiana?! Who would have thought? Not Phoenix, that was for sure. She stood in front of the medicine cabinet in the small apartment, which happened to be the only mirror in the place. Another downfall with Allan, the apartment and the money they never seemed to have.
Phoenix honestly hated the man and the apartment they shared more every day and so when she found out that there was a vampire bar in Louisiana, she didn't think twice about getting dolled up. As she applied the last of her brown mascara Allan popped in and gave her a hard slap on the rump.
"Where ya goin off to?" He eyed her up and down, his eyes stopping at the end of her mini skirt that came awfully close to her bottom-not that she minded.
"I'm going to a bar with some of my old high school friends." Phoenix gave him a small smile and let her eyes wander to the doorway that he stood in. "I got you some beer before I came home from applying at that corner gas station." Phoenix flashed him a bigger smile and he returned it with a simple nod and grunt. "Now I won't be gone long." Phoenix placed a quick kiss on his cheek after stuffing the mascara back in it's holder and on the counter top. With a saucy little saunter she went out the front door of their small apartment and out into the parking lot where Allan's red Geo metro sat. Phoenix twirled the keys in her fingers and slipped into the drivers seat and made her way to Fangtasia.
-------
Once she passed the bouncer after her age check, Phoenix looks right to the dance floor where many vampires and their humans danced. Some were off of the floor and at tables or at the bar, but that didn't interest her. She was a decent dancer and she wanted to catch someone's attention this evening-it was after all the reason she came here. She needed to feel better about her pitiful existence of an excuse of a life she had. So as the song changed, Phoenix threw her hands into the air and weaved her way around the bodies on the dance floor and took almost to the middle of the dance floor, as if she dared to command attention this evening As her hips swayed to the beat, her long red strands flew around the frame of her face and hide the longing smirk on her face.

Pam pulled at the high necked shirt she was wearing. Per usual Eric had her in a black silk mock turtle neck blouse with a tight fitted black lace bodice and a leather mini skirt. Tonight he asked her to look a little more on the dominatrix side so she accomodated with a pair of killer fitted leather stilleto boots.
As she made her rounds she noticed a fresh face in the crowd. She had a goregous set of hair and perfect pouty lips...just right for tasting and what was that, a smirk? This tasty human girl was smirking in her presence, just daring Pam to come over for the chase.
Pam grinned and weaved her way through the crowd. She came in close behind the human and began dancing in time with her, which wasn't very hard to do. Pam was known for her grace and agility and many people often paid a high price to get a chance to dance with her. Pam growled low into the humans ear. "What is your name dear one and how can I know you better?"

Phoenix hadn't noticed when someone came behind her, because she had on all honesty expected someone to approach her face first. As Phoenix danced and swayed her hips to the music, the presence of another close to her was felt when her hips grazed against that of another. When that happened the other seemed to move with her, keeping the distance between the two separate but close enough to let it be known that they were dancing together. After an inquiry about her name, Phoenix turned to see who's attention she caught and hopefully it was that of a vampire. She already had enough human problems, so she could live without meeting another human tonight.
As she turned, Phoenix pulled at her long red hair and allowed her dark brown orbs to look at the woman who asked her name and then something more. Phoenix continued to dance to the music as her smirk turned into a genuine smile of interest.
"Phoenix Rivers." Phoenix kept her gaze on the female who was everything an exquisite woman could be, showing her and only her interest in Fangtasia. "Kick'n outfit." Phoenix nodded as her eyes swept up the frame of the female, who's name she had yet to attain. Well, she of course would have to fix that problem.
"As for your second half of the question, a name would start things off and maybe a fruity drink wouldn't hurt." Phoenix's chocolate colored eyes went back to the face of the beautiful woman as she looked at all the features it had to offer anyone who gazed upon it. What caught her attention the most was the shading of her eye color, it almost reminded Phoenix of some of the quarries she used to swim in when she lived in Arizona. With skin as pale as freshly fallen snow and eyes the shade of lustrous blue, Phoenix couldn't help but stare at the woman. She was gorgeous and she demanded the attention and knowledge of the fact from all those in the room. Ahhh, Arizona. How she missed it and when the nameless female reminded her of the place Phoenix felt that much more attracted to the woman.
"And then.....who knows what just might happen this evening?" Phoenix felt the corners of her lips pull back into a small smirk as she thought and hoped that the woman would feed from her this evening. Nothing felt better and made one feel more alive than when a vampire was drinking your blood from a major artery. It was almost like laughing death in the face, tempting him to watch the girl risk her life all for a rush that lasted mere minutes, perhaps thirty if she were particularly lucky.

