Lips pursed softly as her hands wove around the small key - Ivory forced the multiple locks on her store shut...silence creeping around. At two am, it was indeed an early close for such a place. Still, who was she to complain? Sleep would do some good. Shivering softly as a breeze caught at her bare shoulders, Ivory set off down the pavement set side walk. Cold breaths of air clouded around her pretty face rather than the usual toxics that her addiction would provide. Oh how cigarettes helped.
Walking quietly, memories flaunted through her mind in the fainest fear. Glancing behind her, a frown suddenly implanted on her porcelain features as those common footsteps echoed behind hers. Speeding up in her pace, Ivory continued down the street toward the usual areas. Once again glancing behind her, she soon found a pain penetrating her face as she failed to notice the nearby lamppost. "GAH!" Clinging to her nose in horror, a weak whine escaped. Paranoid...that was all it was.
Still, to concerned with her new found pain she failed to even take notice of the laugher behind her. Voices rung out, and once actually hearing - Ivory's sapphire eyes widened. "..." Glancing over, her own pale skin paled all the more. "Oh come on!" She snapped, backing away softly. The young man merely smiled and walked closer toward her. Slowly the pair began to argue, voices echoing so shrill. "You know, LE-" A sharp smack echoed out, and Ivory collided with the ground...vision blurred. The only thing she could sense was the blood slowly trailing into her lips; crimson rivers from the caverns of her nose. "Leave me alone" She whined, wincing. Great. Daring to glance over her shoulder, Ivory's eyes snapped wide as his foot drew back. "s*it."

Dressed in a fine suit, which he found to becoming of an aging trying gentleman, Jack wondered the streets. He had grown bored of his temporary home, sat in doors, watching the television with no real interest whilst drinking a bottle of fake blood which was never a good enough substitute for the real thing. Though Jack, as an out and public Vampire, was attempting to make good on his new life. The constant cycle of hunting and sleeping simply seemed like existing, the pleasure was vanishing and Jack needed something new in his life to keep him entertained.
He had arrived in this small hick town a few days ago, it was a small stop off point as he made from New Orleans to Dallas. He heard that there was some great vampire activity there and Jack was beginning to miss the community. Though while in this town he thought he might see what was happening. It couldn't hurt.
He stopped himself at a TV repair store and glanced in the window to check his appearance. He slowly adjusted the tie and sighed. It had been a mostly dull and un-eventful night indeed. If only something would perk his interest. And then he heard it. The sharp snap of flesh impact on flesh. A grin flashed on his face and he raced to the end of the street where the sound had echoed from. He turned the corner to see a poor young woman laid on the ground, vulnerable to the attacks of some young thug.
He saw the blood and his eyes widened, he suddenly felt hungry and he licked his lips. Jack's fangs snapped out and casually he walked up to the man before he could kick the poor woman. He tapped him on the shoulder and the man turned around. "What the -" Jack smashed the palm of his hand onto the thug's chest and watched him fly away, crashing into a number of trash cans. The thug rose from the crumpled metal and started limping at a jogging pace down the street.
Jack sighed, he expected a little more fight, but then of course the man had attacked a woman, so he assumed the thug was too weak to fight men. The fangs returned to normal and he looked down at the woman lying at his feet. He extended a hand to her. "Are you ok ma'am?" He asked, his usual growl was softened as he did not want to scare the woman. "I am sorry to see such cruelty placed upon an innocent such as yourself. Please accept my dearest apology for my lateness."
He glanced up the street to check that the man had disapeared. "Perhaps I could walk you home to ensure your safety?"

