Pam had left the store in Delaney's care. She had been more than a little excited about hunting with such an old warrior. Jack was very interesting. At first he had seemed very one dimensional. Humans food, only kill humans. We fight we feed the end. Now however after coming in the store she was seeing a new side of him.
Sekhmet was rarely wrong about anything and she most definitely hadn't been wrong about turning Jack. Pam changed from her work outfit into something a little more appropriate for hunting. It would also be something for Jack to look at. He may be a warrior now but he was once a man. She wanted to bring that little piece of his humanity out tonight. Pam longed to stoke the fires that got the blood rushing and even if they were undead, she could still tell if the blood was moving to certain areas.
As she smoothed out her hair, Pam took a second look in the floor length mirror. She went with a pair of flats so it would be easier for her to get messy. Pam really hated destroying a perfect pair of pumps. Pam looked at the clock. Jack would be here any moment.

After running home in speeds that only a thousand year old vampire could accomplish, Jack changed into something a little more worn, yet still an expensive looking suit. He had had this particular suit for many years and it was one he knew was on it's way to be thrown out, so it made a perfect choice for the nights hunt. Of course to say it was worn was only in Jack's eyes. The suit in fact was still pristine, but Jack knew that it was slowly growing out of fashion. Of course Pam would have something to say about that, seeing as she was a local fashion expert.
Jack left the nest quietly, so that Sekhmet might not know he had been and gone, but of course she would know due to the bond between the two. Yet Jack still thought it prudent to keep noise to a minimum.
He approached Pam's door and knocked stiffly on the wood. He was a little late but then what did it matter, they were vampires after all, eternal and immortal. Still he did not like to keep a lady such as Pam waiting and so he felt slightly ashamed to have broken his original estimate.
Quietly Jack waited for the door to be answered, resting his hands behind his back as he glanced around the door at the house itself. Tonight was going to be fun, he could feel it.

Many evenings Pam kept a butler around to clean and take care of package arrivals while she was working. He was paid handsomely for keeping quiet about the things that went on in her home. Tonight however was his fantasy football league and there was no way she was letting adult red neck males have a get together on her property. Pam didn't want to deal with the mess she would make if they ruined anything in her house. Too much political red tape over something that could be easily avoided.
She heard the knock on the door and raced downstairs. Pam hoped Jack didn't think badly of her for opening her own door. Some older vampires felt this sort of thing was beneath them so to speak.
As she opened the door she took in his attire. It was still in fine condition, if not a bit dated. Jack didn't seem the nostalgic type so perhaps he was just frugal. "I am glad you made it to the place in one piece Jack and with out being covered in blood this time. A little disappointing but I am sure we can rectify the situation." Pam took a step back and made a sweeping gesture with her arm. "Would you like to come in and take a tour or would you rather we head out on a stroll. Either way works for me, you will prove to be more than entertaining I'm sure."

Pam's confidence seemed to grow when she was in her own nest. Jack's thoughts were split on whether he still admired this personality trait or if she was forgetting her place while before an older vampire such as he. Considering Jack an entertainer was not a great place to begin their night as he was certainly not an entertainer. He considered hammering her into a few walls to remind her of the hierarchy and to never speak to him in such a manner, but then she was a little excited so Jack strayed his hand and smiled at her instead.
"I suggest we begin our hunt now. I have a few tricks to show you." He said with a grin that revealed evil intentions. "You can show me around when we return." He added and turned to face the outside world.
The night had grown cooler, though of course this did not affect the vampires, but it might affect their hunt for humans were fickle in how they handled climate. Still, Jack was sure some lowlife would be around to feast upon, though he was not that hungry. A soft breeze blew from the east, bringing with it the faint scents of humans near by.

Pam shut the door behind her as they headed out into the evening. There was a slight breeze and she could smell the humans near by. It was close to Halloween. There should be plenty out right now, drunk and confused, possibly even scared. She smiled at the thought.
The blonde vampire chuckled at his comment. "Tricks? Why good sir, I am but a blank page for you to write upon. Let your wisdom flow onto this canvas." She grinned wickedly back at him. "Show me yours and I will show you mine."

