The sun had been down for about a hour, and Brandy had just made her way into Merlotte's. She was wearing black pants and a violet cashmere sweater. She didn't know why she was wearing a sweater, just that it was soft and she wanted to get lost in it. It was comfortable, one of those shirts where you hiked up the sleeves just to feel the material against your face.
Strange, as she swung open the door, that more eyes were on her than usual. Did she have something on her face? She stopped by one of the mirror-clocks and checked. Nope, her hair was hanging loosely over her shoulders and there was nothing on her face.
A strange hush fell over the place as she walked across the room and sat down - slowly - in a booth. Did they realize they were staring? She felt like jumping up and yelling "BOO" at the top of her lungs. Instead, she had glanced toward Arlene, the red haired waitress, and motioned her over.
"Is there like a big 'kick me' sign on my back that I missed?"

Belle was starting to get bored. She just woke up and was still in her nightgown. She was standing outside her grave, okay not her grave but none the less it was the one she slept in. Her night gown was a pretty purple gray that flowed all the way down to the ground. She grabbed her pretty black mini skirt and a pretty pale purple blouse. She grabbed her onyx necklace and that was the only accessory she really needed. She grabbed her newly bought black and purple sandals that ties around her ankle.
She was heading to Jessica's to take a shower and change. Jessica openly agreed into letting her use the bathroom and what nots to clean after a day's sleep. She was walking across the graveyard and when she got to Jess's there was no one home. 'Probably went to Sook's' Belle thought absentmindedly. She walked into the house and up the stairs to the bathroom she went in the first night she was there. Belle jumped in the shower and washed her body of, do to her sleeping ways she was very dirty, she washed her hair. Even though she didn't really need shampoo but it made her feel more human. She jumped out and dried off before throwing her clothes on and blow drying her hair, so her new skirt didn't get wet.
When she finished this, she was trying to decide what she wanted to do with her time. 'Merlotte's' she thought. Merlotte's was the place in which she met Jessica and a handsome Shifter. She jumped into her car and began to drive when her cell rung it was her sister. Annabelle always calls but Belle never answer's. She pressed End and shut the phone off completely. She finally arrived at the bar and looked around.
She noticed a pretty young woman at the bar, she remembered seeing her here before. She walked up and sat next to her. "AB Positive, pretty please," she said smiling up at the bartender. She then looked at the magical being sitting next to her. "Hello, I am Belle. Vampire and was a human rights activist," she still would be if the humans liked her any. But she became a vampire and now no one hardly likes her. Some do though since she was always a naturally lovable person.
"If you don't mind me asking." Belle smiled sheepishly. "What exactly are you? I since something magical but I can't place it because you smell human," Belle whispered but to this girl who she didn't exactly know. "Witch?"

Arlene didn't answer her right away, mainly because there was a new figure beside her. Brandy was a little shocked that the woman approached her out of the blue. Then the voices began again and people were talking normally..
But wasn't she hearing her name being dropped? And Sam's? What the heck was going on? There was no way - -
"Hello, I am Belle. Vampire and was a human rights activist,"
"Huh? Uh.. oh. Um, nice to meet you, I'm BB"
".. Did you hear about the bar stool Brandy? It was all dented when I came in this morning, I think I have to tell Sam he needs to replace it" It was Arlene that had spoke, interrupting her thoughts. The bar stool? Brandy flushed bright pink.
"Uh, right.. you do that. Why are you telling me?
Brandy was trying to be as innocent as possible. And trying to concentrate on Belle. Two things not easy to do.
"Yeah, and the pool table is all scratched up. Even a couple of glasses found their way to the floor. It was a mess"
"Arlene, seriously, can you go get me a drink or something?"
More mumbling in the background, luckily Arlene was already heading to give the bartender her drink order when Belle 'popped' the question.
"What exactly are you? I since something magical but I can't place it because you smell human, Witch?" "
Brandy was shocked, this girl could.. sense that? Without her even knowing her? She might of been suspicious... if it wasn't so hard to concentrate from all the snickering around her.
"Yeah.. I am. And I'm about to cast a spell on this whole bar so they learn to shut the f*ck up"