That sensitive smack echoed out once more when the pain flooded through out Ivory's slim form - a growl escaping from her own prevention of admitting such pain. To whimper idiotically made her feel weak; and with her elder brother's teasing from over the years...Ivory knew to well how to prevent her pain from showing. Oh how he haunted her...that thief. Still, such a sudden disruption to her pain was found extremely odd when a cry echoed out from over her. Lids fluttering softly as she glanced up; her blurred vision only just managed to capture the view of the young man fleeing from his own presage of crime.
To see him running startled her drastically, causing her lids to flutter all the more. The movement of something behind her caused the brunette to slowly roll onto her bottom. Groaning some what lightly as her ribs ached in a gentle thumping sensation - Ivory found her sapphire orbs slowly filtering through the darkness to locate who ever it was. Softly scrunching her nose as the blood dried ever so slowly, she felt herself fall speechless. He was...polite? In truth, it wasn't ever day in such a small town you found a polite gentlemen.
Trying not to reveal herself as too startled, Ivory let a weak smile over run her bruised features as her elegant palms grasped his - aiding her in standing. "I...I'm fine" She murmured quietly; voice soft yet trembling. Maybe it had gotten to her. Trying to avoid seeming weak to the young man, she had indeed failed to notice the fang escapade. "I'm ok" She whispered to herself, before flashing him a weak smile. It was then she became once again aware of the blood. Eyes snapping wide, she began to cover her nose. "I'm sorry!" She exclaimed, feeling some what messed and disgusted with herself. Oh dear...
While in the midst of such sudden trauma surrounded by her wounds, Ivory began to nod her head for no reason in particular. "I...I'll be fine" She grumbled, no wishing to put him out of his place for the evening. Then, it was just glancing back to him that finally made her stare some what - palms covering her nose. Was...was he familiar? To distract herself, Ivory's lips twitched weakly as she smiled softly toward him. "Thanks for it all sir...irm..." Extending her none blood stained hand with an overwhelmed laugh, Ivory shook her head before feeling the blood loss cause that overpowering dizzy sensation. "...I'm I-ivory". Oh boy.

He smiled to see her stand on her own two feet, but she seemed a little shaky. She was stable at least. The blood covering her face and hand was incredibly tempting. Every fiber of his being wanted to bite and drink, it was as if she was begging for it to happen. Jack took a deep breath and let it out slowly to calm his hunger, or at least try. All the while she spoke he could hear a tiny voice in his head whisper over and over, saying "Drink her! Drink her! Drink her now!"
He blinked the thoughts from his mind and softly smiling. "Oh do not worry about your appearance, it is understandable after all." He said trying his best to keep his voice at a soft gentle tone.
It was then, as she swayed a little into the street light, that he caught a full glimpse of her face. Though blood stained it was clear to see who the woman was. His memory flashed back to a similar occurrence where she was attacked and he had helped. This seemed like Deja Vu. He pushed the thoughts from his mind and decided to remain silent on the issue, in case she recognised him. He decided long ago that it was best to stay inconspicuous then announce himself to everyone, and one woman telling tales of a vampire protector would not help his reputation in the slightest.
But still he decided that she was indeed an unfortunate soul who needed some protection from muggings and villains, so he would do his best, this night at least to care for her. "A pleasure to meet you Ivory." He replied and took the hand in his own, gentle shaking it. "My name is Jack." He said, in order to keep up the appearance of a pleasant man.
"I must protest Ivory, you cannot walk home alone in your condition. I am coming with you whether you like it or not." He said with a smile to soften the mood.

Well...Ivory felt herself some what blessed to be able to notice someone with courtesy for once. Smiling in the faintest of gratitude, the brunette softly dabbed at her nose with whatever amount of sleeve she could scrummage; dabbing at it in a tender and mild sense. In truth, she often considered a bad omen cursed upon herself. Drastic of course, but out of all the young women within the town...Ivory was the more welcomed in the hospital wards. Fortunately, not for popping out a child every twenty or so months - but having the unfortunate agony of stitches or breakages. Then again, she would often laugh it off. Nothing better than to laugh...
Allowing him to grasp her currently free hand - she nodded in a feeble greeting toward him. Manners...another good point about the bloke. Actually curious toward him for the simple fact he held manners...Ivory began to pay attention within her delusional and light headed state. "Sorry we couldn't have met on a better occasion..." She trailed off, snickering at her own words before trying to hold her stance. Trying to hold her guard to prove she was indeed fine - such things fell in on themselves when her footwork suddenly tangled, causing her to stumble once more.
"I'm just tiered" Ivory protested in a quiet tone, sapphire gaze glancing toward the features in which Jack held. His tone drifted around her mind almost like a rope, it causing her curiosity to increase all the more. Smile infectious, a gentle roll of her eyes did indeed aid to lighten the once sinister mood fluttering around the lamp bared area. "Please yourself" She grumbled with a chuckle, before glancing around in mild confusion. Taking her time in considering her current place, Ivory took a few steps forward before stumbling once more.
In defense, a startled cough escaped. "Irm...I had...I'm very tiered" She murmured, voice reaching an octave lower as her attempts to sound convincing appeared to be more comical than serious. Though - she could only thank the young male that she was indeed okay for once in her life. Sighing at the realization of this; Ivory glanced over her shoulder timidly and nodded in a soft, careful manner. "...I guess I owe you...Jack". Toying with his name on her tongue, she felt a small smirk winding its way onto her pretty features. Jack...Hm.

