((ooc: The team is actually in Shreveport at this moment, and going to Dallas via the airport. ))
So much had happened between the time Damian and Brandy had met in Merlotte's and tonight. Brandy had, quite through the work of a miracle, managed to get another ticket for Matt on the same flight that Damian and Brandy were on. The flight was due to leave at 9pm which had given plenty of time for the trio to get to the airport and get settled on their flight.
Brandy had insisted that Damian ride with Sam and Brandy, Sam was going to be taking her to the airport anyway so it made no sense for Damian to have to find his own ride. She knew however, that trying to talk Sam into letting Matt in his truck was out of the question.
She was pushing it as it was, considering she was stuck in the middle of Damian and Sam the whole way. Both men smelled really good, and Brandy saw the envious glances from girls both when they were on the highway and now that they were in the terminal.
They were looking at her curiously, teenage girls mostly, and Brandy could only laugh and shake her head. If it didn't upset Sam so much, she might of had her arm's hooked around them both! But that was just Brandy, carefree and slightly oblivious at the worst of the times.
The terminal was busy, people were all around them. Families waiting for their loved ones, couples kissing at their emotional reunions, business men in suits - and women with screaming and frantic children. Brandy waited, leaning against Sam as her brown eyes looked toward the doors, Matt should be arriving at any moment.

Sam had agreed to driving Brandy and Damian to the airport to fly out to Dallas, for there little investigation into the disappearance of Damian's girlfriend. Sam wasn't happy about the situation, but she was dead set on helping this Were and there was no way to talk her out of going.
The drive over to Shreveport Regional Airport was a fairly quiet affair. The presence of Damian made Sam uncomfortable and not overly sociable. Having Brandy right next to him, made him feel a little less irritable.
Once inside the building, it was busier than he'd reckoned. Brandy had said the departure was 9pm. They'd have to check in soon. He wrapped an arm around her tightly as she leaned in close to him. He wasn't looking forward to there farewell. He was worried and worrying made him stressed and the stress was making him anxious. What it all boiled down to was missing her and wanting her to be safe.
"You got everything you need babe?" Sam whispered in her ear. He didn't need anyone else to hear the sadness in his voice.

Damian was not a very happy Were this evening. Though the hurt of the full moon was through, he still had hurt for his long time friend and first love. That was why he was sitting in the car with a Shifter, to not be mistaken with a Were, and a witch. The witch, him and a vampire were going to Dallas to search for the one he needs. They were meeting the vampire at the airport.
When they finally got there and were walking to the termanal. Brandy, was in the middle of him and Sam. And girls seemed very jelouse of the lovely Brandy. Damian was having mixed feelings on what he will find, and if he really wanted to find her. He had a magnificant time with a really cute cook. But he has known Alicia forever and they are like siblings, so he had to go and find her, though he might not love her like he used too. Now he found something more exciting and thrilling then being with Alicia, even though they always seemed to be meant for each other.
Once they got to the terminal, he looked around for Matt. Damian met him in a street in Bon Temps. It was a very strange meeting and he couldn't really say how it came to be. He was surprised in how Brandy knew the same person, but he still didn't know why he was going with them. "Brandy,"he looked confused. "Why exactly is Matt coming along?"

"You got everything you need babe?"
Sam's voice was barely a whisper, but Brandy picked up on the sadness that was laced in his question. Sam had been holding her tightly, his arm snug around her slender waist. The way she was so close to him she could felt the warmth in his body and how his body seemed to tense up and not want to let her go.
She was having doubts about leaving him, they hadn't been apart from each other for more than a few hours since she had arrived in Bon Temps. It was as if fate placed them together and it would of been an insult to not spend every moment possible next to each other.
"Yes. But, if you want I can pretend I forgot something so we have to drive all the back and I end up missing the flight?"
Brandy etched a coy smile on her face as she rested her forehead against his and reached to hold his hand securely. It was in that moment, Damian interrupted her thoughts.
"Brandy, Why exactly is Matt coming along?"
Brandy cringed, realizing she never explained anything to Damian. She just kind of told him on the way to the airport that they would have a vampire tagging along. Not to mention, because Damian asked about Matt, it most likely brought up the nervousness Sam was already feeling and made it worse.
"Uh.. well you see Damian, I'm kind of.. in service of the vampire queen of Louisiana?"
Reluctantly Brandy had let go of Sam's hand and stepped away from him, crossing her arms over her chest and giving a slight shrug. She tried her best to smile and to explain everything without revealing too much to Damian.
".. Matt has decided to join us to watch out for me. So that nothing happens. I couldn't really say no, so he will be joining us. I promise Matt is great, it just limits our search to the night time so that he can come along"