Sam had been stuck on the phone in his office for almost an hour. Ordering up more TruBlood especially with the influx of Vampires coming into his little bar. This little part of his business stuck in his craw, a lot. But business was business.
He looked around his office with a smile. A knowing smile. What a night, oh what a night indeed. A night that started out in the worst possible way, ended in the best possible way. With his beautiful Brandy in his arms.
Sam made his way out into the bar front he beamed as he saw Brandy at the bar talking to...a Vampire? Oh hell. He walked behind the bar and leant over it to give his girlfriend a small kiss hello. "Hey beautiful." as Sam looked around the bar he could see several people looking, some secretly pointing and some just plain gawping. What, they'd never seen a man kiss his own girlfriend?
His eyes met Arlene's and she smirked at him before pulling a mock disapproving face. Sam just looked at her with eyes wide. "What?"
"Ohhhh nothin' nothin'." Arlene giggled as she walked past him. "You dawg"

"Huh? Uh.. oh. Um, nice to meet you, I'm BB"
"Nice to make you as well BB." Belle smiled up at BB because she is the second witch that she met. One was at Fangtasia and the other here.
"Yeah.. I am. And I'm about to cast a spell on this whole bar so they learn to shut the f*ck up"
"They are pretty loud. Definitely if you have super sonic hearing." Belle was totally happy today. She had a great night sleep and was in her pretty new outfits. Belle saw that handsome bartender walk up and Belle smiled a happy smile. "Hello," she said sweetly. She thought he was cute but totally not her type.
She wished she could find somebody that was her type. But she has a very strict point of view in who she would date. The 'race' doesn't matter but the attitude and whatnot does. "Your boyfriend is kinda cute, in a shifter kind of way," Belle smiled at Belle hopping she offending her. "I think I saw you one time her. But I am not sure. I was dancing around and looked good while doing it." Once Belle began to think of dancing that's all she wanted to do. But she held on to her urge, until she at least finished her conversation with BB.

Just as she was looking at the red head curiously, she saw a familiar face come from the back room. Brandy's face lit up the moment he leaned in for the kiss, mirroring his movements so that their lips met half way.
"Hey beautiful."
"Hey handsome"
When Sam looked, so did Brandy - what was with the people in this bar? It seemed for some reason, that Brandy and Sam were the object of gossip as of late. Brandy blamed Arlene. Who, in the mean time, had been bantering with Sam.
Did they know? No, they couldn't of - it must of been the rumor mill just working over time. Brandy picked up on other voices as well...
"Did you hear, they are dating?"
"I heard they did it right on the pool table!"
"Really? Well I heard she was pregnant with his love child!"
Brandy had turned around, shooting a glare toward the table that was talking the most. She was ready to say something when her company spoke up and distracted her.
"They are pretty loud. Definitely if you have super sonic hearing. Your boyfriend is kinda cute, in a shifter kind of way,"
"Uh.. thanks.. but can you not be so vocal about the 'S' thing.. ? We kind of like to keep our private lives.. well private, and there are lots of little ears here"
This vampire had to of been the most intuitive person she met. Or maybe Brandy was just taking the vampire thing for granted. Really, she didn't care who knew she was a witch - but she knew Sam was very protective of his secret and wouldn't appreciate anybody sharing the information so freely.
"I think I saw you one time here. But I am not sure. I was dancing around and looked good while doing it."
Brandy was a little.. surprised. Belle wasn't very modest, definitely more 'open' with her uh... beauty? Oh well, as long as she didn't go spreading around Sam's secret.. or her's, it would be alright.
"You probably did, I'm here a lot. You dance? Why don't you go throw on something on that jukebox over there. There are plenty of good tunes. Maybe we can turn it up so I can drown out the gossiping sisters in the back corner.."