She was certainly weak from her constant wavering. The thought crossed his mind of giving her some of his blood to aid her, but then he wondered if it were that serious an injury at all, after all vampire blood was precious, and letting her drink would only weaken him. Add to this his already lust for fresh blood from the sight of her stained clothes and he would become incredibly hungry. No, he decided, she was a stranger who simply needed to get home. If the situation deteriorated then perhaps he would be forced to save her, but for now all he could do was be there to steady her and help her home.
Her voice betrayed her weakening state as she appeared to act like a drunkard, sway and laughing at her own misfortune. Jack could only pity the poor woman and he simply smiled along with her. "No, you owe me nothing Ivory." He said with a soft tone that seemed to echo peace.
"Where do you live? We should see about getting you home." He added, looking up and down the street.
He wanted to get her home as soon as possible, with the summer season came early dawn, and Jack had been in sunlight before and it was excruciating pain. Still he had around four hours before sunlight, so there should be enough time to get Ivory home.
He glanced back to her and realised what a beautiful creature she was, even in her current state. Some dark feral part of him liked her even more for it. Then the voice whispered again, pleading with him to feed, begging him to just take one taste, to sink his teeth into her delicate neck and drink. His lip trembled as he stared at her pale neck, illuminated by the street light, he could see the veins, he knew exactly where to bite and where the blood would flow quickest. His tongue shot out and licked his lips.
He realised what he was doing after a moment of staring and blinked out his gaze. He gulped his hunger down and smiled. "Which way?"

Feeling as if she was indeed making a fool out of herself from the winded nature of her state, Ivory chose to take her footsteps more carefully along the sidewalk. Just to know she would be returning into the clutches of that old worn bed she'd grown to love with her beloved smelly mutt at the edge...it was heavenly. However, early morning music blurring out to wake neighbours for ten yards and more from the clutches of her brother's room...it wasn't always so great. Thank god for whoever invented such a silly contraption known as ear plugs. Smioing wealky just at the thought of bed actually implanted the genuine tierdness of her current mind.
Shaking her head softly in which consequenced in her soft, brunette loicks drifting along her face - Ivory found a sigh escaping. "How about a free bottle on the house?" She inquired softly, motinong back to the store which lay so many moments away. She had to repay the guy some how, after all...he could have gotten hurt. Frowning weakly at the aspect of someone being hurt due to her own benefit made the poor girl almost cringe visibly. Not something pleasent to hold in your mind - that was sure to the point.
Clearing her throat, a small expression of thought came over her face as she glanced around the area. After a few moments of growing silence between the pair, her answer finally struck."Just around that block" She pointed, smiling proudly at such a quick course of thinking. "...By that old oak tree. Have you seen it?" She inquired with arched brows, divine in concept. Still, it aided in making her faciail features what they were; delicate and indeed feminine. It was just an overall shame such feminnty wasn't matched within the mind.
Compeltely subcioncious to most things around her due to her current state of mind, Ivory just walked along at a calm pace...attempting to hold her footing with dignaty. Even consdiering cleaning up seemed to much of a task to do...Distracting herself from those thoughts, she slowly began to cross the bare roads; ensuring Jack was ok to follow. "You can leave me at the corner...it's not as if I'll maracuously die walking a street and a turn" She murmured with the tinest drift of sarcasm - smile weak in the dim glwoing light the lamp posts provided at such an early time. Still, Ivory would repay him...the brunette held enough determination to run an army in a sense. Yet, despite this...it could indeed often be a major downfall in her personality. Great.

Jack glanced back to the store she nodded toward. The only thing he could drink from a bottle was Tru Blood and he considered revealing his identity, but it might not be a great idea. He had no idea how she might react, especially as she covered in blood, apparently weak and he was attempting to walk her home. He decided caution would be the best approach for now.
"I don't really drink, but thank you for the offer, it's very kind." He said as they began to walk down the street. He was trying his best to stay of the subject of drinking, especially after his staring. His hunger was becoming overwhelming now. He had some Tru Blood back at his temporary home and would head back as soon as he was finished here. "And no I cannot say I have seen the tree. I have only been in town a few days." He replied, keeping the conversation going, also keeping his mind off the hunger.
She appeared to be trying to get rid of him, or at least maintaining her individualism, which was fair. After a random attack it was a natural to want time alone to recuperate. "It would set my mind at ease knowing you reached your door at least. If just for me, would you allow me to accompany you that far?" He asked sincerely. Jack was trying his best to present a vampire who could live within society and doing these small acts of kindness was the best way. Yet he still decided to keep hidden on his vampire blood.
Then of course she must have seen his power and his teeth, didn't she? Maybe not. It would explain why she wanted rid of him if she knew his bloodline and was fearful of vampires. He decided to wait it out and see what happened.