"As for your second half of the question, a name would start things off and maybe a fruity drink wouldn't hurt."
Pam smiled and bared her fangs..."Dear one, I must see if you are relevant enough to be seen with. The drink I can manage the name...lets just see how this evening goes."
She reached out grabbed some of Phoenix's hair. "It is such a vibrant color. You hair reminds me of a soft fire. Full of life and vigor...it probably takes you hours to get it looking this way." The vampire raced from the bar back to the young girl with vampiric speed. "Here you are sweetling, a sex on the beach. Hopefully a promise of what is to come later...amongst other things."

When the female vampire smiled and let her fangs show Phoenix relaxed regardless of the attitude towards her. Perhaps she did speak too much and wanted to know more than she should have asked, but it was in her nature to be inquisitive and talk.
The female vampire's hands went to her hair and Phoenix remained still as she spoke about the color and what it seemed to portray. Full of life was not an understatement and neither was the part about it taking hours to look the way it did. As she was about to mention it not really taking her that long, the vampire was gone and back again with a drink for Phoenix.
At the mention of the name of the drink, Phoenix smiled and looked down at the liquid she was offered. "One of my favorite types." Phoenix didn't say anything more about the vampire's drink choice for her as she sipped the almost candy flavored drink. "You dance very well, better than anyone I've seen here or in Arizona." Phoenix started to chat a little about herself since the woman seemed content not to say much about herself.
"Do you come here often? And I don't mean that as a pick up line, I was just wondering how long the place has been open since this is my first time coming to this place. It's simply magnificent." Phoenix took another sip of her drink and looked at the blue orbs of the vampire's again.Phoenix let her drink sit for a few seconds as her eyes scanned the vampire club, then return to the female vampire.
"You're eyes are quite fetching. Reminds me of a quarry in Arizona I used to swim in. I had such a good time in that water, but I bet I could have a better time with those pool of blue's of yours instead."

Pam pursed her lips. This wasn't going like she had planned. She was not too be swayed however once she had prey lined in her sights. "You can find me here almost any day of the week...I am what you might call a regular. There isn't much to do any where else, except to visit a friend or two in Bon Temps..." The thought of going to Bon Temps was repulsive to her. She hated that little town more than anything, except maybe the hideous attire Eric forced her to wear at the club. However, that disgusting vile pit of land held some glorious diamonds in the rough.
"Arizona, that is a very sunny state...also dry with lots of sand...icky stuff sand, never can get it out of those hard to reach places. Why on earth would you come here? Especially if they have water as clear as my eyes..." Pam danced closer to the young human and inhaled deeply. "Sweetling you smell divine...something exotic..." Pam curled her lip as she went on the other side "Do you know there is male human on your face?"
The music boomed through the club and the beat raced through her veins. She always found herself coming back to the dance floor for some memories of the old days. "I think you move very well sweetling, you are very young, I have had centuries to practice."

When Phoenix heard that the female vampire could be seen here a lot she noted it in her memory bank. The place was stunning enough alone, but knowing she was here a lot would of course make her come back. Her brown eyes sparkled with a hint of interest as she mentioned going to Bon Temps, which was right where she lived! This clearly must have been a sign of some sort, or at least that was what Phoenix believed in that very second.
Phoenix laughed at how the female vampire described Arizona and took another sip of her drink, keeping her focus on the sarcastic yet amusing lady. The reason for her returning to Louisiana was a pretty lame one at that, she just didn't know where else to go after having such a 'stellar' life in Arizona.
"Not enough quarries to keep me satisfied." Phoenix mused over her fruity drink as she felt the woman close the personal space they once had between the two of them. When she mentioned the male human on her face, Phoenix frowned and rolled her eyes with a sigh.
"Oh him." She waved him off with her free hand with not a second thought. "He amuses me for now, like a pet or something." Phoenix's tone was lifeless as she spoke about the human male the female vampire picked up on. "While he might be on my face, he isn't here this evening." Phoenix swayed her head to the music, her hair trailing around her face as she did so. She pushed him further from her mind when she mentioned how well Phoenix danced and that made her take a step towards the blonde vampire.
"Interesting. Centuries must have taught you more than just dancing though." Phoenix smirked as she ran her hands through her red hair, pulling it off her face completely now.