Belle was a very happy at the moment and all she does is talk and talk when she is happy. So she forgot to not say 'shifter' out loud.
"Uh.. thanks.. but can you not be so vocal about the 'S' thing.. ? We kind of like to keep our private lives.. well private, and there are lots of little ears here"
"Opps. I forget sometimes. I babble a lot..oops I am doing it again," Belle looked at BB curiously she wasn't like most of the people she met here but that was good. If she met to many people who are the same then Belle's life would get boring.
"You probably did, I'm here a lot. You dance? Why don't you go throw on something on that jukebox over there. There are plenty of good tunes. Maybe we can turn it up so I can drown out the gossiping sisters in the back corner.."
"Yeah. I danced and my sung but I kept my talent going in the after life and she stopped except to me." Belle was scared to talk about Anna. She was afraid Anna could hear and poof. "I think I might. I will turn it up as loud as possiable." Belle smiled up and BB and the bartender.
Belle made it to the jukebox and flipped through it before she found her favorite song as a child. No one hear would probably know it but she did. She turned it up as loud as the jukebox could go before dancing elegantly around the dance floor.

Sam's scowl at Arlene turned to a glare as the female Vampire dropped the word shifter into her conversation with Brandy. Now granted, most of the people in the bar wouldn't have half a clue as to what she meant. But still, Sam wanted his secret to remain that way. He was about to say something to her, but she got up and made her way over to the jukebox
Sam was about to turn to Brandy when he started overhearing parts of various conversations around the bar.
and there was another girl here too
she was all over him
i hope they weren't on this table
Sam managed to keep his mouth closed, but his eyes looked over the bar. Most of his clientele were looking and chattering and some even pointed. He looked at Brandy, moving his face down to hers so he could talk quietly. "Looks like we're the talk of the town" his brows furrowed, being the focus of Bon Temps gossip was not Sam's idea of fun.

Brandy watched as Belle left the table and went to the jukebox to pick a song and dance. After her apology, she couldn't really stay mad at Belle - after all Brandy usually ran off at the mouth when she got going. "Looks like we're the talk of the town""I don't know, its not so bad. Before they barely knew who I was. It will only last a couple of days until the next big news comes to Bon Temps."What would the next big news be? She didn't know what could top the rumors going on.. well, she had a couple of ideas. She could do something right out of "Coyote Ugly" and do the shimmy shake all over the bar table.
Hey! There was an idea!
Belle was brave enough to dance around Bon Temps, after the song finished she could have them talking about something else other than what her and Sam did the night before.
In classic Brandy fashion, she shot Sam a smirk and went over to the Jukebox, scanning around the dials. There was no way this place wouldn't have that song.
Click, Click. Swoosh, Drop.
The Devil Went Down To GeorgiaBrandy tapped three times with her foot commanding the attention of the room. Alright, so her magic helped at little - she jotted over to the bar and stood up on the chair and onto the bar.
Automatically the patrons reached for the drinks and Brandy began to do the line dance right on the bar top. Swinging her hips, using the whole counter as the stage, causing a few members of the bar to stand up and take notice.
Her body twisted and turned as she did her best to command the attention of the room. She even managed a smirk toward Sam as she sang one verse - "I told you once, you son of a b!tch I'm the best that's ever been."Why did people yell out excitedly during that line? When the song drew to its close she hoped down from the bar top and almost collapsed onto the bar stool. Getting up there was alot of work!
At least it worked... everyone seemed to be talking about something different now. She needed some fresh air. Quietly, still a bit embarrassed now that everyone saw her 'shake' she escaped from the bar and out the front door.
She didn't want to admit the gossip had been a bit much for her.

Belle was dancing and she noticed that BB began went to change the song and she looked at her in a 'wow girl what are you up to' look. Belle began to dance again until she saw her climb up on the bar, she stopped and looked up at BB in suprise. She was pretty good at dancing. SHe watched her run out of the bar, so Belle decided to ask Sam what was up. "Sam...what was that about?" Belle nodded to the door.
(sorry I got a brain block)

When Summer went to get her bike from Merlotte's parking lot the night before, she realised the place was locked up. So taking the risk she rode home without it, knowing Sam would keep it safe for her to pick it back up. Tonight was that night. After another long day at Herveaux & Son's, Summer thought she'd take a quick drive into Bon Temps get her helmet and maybe see Brandy while she was there.
Drawing up the gravel track towards the lot. It was filled to the brim with cars and trucks. Another busy night for Sam and co. The closer Summer got to the bar, the louder the cheering and whooping from inside the place grew. They weren't having the Karaoke night already were they? Summer shook her head and adjusted her short black mini-kilt style skirt, brushed down her black short sleeved cotton shirt and admired the brown boots Brandy had chosen for her.
Summer pushed the door open and her eyes widened and her jaw opened at the sight that lay before her. Brandy atop the bar dancing and singing like she was in Coyote Ugly. Summer giggled behind her hand as she stood and watched her friend. Then her laughter stopped as she realised there was a Vampire close by. They always sent her into auto-defense mode. Where was it? Her eyes traced the room and then they fell on a female next to Brandy. Talking to Sam? Oh hell no.