Ivory found a content smile drifting onto her pale like features as she shook her head some what, glancing ahead to measure the distance she would have to walk in such a messy state. The taste of blood still played upon her tongue from the spillage of her nose, it causing her to almost visibly cringe in some disgust. Dabbing at the dried remorse of crimson that had stained her upper lip and such, Ivory took her time in walking all the more. "Kind...yeah" She grinned, feeling some what flattered to be considered kind and not a failure of a young woman. "I'll find some way to repay you though...Jack". There it was again, the toying sensation her mouth found when saying his name. Four words of a name she hadn't actually called someone before; despite the common aura of the name itself. How odd.
Raising a brow at his failure to note the tree, she glanced toward him and rose a brow. "...New hm? If you don't mind me asking, were did you come from?" She inquired with a gentle yet casual tone, it forever quiet and timid in a sense as she continued walking in weak strides; foot fall quiet but faintly strewed as the brunette attempted to rebuild some character to her walk. Then again, to note he wouldn't give up almost forced a ghost of a smile to linger on her stained features as she sighed solemnly. After a few seconds of a pause, she chuckled and glanced toward the brooding figure that was Jack. "...Fine" She whispered and shook her head with a gentle laugh. "But if my brother sees you, I advise you run" She warned, before laughing out some more.
The idiotic fool who she had the glory of naming a brother was indeed a tad over protective. Not allowing his own sister to gain the privilege of male friends often made the eighteen year old growl in irritation, but she repaid the favor by scaring women away from him. In all terms, it was fair play. "He's...a tad stupid. So just nod at him" She breathed, continuing down the side walk in which she would walk down almost every day. In truth, she would owe him until she held the favor to repay...after all, Ivory was walking. After previous attacks, she'd had the glory of waving at doctors when drugged up to her eyes. Oh the glory of finding out she'd been giggling like an idiot and then blacking out randomly. Darn drugs. Blah!

Jack simply smiled back at her and nodded in agreement. "I'm sure you will." He said softly as they continued down the road. Though technically she would owe him twice as this was the second time Jack had saved her from some thug. He smirked at the thought and shook his head. All he cared about, for now anyway, was returning Ivory to her home. She was afterall in a state.
Then she asked him where he came from and Jack mused on telling her that he was a thousand years old and from Denmark. He decided the best course would be to be vague. "I get around a lot, just came from New Orleans." He said, trying to act casually as if it was nothing of importance where he came from. He was a thousand years old, he should have been a lot more cunning and devious about his answers, in fact he could have simply glamored her into walking home with him, but then of course he was trying to present a new front on vampire life, after his years of carnage and death the revelation was an interesting event.
He had decided that day to rejoin society, and helping this woman was a good way to start. But it was difficult, he had a whole new set of etiquette to learn which was always a constant learning curve. The Victorian era was the easiest to learn, there were strict rules on what was and was not allowed, but these days one could be seen as a strange personality for acting in a pleasant and courteous way. Jack was certainly up for the challenge though.
Her brother would force him to run? Jack found it mildly amusing and imagined what her brother must look like. Perhaps he was some beefed up body builder or someone with a chip on his shoulder. Jack had met them all and dealt with them all. Humans thought they had tremendous power, but they would never understand how powerful someone like Jack was.
"I think I can handle him." He said with a quiet chuckle. "He can't be that stupid can he?" He said, flashing Ivory with a wicked grin.