Pam's eyes lingered on the girls neck as she pulled the hair away from her face. Pam could see the pulse racing in time with the music and she involuntarily licked her lips.
Pam grinned about the comment Phoenix made about the man. "Funny, I was thinking of maybe doing the same with you...keeping you as a pet...of course my pets are treated in the most expensive and lavish manner possible." Pam felt the fabric of her skirt and shuddered.
"There is no possibility of you wearing this type of polyester if you were mine...only the finest for my pets." She ran her hand up her back and pulled the woman closer to her face so she could look into her eyes. They were a molten brown that reminded her of a decadent chocolate dessert she had watched a former human companion eat while she was in Paris.
Pam tucked a strand of hair behind the humans ear. "You would be dripping with jewels and silk and furs...the perfumes you would wear to entice me...you would be treated like the goddess you are my sweetling." Flattery worked on everyone.

Phoenix grinned as the female vampire spoke about making Phoenix her 'pet'. Though she doubted it would be in the way she saw Allan; but then who knew and who really cared? Phoenix would have been an idiot to push the suggestion away and nor would she ever. Secretively she was excited about the possibility and the prospect of learning what the vampires knew and had done for the last couple of centuries. It was amazing to think of all the things she had done and seen, so not boring like her life had been.
Her attention went back to the female vampire as she felt her fingers on her skirt and she couldn't help but look down as the vampire seemed to be almost repulsed by what she was wearing. It had been the best thing in the closet, but it paled in comparison to what the female vampire was wearing. Everything the vampire offered sounded almost too good to be true, but was just the thing Phoenix was looking for. The space between the two had disappeared as the female vampire pulled Phoenix towards her and started into her eyes.
Phoenix returned the stare into the female vampires own eyes, the eyes as blue as the quarry in Camp Verde. Phoenix doubted she would ever miss Arizona again if she was the 'pet' of this female vampire. Her eyes went to the fingertips of the vampires as she placed some of the loose strands behind Phoenix's ears and she let a small shudder of delight run down her spine as she continued to entice Phoenix.
"I hate polyester anyways." Phoenix whispered but she knew that the female vampire had heard her and probably all of the vampires in the club did as well. "The material fades and runs thin after a few washings." Phoenix knew from that point on she would do anything the female vampire wanted her to do, she had fed into one of her most wanted desires and needs.
"Maybe you would like to try it before you buy it?" Phoenix leaned in close to the ear of the female vampire to try and let her be the only one to hear the suggestion she planted.

Pam threw her head back and laughed. This girl was going to keep Pam very busy for a while. "A taste is all anyone ever needs to determine what is right and what won't fit." Pam slid her hands from her face down around her waist and left one around the small of Phoenix's back.
The song changed and it was slower. Pam could feel Phoenix try to move off of the dance floor but Pam pulled her close so they were dancing cheek to cheek. "Would you be unwilling to slow dance with me? Would you be embarrassed that I would ask you to show me affection in public?"
Pam twirled Phoenix around her in a circle. "I would show case you as my greatest feature and you would want for nothing." Pam lifted the young woman in the air and finished the movement in a dramatic dip where Pam held Phoenix with one arm. "If you were my pet that is..." Pam pulled Phoenix up and brushed her lips across the humans collar bone. "Mmm, you taste divine...I'd need a closer inspection of course..."

Phoenix smiled as the vampire laughed, they might finally be getting somewhere! As the song changed to something slower, Phoenix was about to pull back when the female vampire kept her close and left them dancing slowly with their cheeks touching. Phoenix's eyes went around the room for the first time since arriving and she could see some eyes looking at her, some human and some not. She wondered why they were so intrigued with a vampire dancing with a human; practically all the vampire were with some human in the place.
The thought disappeared as the female vampire twirled Phoenix around in a circle, which made her laugh lightly. Everything the female vampire was saying sounded simply divine and she would have no problems showing her affection, she was a gorgeous creature and demanded it of course! "Why would anyone not want to show you affection and then some more?"
With a dip and a pull back to the vampire, Phoenix remained still as she felt the lips of the vampire press against her neckline. The touch of the vampire's lips on her flesh made her shudder with delight and left her yearning for her to taste Phoenix's blood.
Phoenix nodded at the suggestion the female vampire made to Phoenix, the urge to run her hands through the blonde hair of the vampire entered her mind but for now she remained focused on trying to please the vampire. She could play with the golden strands on their own time, she wondered if they felt as silky as they looked.
"Of course." Phoenix planted a kiss on the cheek of the vampire and slowly pulled back her face so that her lips was a few inches away from the vampire's own set. "If I was your pet you'd never have to worry about me denying you affection or anything else." Phoenix let her lips trail lightly over the female vampire's own ruby colored ones and then placed one of her hands in the female vampire's and gave her a small wink.
"Does this place have a private room for sampling or do we have to go somewhere else?" Phoenix gave the vampire a coy smile as she bit down on her lower lip, her dark orbs still focused on the only vampire that caught her attention this evening.

