Evan held a local patron by the scruff of his neck, and it wasn't something that Haylee caught a original glimpse of. At least not until she heard said patron's voice begin to raise, that out of curiosity her stare focused. It was Mike Spencer and he rambled something about a lazer? Who is he-oh, Summer. Awkwardly, she had connected the dots of what had happened. She had to wonder if Mike was drunk, whenever he acted as he did. It was a strange occurrence, expecting Evan to sing and to then see the new scene unfold. It was a bit of a shock and still awkward; maybe sweet? Evan cared THAT much to make a point of respect before retreating toward the karaoke machine. Haylee then shook her forehead, hoping that Mike would be okay and to learn some kind of lesson. Finally, a tad bit of normalcy as Evan began to sing; and she was actually kind of surprised. He too had a nice singing voice.
Though, she caught wind of heavy laughter. The singing wasn't horrible. So what could-oh. The wolf suit. She pursed her lips shut, trying to keep herself together. How could anyone sing in front of someone? That was so personal and it almost made her pale, at least there was music. A party always felt enjoyable with music; a nice mellow factor. Blinking when someone new began to sing, Haylee of course managed to get distracted. Remembering that Adam had said that she'd get the chance to hear Evan sing. "Princess." Someday, she'd have to get around to asking on why he'd called her that. Then of engines and of women for Evan's interest, rather then making a living of singing. Evan did have a gift for engines, thinking of her truck for instance and it's stubborn moods. "He does have a knack for it. My truck seems to like him." While it seemed to rebel against her, more and more.
Something had caused Adam to sneer. A reaction, that she didn't think he could have. While pondering what on earth could bother him, she tried to look where he was. Slowly combing onto the figure of a man. Dressed nicely within a suit, well; actually a vampire. Did Adam not like them? Slowly, Haylee then looked to the one accompanying the vampire. Yet, another vampire! She was pretty sure that she knew the woman. How different one could look in a costume! Almost entirely different and gently opened her lips to speak. "Pam! Is that you?" Gosh, she would be so embarrassed if it wasn't, but still: She wanted to reach out and be nice at least. Haylee then noticed Sam, right along with Brandy and hoped everything was ok, the instant that she looked from the vampire toward the couple and back again.