Slowly beginning to regain some sort of concept of her own whereabouts and current situation, it seemed the natural easing to her pain and blurred vision was taking effect. Sure enough morphine and pain killers along with a curled up snooze in her beloved bed would have been the best remedy, her slow venturing had prove her body was indeed impatient for such things. In truth, it was a lie to say Ivory didn't have her own addiction to the deadly drugs supplied in town. Not only did she find alcohol and smoking to be a typical heart rendering addition; but what ever she could linger her grasp upon she would try. Living life so to say; even if it was shortening what could be her wasted and last breaths.
"New Orleans? I haven't been that far over before" She admitted in a faintly drawling tone, it pure and some what stained as her accent flew in the traditional Louisiana sense. Smirking some what, she crossed hr arms delicately, trying to ignore the building pain from such a movement. Weakness was a giant no in many circumstances, and this was nothing of an acceptation. The guy had saved her for god's sake...how could she show any more weak behavior than being needed to be rescued from the beatings of a lonely thug who happened to have a taste for chasing Ivory's thin form endlessly. In truth, it was starting to become boring.
Though, her foot fall stumbled once more causing her to grunt in disappointment; arms clinging out suddenly to latch onto the nearby lamppost as her form swung around it - sending her off down a turn in the street. It was just fortunate and lucky in truth that it happened to be the turn in which the brunette needed to take to reach such a familiar land mark known as the tree. Just beneath that tree lingered the old, two story home that her family graced themselves within. Within a couple of blocks reigned her grandparent's, and judging on the time - they would be either trying to sleep or arguing with one another endlessly over how one smelt or moved. Silly...best friends since child hood, and they still found ways to bicker over the simplest of things. In truth, it had only been three days previous hat Ivory had brought over some new imported whiskey for them to try, only to find them roaring at one another over the shade of the walls. Oh how that had forced her brows to arch high into her forehead.
Sighing some what as sh continued walking, she felt a devious smile creep onto her delicate features as she shook her head softly. "You handled him fine" She whispered to herself just trying to playback what she glanced upon only moments before when Jack had so easily thrown the younger man to the side. If he could do that without harm, her sprawn of a brother whose muscles seemed much larger than his brain capacity would be no trouble. "I'll be honest...he's dim" She giggled, glancing toward Jack in innocence as she rolled her eyes before gently pushing against his arm in defense. "Still...do'nt mock him. Sadly I'm tied by blood to the buffoon." Defensive and true to her word, Ivory couldn't prevent her laugh from echoing out her blood stained mouth; the metallic taste forever lingering in the base of her tongue. Urgh...great.

The mood appeared to be easing greatly as they approached her home, she actually looked like she was dancing in the street, swinging on lamp posts and smiling to herself. If Jack didn't know better he would say that she was high on something, but he knew that blood loss was something that, in humans, caused hallucinations. Perhaps she was going through something similar. He smiled at the thought and simply walked after her as they approached her home.
"I am sure he is not that bad." Jack said as she pushed his arm. Was she flirting with him? He couldn't tell, it was so long since he had had a relationship with a woman that he had not glamored then eaten after. He decided to take merely as a friendly motion and played along, smiling happily.
She laughed loudly and Jack couldn't help but enjoy watching her. It was pleasant to see someone rise from such a low to be showing happy emotion. But then he caught a glimpse of her blood stained mouth and he looked away as the animal instinct in him cried out for blood. Just for one taste, he could let her live, he just needed one small sip. He shook his head and blinked the thoughts from his head. "Not now." He muttered to himself, trying to silence his berserker side.
He glanced up at Ivory and smiled. "Don't worry, it would be rude of me to mock someone I have met for the first time. Which house is yours?" He asked quickly, hoping she hadn't seen his brief flash of insanity.

Walking ahead with a timid fashioned smile upon her blood stained pale features, Ivory just continued upon her way in hopes of not revealing to much agony behind each of her movements. That idea of bed was sounding so much more invting...just to know she could linger in its warm clutches and not have to fear awakening to some ting blood thirsty and wishing to harm her once more. Continuing along as the lamp light lit the familiar path for the opposing gendered pair, Ivory allowed her head to shake in a startled fashion as she walked casually. "He's awful. Simple" She admitted in a blunt tone, chuckling under her breath as her palms dusted along the fencing of numerous house holds. Such a childish habit, the more innocent of hers.
Though, her brows arched some what as she glanced toward jack with some concealed curiosity. "Did you say some ting?" She inquired indefinitely, watching him some what in thought. It seemed his gaze suddenly had grown a veil of defense, it confusing the petite brunette to a further extent. Had she said something wrong? Maybe the nudge had been to personal for the poor guy. Frowning at that thought, she failed to allow an apology to penetrate through her crimson stained pout, foot fall still quiet and not exactly graceful as she wandered up the road in a content manner.
Still, smiling back weakly as his own captured her oceanic gaze, her head tilted some what as she shrugged. "Now that would be a first" Ivory admitted in a startled tone as she stared at him quite shocked. Everyone was rude to her brother, Tyree. He seemed to hold that vibe which read irritating rat, so it was almost instinct to glare at him or try and lunge when he'd make a crude comment. Oh the unfortunate belief of sharing blood with such a nut. Blah. Furrowing her brows in constant thought as her brain once again dulled into that seizures state that often came along with the delusion of blood loss, Ivory continued along the pavement. "The house under the tree" She murmured, nodding to confirm it as she pointed ahead into the depths of the shadows.
It was strange how her house seemed to hold itself in a sealer veil of leaves and gloom, yet the overall house was a pleasant area to linger within. Maybe that was why many people had avoided the house over the years...just the outer look of it all. Smiling timidly toward Jack as she walked along, her hands slowly braced themselves once more over her chest in a crossed fashion. "I suppose a thanks is in order...for you walking me" She admitted, grinning weakly. Great. Now for the thanking...something Ivory always found a painful and difficult task.