The sexual innuendos were not lost on Jack. Pam was an exceptionally sexual creature and in all honesty Jack loved it. Every moment she spoke it was like a cat purring, so seductive and enticing. For a brief moment the elder vampire considered forgetting the hunt and taking Pam inside her nest for the rest of the night, but then he had geared himself up for a hunt and he was now focused on murder and feeding.
"Very well." Jack replied quietly with a grin as he slowly turned from the house, walking back onto the main street.
He stopped as he stepped onto the street and sniffed the air. With the breeze in the air bringing scents towards the pair of vampires it would be easy to find a fresh unsuspecting human to feast upon. The closest human he could smell was female, and young. He smiled and turned to Pam. "Try to keep up." He told her and raced down the street at immense speed.
In mere minutes he stopped at a street corner and glanced around the shop to look down the road. A echo of clicking could be heard, the sound of high heels slowly increasing in volume as she walked toward Jack. In the low street lighting Jack could just make out the short figure of a young woman, dressed in clothing worthy of a strip tease dancer. In fact Jack wondered if she was a stripper or prostitute. It didn't matter, she was young and would be good practice for Pam.
He waited for Pam to arrive and turned to face her. "After you dear." He said with a mischievous grin.

Pam followed quickly after Jack departed. When he had stopped, she noticed what he was looking at. Pam snorted. She was fairly confident any one with in a 50 foot radius would notice the young girl.
She was scantily clad, she probably had just come from work or a party, both terms had double meanings for that type of work. Pam could sense that the human was in a hurry to get some where else. She wasn't afraid though, the blood wasn't pumping like fear. It was almost as if she was desperate to get off the road. Pam let the emotion wash over her, like a warm breeze. Jack politely offered for the female vampire to take the lead on this one. "Jack, you are ever the gentleman." Pam smiled coyly before heading to her prey.
She didn't want to scare the girl and she definitely didn't want to attract any attention. Pam knew that girls of her nature kept weapons on them. If it was pepper spray, that wouldn't really affect her, if it was a knife that would be a little more bothersome but nothing she couldn't handle. Pam doubted that the girl had a gun, there didn't look like there was any place to store it. Pam smiled as she circled around so she would be coming from behind the girl. If this human had a gun on her in that outfit, Pam definitely wanted to see where it was stored!
Pam rolled her head on her neck and prepared for contact. The blonde vampire staggered and fell into some near by garbage cans. This would let the human know she was there but not necessarily run off. She quickly arranged herself as if she had sprained her ankle and imitated pain. The human turned quickly to see Pam on the ground.
As the human girl raced forward to help her, Pam hid her smile. The young woman asked. "Are you OK? What happened?" Pam looked into the girls eyes and did her best southern drawl.
"Oh gosh, I am so sawrry. I just got in a fight with my boyfrien, I was drinkin' a bit on the heaveh side, makin' a fool outta myself as usual and he just got so mad. He started an argument right there at the party!" Pam placed on hand on her forehead to indicate her traumatic experience. "I know I hardly make sense right now but I thought my car was down this way and now I am lost...I tripped over sumthin' in the sidewalk and fell ovah. I am pretty sure I could stand up if you could give me a hand?" The young girl went off on a tangent about how men were nothing but scum and who cared if people drank a little at a party. She set her purse on the side walk and bent to give out her hand.
Pam could see the vein in her throat throbbing. Obviously this girl had a hatred for men and the story Pam spun had her steaming. The vampire inhaled deeply as she took the girls hands in hers. "On second thought, maybe you should come down here." Pam yanked the girl on top of her. The human gave a startled shriek as she was flipped and lain on the concrete. Pam's fangs extended as she looked at her meal. "Didn't your mother teach you never to walk alone at night? It's really rather sad that there aren't more of your friends for me to dine on." Pam threaded her fingers through the young girls hair. The human was starting to cry and big tears ran down the side of her face. Pam smiled. "How nice of you to flavor the food for me. Most don't bother with it, you however are an exception. You won't know how much I will appreciate that."
With that final phrase, Pam pulled the girls head back so her veins were exposed. Now she could see the fear clear as day. Pam softly hissed as she bit down on the neck. Her blood was rich and hearty, almost velvet like as it slid down her throat. Pam closed her eyes to savor the moment. This was turning out to be one of the best Halloweens yet.