"Yes. But, if you want I can pretend I forgot something so we have to drive all the back and I end up missing the flight?"
Sam smiled at her as she took his hand. "Do you even know how tempting that is to me right now?"
"Brandy, Why exactly is Matt coming along?"
Sam could have floored Damian for the clumsy way he barged into there private time. Sam became visibly uncomfortable when Brandy had to explain to the Were about her deal with the Vampire Queen of Louisiana. He sighed and looked away when Brandy let her hand slip from his.
It was bad enough that she was leaving him to go on this hair brained mission. But to have it reminded that one of the Queen's minions would be there as well to protect her majesties investment. Well, that was even worse.

Matt had a difficult time figuring out what he needed on the trip to Dallas. Of course they were only going for a couple of days, but what if it happened to rain in Dallas and it wasn't as hot as it normally was? So just to be safe he packed two suitcases for the trip, both matching each other in a nice light brown leather designer motif. As he waved the driver over to the place to check in the bags, his hearing caught on to the little fawn and her conversations. She was with two men, one of which he had never heard before and he could only assume was Sam.
"Why shouldn't I come?" Matt pulled at his dark purple sunglasses as he eyed Damian up within the terminal. "Do you know how to dress and act in Dallas without the help of me, Matt? And do you have any vampire connections down there? Vampires down there ain't like me honey." Matt eyed him up and down with a quick flick of his brown orbs and then beamed a smile at the other man.
"So you are the one my little fawn is so smitten with." Matt nodded his head in approval and then turned back to Brandy. "I smelled her on you when we first met, finally nice to put a face to a smell." Matt looked down at his shoes and brushed a piece of lint off his pants as he grabbed out his cell phone.
"I hate to break up this moment, but....We have a plane to catch." Matt waved his hand in the air to emphasis his point. "I'll make sure fawn is safe and nothing happens to her of course." Humans were so attached to the one's they loved, but then again so was he when it came to the Queen or anyone else he took as a potential love interest. But unlike humans, Matty knew when to let go, not everyone could stay fabulous forever; well unless they were a vampire.

"Why shouldn't I come?"
Oh! She knew that voice. She had had her back to the entrance so she didn't notice Matt approaching them. He looked fantastic and she envied his sense of style. Immediately she found herself relaxing, there was something about Matt and his flair for the - well, his flair for everything. Matt was like, the girlfriend she had never had and she felt completely at ease around him - and as if her whole persona had been improved by 110% by just being in his presence.
"Do you know how to dress and act in Dallas without the help of me, Matt? And do you have any vampire connections down there? Vampires down there ain't like me honey."
As the conversation was directed at Damian, Brandy had returned back to Sam's side. She wanted to get in as much time as she could with him - it was kind of a big moment for them both.
"So you are the one my little fawn is so smitten with."
Oh. And just like that, Matt's focus was on Sam. Brandy smiled warmly, looking toward Sam. She barely noticed Matt 'sizing' up Sam with his eyes, but the nod of approval she had noticed.
"I smelled her on you when we first met, finally nice to put a face to a smell."
Smelled? There was definitely something in the way Matt had said that, that made Brandy blush and dig her head into Sam's left shoulder. How embarrassing.
"I hate to break up this moment, but....We have a plane to catch."
Crap. So much for Brandy and Sam having that moment of 'aww's and oh's' before she took off into a whole other city. Matt was right, though, they did have a plane to catch.
"I'll make sure fawn is safe and nothing happens to her of course."
Brandy knew that last statement from Matt wouldn't ease Sam's doubts and worries in the slightest. However, she had grabbed her suitcase and leaned toward Sam to give him a quick kiss good bye.
"I love you."
She said it as naturally as the words had come to her, quickly dashing toward the security check where Matt was already heading. She didn't want to be left behind, and she was certain Damian wouldn't want to be left behind either.
Neither of her 'trio' would be happy if she was the reason they ended up missing their flight. She gave one last look toward Sam, and she felt something tug in her heart. God, this was going to be hard.
But it was already too late to turn back.