Thankfully she had not noticed his brief momentary lapse into his animalistic side. He wished now, more then ever, to be rid of his berserker element and to just be a normal person. But it was difficult when he had spent a large portion of his life murdering for pleasure. Now his life was far more reserved.
"It was a pleasure." He said in response to her thanks.
As he gazed into her eyes Jack realised that, minus the blood stains, he had grown to like her company. She was interesting to say the least and he had saved her life twice. Coincidence or was fate throwing them together for some bizarre reason? Jack liked to think that fate was involved and there was something more to be had from this union.
"You can thank me by joining me tomorrow." He said a smile. "You know of Merlots? Meet me there at eight PM."
Suddenly he realised he was almost glamoring her. He could feel the years of arranging meetings with potential dinner forcing him into a routine of meeting a woman, glamoring her, then eating later on. Of course he didn't want this to happen with Ivory. This was her choice to make and Jack would simply use his natural charm to convince her. "I mean, it's up to you of course, we just met after all and I don't know if I'd want to meet a stranger randomly again." He was speaking at a pace which only betrayed his nervous feelings at that time, the first time he had broken out of his usual brooding manner. This way of speaking to someone was strange, considering his usual methods over the past thousand years.

That timid smile seemed to remain on the base of Ivory's face as she continued along in a calm manner, foot fall seemingly more in control at last. Maybe clearness of a blurred vision and such did come natural for a human. In truth, the brunette had never remained conscious long enough to actually feel the blurring pass through her body until she simply felt weak. Each other time such a thing had happened; the petite girl would be out within minuets - even if she did happen to lunge upon her attacker in mid combat. That was her sadly, a young girl who leaped at actions she never thought about. Thus, her high injury rate. Even comments seemed to make the brunette snap sometimes. Obviously natural of course.
Softly adjusting her tangled locks to at least seem presentable once walking into that sweet musky smell her home held so naturally, Ivory's eyes captured Jack's brightly, shy. Smiling weakly, she found her eyes widening some what in disbelief alongside amusement. Was...he asking for her company? Chuckling weakly as his nerves seemed to backfire within his cool domain of persona, Ivory nodded some what and glanced behind her as if only a young girl again. Voice quiet and gentle, she slowly rubbed her shoulder before answering in a quiet, harmonic tone. "...I'd be happy to" She laughed, but bit into her lip weakly at a minor Delmar. "Unfortunatly...I don't get off work until nine" She began, smiling all the more strained as she glanced toward him.
"So...about nine fifteen? If that's fine with you" Ivory's voice seemed to brighten some what as her own nerves added a boost of energy to her dull and musical tone, her head tilting some what as her palms finally traced the lingering fence that belonged to her house. So quick? The tree's shade was indeed dubious and unique, her eyes slowly flickering from the male beside her to the glory this emerald source held. So pretty... "If you like, you can consider it me paying you back?" She offered in a gentle tone, eyes gracing each and every area of the tree in curious instinct; despite having seen it many times before.
A soft barking reached her ears when her hands let go of the fence, eyes glimmering in joy as she ungracefully bent over the fence, a giggle erupting as her only favored mutt attacked her face with dog like kisses. Giggling all the more, she glanced back to Jack - aware of the embarrassing flush forming on her thin set cheeks. "I irm...thanks again" She exclaimed weakly, the dog perching its paws upon the fence to allow it sight to the stranger. Deep black eyes locked on Jack, Ivory's fingers intertwining within its fur. "Kane, meet Jack...jack, meet Kane" She smiled faintly tooth filled, unsure to why the mutt had suddenly hid its head within her side. Deary me.