Jack observed the younger vampire as she deceived the blood bag into thinking Pam was injured and drunk. Interestingly it worked perfectly, though perhaps a little too much effort over such a woman. He couldn't help but smile as the huntress caught her prey in an iron grip. It was a curious method of hunting, one Jack might have to use in the future, but he preferred a different approach.
Slowly he walked around the corner, heading towards Pam as she drank deeply. The silent street was disturbed by the soft sound of gulping and Jack's shoes clicking on the pavement. He stood behind Pam, looking over her shoulder at the poor woman. He folded his arms and watched the woman moan softly in pain. She looked up at Jack in despair, eyes filled with tears, begging him to help her and save her from this vampire. Jack simply grinned and revealed his fangs to the prey. She lost all hope and whimpered as the elder vampire observed quietly, enjoying every moment.
"An interesting method." He said breaking the silence once more. "The results are clear to see so I cannot deny them."
He slowly ran his tongue across his fangs as his smile widened. "However I personally would have not been so tactile." He rubbed the hairs on his chin, appearing to be thinking. "How does she taste?"

Pam pulled away from the young woman. She was whimpering and her nose was running now from the crying spell she was going through. Pam snorted with disgust. This sight to her was like going to a slaughter house before eating a steak or hamburger. Complete loss of appetite. The blonde vampire gazed into her eyes. "You will not remember my face or how this happened. Walking home can be very dangerous when alone. You stopped to help a young girl and then was attacked by a mugger. They took everything of value and left you in the street. You then went home and from being out in the chill you caught a cold and had to stay home for three days. Your boss will be very understanding. Go on home and clean up. Don't look back and don't stop for any reason."
Pam bent over and licked her neck to stop the bleeding. She took the girls purse and gave her a hand up. The young girl teetered away. Not many people witnessed Pam's ability to glamor, mainly because when the need arose to glamor some one she was with Eric. Come to think of it, the only other person she had ever glamored around was Jessica. This was something she would need to think about later.
Jack had asked how she tasted and questioned her method of hunting. She shouldn't be surprised, he was much older and viewed the world as an animal. Humans were weak prey for him to devour with out looking back. This was fine for some but for Pam it was rather boring. "She was a fine appetizer to be sure but she lacked sustenance. I don't think this girl took very good care of herself. Her blood was fairly fatty." She smiled warmly at Jack. "I have been told my hunting skills are unique. I would best associate it with dinner theater. Anyone can get the drop on a human, its almost too easy. I like to liven it up a bit, make them feel certain emotions to get the blood moving faster, its really entertaining."
Pam looked through the contents of the purse. It was a knock off of some designer bag with a knock off wallet. She smiled at the girls driver's license. Pam had done this woman a favor, her picture was a fright. The female vampire then continued by pocketing the remaining cash and destroying the purse and the remaining contents. The lip gloss and other cosmetics were pitched into the night and the tattered shreds of cloth and plastic sifted through her fingers and into the night breeze. She turned to face Jack. "What would you suggest I do? I am always up for new ideas."

