Check one two, check. Hello!
'Cause I'm just a little girl you see,
Name: Jessica Hamby
Age: 17
Brief History: Before being turned by Bill, Jessica was raised in an overly-strict Christian home where she was often belted by her father. Jessica's family was also very religious, attending church every Sunday. Unlike most teenagers her age, she never snuck out of the house, did drugs, smoked or getting close, if you will, to a boy. She was on her way to her friend Ashley's party, the first time she ever snuck out, when she was stopped by Vampires and brought to the Magister and Bill in order to be turned.
Personality: It can be said Jessica has a very petulant attitude, an attitude which tries Bill's patience. She has a very unexpected reaction when she found out she was a Vampire, which then of course meant she relishes becoming one. Jess is also very dramatic and enjoys sneaking behind Bill's back by doing things he told her not to, such as going to her parent's house with Sookie and having Barry the Bellboy bring a boy for her in Dallas.
What do you have planned for this character? I plan to follow the way Deborah portrays her in the show but with twists here and there.
Have you read the books? The first four, I'm now reading the fifth. (I love BUBBA)
Name three facts about your cannon She was belted by her father, she was home-schooled and she never kissed a boy before Hoyt.
Sample RP: It was late, around midnight, on a Wednesday. Jessica Hamby lay on her bed in The Silent Short Hotel, a bottle of Tru Blood in her hand. She was staring at the ceiling with the hand that was not holding Tru Blood behind her head. She knew her maker, Bill Compton, and his human, Sookie, were in the other room talking and doing lord knows what. Next to her on the bedside table was a silver blackberry, a phone she'd stolen from the guy who met the Compton party at the airport. But of course, the guy was there for something other then pick the three up. He said that he was sent by the Fellowship of the Sun to abduct the human with the Compton part. Coming back to reality, Jessica put the bottle of A negative blood to her lips and took a long drink. She then replaced the phone with the bottle and pressed the center button. No new messages, it said. Jessica threw the phone back down in frustration and finished the bottle. She lay back down and began to chew her lip at what she had seen just minutes before. Her lip began to bleed almost instantly, so she reached her hand up and on touching them, only to realize her fangs had extended. She shook her head lightly. "Wonderful," she murmured to herself, "just wonderful."
But there's a hell of a lot more to me.