Pam grabbed Phoenix and kissed her thoroughly. She tasted like wild honey, the wind and sun light. If Pam had a kryptonite it was sun light, in a good way. She loved to taste it since she herself wasn't allowed to be in it.
She pulled away from the kiss and fingered Phoenix's hair. "Unfortunately sweetling this bar has a strict no tolerance rule...for biting humans that is."
Pam chuckled. "Sweetling, if you were my pet you would have no choice in anything. I always come first and demand all your attention. I do not like to share my toys with anyone." She stroked the young girls cheek. "I do not know if you could handle being my pet sweetling." The dance floor was filling up and people kept touching her. Without permission...she hated touching with out permission. Her fangs came out and she let out a growl. The crowd parted and she took Phoenix's hand. "Would you like some privacy at a booth. There are a few still available."

Phoenix frowned lightly at the no feeding rule, but she realized that it was probably for the safety of everyone; from the humans to the vampires themselves. Well, hopefully they would be able to sneak away to somewhere where she could let the vampire sink her fangs into her. She hadn't had the thrill of laughing in the face of death for around a year now and how she longed for it.
When the female vampire spoke about the possibility of Phoenix not being able to handle being her pet, she only smiled coyly and tilted her head to the right. It was in those words that she knew the vampire regarded herself extremely high, which only turned Phoenix on that much more. Anyone that had their sh*t together and flaunted it was dead sexy, be it male or female. Plus she had quite a few years on Phoenix which was only another attractive feature for Phoenix.
A growl was heard from the female vampire as some bodies bumped into her own and Phoenix narrowed her eyes at those who interrupted them. With the suggestion of a booth, her eyes looked for one and when she found it she smiled and nodded her head.
"Of course. I only have attention for you this evening anyways. I'd love to hear more about....you." Sure Phoenix had seen other vampires, but many paled in comparison to her blue eyed beauty. Phoenix nudged her head over to a booth that was vacant and placed her hand delicately in that of the female vampires before she took charge and tried to pull her in that direction.

Pam decided to show off for Phoenix and maybe a little for the crowd. As the young girl tried to steer her Pam grabbed her around the waist and carried her over to the booth in question.
When they were inside, she placed the girl gently on the seat and pulled the privacy curtain and hit the buzzer. When the waitress came by Pam ordered for them and smiled at Phoenix. Pam tilted her head "I am simply infatuated with that firery red hair of yours. I want to touch it constantly...try to see if it burns."
"Of course. I only have attention for you this evening anyways. I'd love to hear more about....you."
Pam chuckled when she remembered what Phoenix said. "Of course you do, I am old and wise and have had centuries of stories to tell and create..." Pam inched closer to her prey. "I am strong and powerful and I can do whatever I please..." Pam skimmed the top of the girls arm with her fingers. "I want for nothing and I am rarely denied the things I seek. To be my pet you would have to devote your entire soul to me..."
Pam tucked a piece of hair again behind Phoenix's ear. "D*mn this piece of hair...it just wants me to touch it."

Phoenix hadn't expected to be picked up and carried over to the booth, but it made her laugh with hearty amusement. With a gentle motion the female vampire set Phoenix down and soon a waitress was called and an order was placed by her companion for the evening.
Phoenix laughed at the comment about her red hair and looked down at the strands that were being played with. She let out small giggle and nipped at the fingers playfully as they moved around the frame of her ear.
"Well you know what they say about playing with fire." Phoenix smirked and shrugged her shoulders. No, if she was the pet of this vampire she'd never burn her, how could she? She was beyond anything Phoenix could ever imagine. The touch of the fingertips against her earlobe made her inch closer to the female vampire and close any ounce of space between the two of them.
"My entire soul?" Phoenix wondered just what that meant in reality, give the vampire anything she wanted, well that part she could live with but what exactly did she mean? Hell, did she really even care? Not really.
Phoenix tilted her head and pushed her face towards the blonde vampire, closing the facial gap they once had by at least 90 percent. "Sounds intriguing and dangerous almost. I'm a big girl and can handle it." Phoenix smirked coyly and locked her brown eyes on the blue orbs that looked back at her. The woman simply enthralled Phoenix from those blue eyes of hers to her attitude and not to mention all the things she knew and lived through. She sure wasn't anything like Alan.