After watching Pam glamor the poor woman and then let her go, Jack retracted his fangs and rubbed his chin. He was still trying to figure out Pam's techniques, and now she allowed this woman to leave relatively unscathed. He would have drained her then tossed the body aside, that's how the night started after all.
"Well I certainly wouldn't have let her go, no matter how she tasted." He said with a grin. He found great fun in violence and to let the victim go unharmed was appalling to the old viking.
"Come with me." He said and made his way with speed to another street. Again the silent was spoiled by the sound of shoes clicking on the pavement. Though this time it was the a man, young and well dressed. He carried a briefcase and wore a good suit with a long over coat draped across it. Jack observed for a moment as the young man continued to glace at a gold watch and then speed his pace to almost jogging.
Jack grinned and stepped out into the street, walking directly towards the man. The two collided but Jack stood firm, his shoulder hammering into the man's. The business man spun around and fell to the floor. Quickly he rose to his feet patting himself down, a fierce look of anger on his face. "What the hell are you doing?!" He shouted.
Jack smiled and stepped closer, so he was a few inches away from the human. The man was now breathing heavier and suddenly the initial feeling of anger and fury was quickly replaced with fear. He stumbled backwards and rose a hand to try calm the hostility. "Look I'm sorry, didn't see where I was going." He said, but still Jack had a manic look on his face, his eyes boring into the humans.
"It won't matter." Jack said. The man stepped back again but Jack had already pounced and grabbed the man by the throat, slamming against a wall and sunk his fangs into his wrist. He removed his teeth from the wound and turned to Pam. "Come have a taste." He said.

As expected, Jack was direct and to the point with his hunting habits. The intensity of his attack was very attractive and she could feel her blood lust rising.
She moved quickly to Jack's side. "You are quite the gentleman good sir." Pam went to the opposite side and looked directly into Jack's eyes as she tore off the man's sleeve and sunk her fangs into the human's upper arm. Now this was blood she could really get lost in. It was like an aged Burgundy. So much flavor, he really took care of himself.
Pam pulled away, the left over blood still clinging to her lips. She closed her eyes and reveled in the pleasure. "It's so delicious. I can hardly remember the last time I had a human as tasty as this one." She wiped the blood from her mouth onto a single finger. The blonde vampire looked up at Jack through her thick eye lashes. "Waste not, want not." Pam smiled as she flicked her tongue around her finger before sticking it slowly in her mouth to get all the remaining blood. "You have excellent taste Jack. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to hunt with you."
Pam smiled as she tilted her head to fit better for the main vein in the human's neck. She looked excitedly at Jack. "Unless you want the first bite, he was your pick after all."

Jack watched on with great pleasure. Nothing was more pleasing then seeing another vampire gorge themselves on the meal before them. Nothing except the hunt that is. Still, watching Pam feed was highly exhilarating and extremely arousing. Every now and again he would let out an aggressive purr like sound at the sight of blood around her lips.
She paused and spoke to him, in the kind of voice that would melt an ordinary man to a puddle for Pam to walk across. Jack however considered himself a little stronger of will but he still found himself drawn in by her sexual nature.
Jack grinned and stepped up to the weeping human, looking at his neck, a single vein throbbing and pulsating like a worm under the skin. After a moment of staring, seemingly entranced by the sight of the vein, Jack's fangs dug deep into the flesh. The blood pumped out of the wound and into Jack's willing lips. In an instant he felt his whole mouth fill with warm crimson liquid and he felt a liberating sensation encompass his entire being. He was free, one with himself and his true nature.
He drank one mouthful then allowed a small amount to settle in his cheeks. He paused and turned to Pam, a crimson stain covering his face. The human fell to a heap on the floor but Jack didn't care. His eyes locked onto Pam. He approached her in such a way that he had pressed her back against the wall, his palms flat against the brick to trap her before him.
He paused a moment, simply keeping his eyes locked on hers. Then, in the blink of an eye, he forced his lips against hers in a passionate kiss. The small amount of blood in his mouth fell into hers as they were locked in this moment of passion, the moment enhanced by the blood in their bodies. He pulled back and wiped his bottom lip with his thumb.

Pam felt Jack approach and could sense his actions but what he did next she was a little surprised when he backed her against the wall and even more shocked when he gave her the bloody kiss. It was so aggressive and passionate that she couldn't hardly believe it was real.
The kiss was over before it had begun and she watched him with a great lust as Jack wiped the blood from his lip. She flicked her tongue out and caught the remaining blood and grinned. "My, my Jack, you are a man of many surprises. I love surprises." Pam had the urge to grab him and press him against the wall and ravage him in the street but she fought against her nature. Jack was of a certain age where he liked things a certain way and if she crossed him the wrong way it would cause a bit of a problem. "Tell me Jack, what would you like to do now?"
