Jaeden had been having some tough times at work, although they weren't tough enough to send him to bed early. Instead, the bearded Irishman made his way to Merlotte's for a beer or too and to maybe talk to a few people he recognized. A business trip had required him to leave town and he had been gone for a couple of weeks. Who knew who all was around or what happened in that time. Hell, someone could have even gotten married!
He got out of his old truck and landed softly on his boots. Even if he was from Ireland, it did not mean he could not look like a Southerner. Still, he did not complete the look because his jeans were a bit loose and he wore a white tee shirt under a small light black jacket. In fact, his jacket was tighter than his pants and he tried his hardest to hold a smile on his face, but it was fading slowly as he locked the car using the key and began walking up to the bar.

"Wow!" Haylee simply exclaimed, which happened to be a little embarrassing. As her expression was meant to be a thought, while leaning against the side of her truck. Catching just a glimpse of someone appearing to be, well: Not happy. With her last encounter within THIS parking lot, it was a wonder as to why she's even outside. The mystery was that: She was on break. Not to mention: It was still Sam's parking lot! One bad thing, can't erase all of the good. Could it? With a clearing of her voice, there would be more to say toward the stranger. " I don't think I've ever seen someone, so glum before." Might as well just finish on what she intended to say. Hoping it opened the floor to say something, or if not: Hoping that she wouldn't get yelled at.

After taking several wrong turns Rylan was completely fed up with this entire area. She was supposed to be meeting Delaney and Sookie tonight over at Sookie's but somehow the map she had looked at was not as useful as it led her to believe.
"Stupid map, stupid Rylan for thinking she could read the map, stupid thinking that I should come up here without a car!" Rylan thought that if she had found Delaney's scent she would be able to follow it directly to Sookie's if she had gotten lost. Apparently Rylan was so off course that nothing was smelling right. She chalked up her losses and decided to go where she could smell the most people. As she stepped out of the clearing picking twigs and leaves from her hair she noticed a blonde girl talking to some guy.
Rylan plastered on her best smile. "Oh thank goodness, humanity! My, uh, car broke down a few miles back and uh well, I am undeniably lost. Could either of you help me out?" Hopefully neither one would ask to take her back to her 'car'. That would be one car no one would be able to find.