A voice came from behind them, Sam spun round and his body tensed as he realised this must be the Vampire that was being sent to look out for Brandy.
Sam's eyes hardened and he glowered at the Queen's lackey. His over familiarity with Brandy made him even more displeased. Sadly there wasn't anything Sam could do about it. Brandy was commited to this adventure and all he could do was sit back and watch, and wait.
"So you are the one my little fawn is so smitten with. I smelled her on you when we first met, finally nice to put a face to a smell."
Sam's lip curled at his sheer lack of decorum. He didn't dare open his mouth to speak. He didn't need to put Brandy in an awkward position.
No sooner had the Vampire arrived, than he was hurrying everyone along to catch the plane. Sam hated to admit that he was right, but it still caused him grief. Still ate away at him that she was going off and almost completely out of reach.
Sam felt Brandy's lips on his. It was the briefest of moments and one he expected to last a little longer. When she pulled away, she looked into his eyes. "I love you."
Sam opened his mouth to reply, but she was rushing off with her two companions to catch her plane. She took a brief moment to look over her shoulder and Sam just froze. Unable to move a muscle. All he wanted to do was run over to her, bundle her up in his arms and whisk her off back home.
But it wasn't to be. Soon she was completely out of sight and his heart sank to the pit of his stomach. "I love you" he whispered and turned on his heels and back out towards his truck. Time to go home to his lonely trailer, to worry about the woman he now realised he was deeply in love with.
He cursed the pain of discovering such things when forced to part.

(With permission from BB and Sophie, Jack is joining you guys)
The order was very simple: Keep Brandy safe. As much as Jack detested humans in general he was told this human was special, for what reason he didn't know. All he knew was the Queen had a lot of interest in Brandy and she wanted to keep extra safe. Hence ordering Jack to go along on this expedition to Dallas as he was old, powerful and most of all willing. Admittedly being sent away from Sekhmet was not ideal, but the prospect of possibly killing many humans who might get in the way sounded fun.
Sekhmet agreed that Jack should go, especially as it would serve to be a politically good move. Jack packed a small suitcase, carrying a few fine suits that he especially liked to wear, and strolled out of the mansion to the taxi waiting for him to take him to the airport.
Upon arrival Jack noticed the group he would be traveling with and it made him a little uneasy. The woman was small and thin, no wonder she needed protection. He left the car and walked over to the plane, ignoring the others, but sniffing the air. Shifters. Two of them. That's when he stopped as Sam walked past him. Slowly Jack turned to watch the shifter, narrowing his eyes. What stake did they have in this? That's when the scent registered. He was the owner of Merlotte's. The one who threw him out. Jack grinned and turned back to the plane, this might be more fun then he first expected. Killing shifters was a little better then killing humans.
The suitcase rolled behind him on it's wheels as Jack casually walked toward the stairs of the plane feeling a little curious about why a vampire was needed to protect a human with shifter connections.

"That makes very clear since. I met him once before...we were trying to figure out what exactly was going on in a window." Damian smiled at the thought of the ugly thing.
"Why shouldn't I come? Do you know how to dress and act in Dallas without the help of me, Matt? And do you have any vampire connections down there? Vampires down there ain't like me honey."
"I wan't complaining, I was just wondering. I actually have never been so you are a great help and of course I don't mind you coming along. I was just asking a simple question, At least now I have someone to laugh at things with me."
"I hate to break up this moment, but....We have a plane to catch."
"I am very happy to hear that," he beamed at the thought of finally seeing Alicia.

Matt gave his plane ticket to the lady at the counter as they called the last of the travelers on to the plane.
"How long is the flight?" Matt looked at the stewardess as he slipped his sunglasses down upon the brim of his nose.
"A little under 2 hours sir." Matt pressed his pants neatly with his hands as he wondered if the material would get wrinkled or not. Once he decided it would be alright, he turned back to his little fawn friend and gave her a smile.
"I thought we'd sit together, which means that you my dear are sitting up front."[/b] Matt never traveled without luxury and he knew that he was supposed to stay close to Brandy. "Sorry Damian, I didn't know you were coming; but maybe she could upgrade you?" Matt looked to the stewardess with a quick flash of his pearly whites (minus the fangs).
"Sure, for another 259 dollars we can upgrade you sir to first class with your friends." The brown haired stewardess mimicked Matty's smile as she hoped to get in more money for the flight company this evening.