Sam stood leaning against the back of the bar, his hands over his mouth. He couldn't believe Brandy was up on his bar counter dancing and singing. What was she thinking? He couldn't even be mad, because it seemed to entertain the gossips on a different level.
The Vampire leaned over to him and spoke up. Sam...what was that about?
Sam shrugged his shoulders. "I have no idea, you'll have to ask her when she's finished entertaining the masses." it was as friendly as he could muster for a Vampire.
Sam was glad to notice Summer at the door. She did not look happy and was eyeing the female Vampire suspiciously. He waved her over. He was relieved to have a familiar and friendly face to talk to.

Belle smelt a were come in. She turned around and notice a really pretty girl in a cute skirt, who looked mad. Belle wanted to know what she did wrong. Belle is probably the sweetest vampire you will ever meet. Then she looked at BB and smiled a pretty vampire smile.
She looked at Sam who didn't seem to like he either, what was with the shifters around here. Witches and whatnot love her and where she's been last, she was defiantly friends with a few shifters. "I am one of the nicest vampires ever and here I am getting the evil eye from everyone. Whatever." she whispered under her breath forgetting that a few of them would still hear exactly what she said.

Brandy was kind of.. clueless.. when it came to how Sam and Summer felt about vampires. Brandy knew it was mostly a.. universal thing, especially in Bon Temps. Though, not being a shifter herself, she couldn't of told Belle why - even if she was asked.
When Brandy had finally come in, she wasn't quite as flustered but the gossip started on her. She could handle it though, at least it wasn't about her and Sam, just about her.. and apparently how 'hot' she was up on that bar counter top.
Hot? Really? Eh... other comments, like how they were going to - and how they wanted to - d@mn! Men were even perverts out loud! She hoped Sam wouldn't hear them, he wouldn't like anybody talking about his girl that way.
Oh wait. Of course he would hear them - hello! She decided she had better say something before Sam did so she went over to the table and, very sweetly, put her hand on it.
"Hey, there fellas - did you all enjoy the dance? I'm glad you did, but could you please keep your comments to yourself?
I would hate for you guys to be embarrassed when you realize that neither of you could ever have a woman like me, no matter how many times I make a guest appearance in your fantasies. "
The men didn't know if they should protest, or just stare at her. She tapped three times on their table and pointed toward their drinks.
"Enjoy your beers now"
Sure enough, as Brandy walked away and they took a drink of their beers - they ended up spitting them out all over each other. And why would Brandy have such a devilish smirk on her face?
Well, at least two people in the bar would know why.
On her way back to the bar she spotted Summer, and Belle having a conversation with Sam. Brandy gave Summer a tight hug, wrapping her arm loosely around her friends shoulder as she gave Sam her softest smile. Brandy was blushing.
"Well.. I think I got them talking about something else now. Sorry hun, it was all I could think of"

Belle watched BB walk towards a table in which guys were talking about her, Belle only knew this because she heard them saying it. Belle smiled at BB when she walked away from the table, then her smile faded. BB knew the Shifter that didn't like her, Belle always is nice, no matter what you are. She looked at the shifter, both shifters.
"Why do you hate me? What did I do to you guys?" Belle somewhat knew why just not completely. "I might be a vampire but I like everyone and anyone, you could be a ant and I won't let someone hurt you," Belle was genuinly sad and upset that she came here today. She really wished she could fade into the backround and that her sister wouldn't of changed her.
"I didn't choose this. It just happened. My sister missed me, so she changed me. I didn't have a say in this matter." Belle was crying red blood again. Five milliseconds later her tears stopped and she was smiling an awkward smile. She grabbed a tissue and wiped her eyes off. "Can I at least have an AB Positive"
