Paintballing (J/H/S/L/K)

"Well lets stick together then, but one of us should be a distraction while the other goes for the flag. I don't know what the other's are planning but it is kind of exciting isn't it?"

Sam had to admit it was kind of exciting. The thrill of the hunt and the chase. Not quite as good as shifting into a dog and running the fields. But it was good enough. Sharing the experience with a pretty girl only added to the fun.

The bell sounded to signify the beginning of the game and he ran alongside Brandy. He had to follow her lead or he'd be lost completely and no doubt lose them the game, and he'd be d*mn ed if he was going to let that happen. Jason Stackhouse would never let him live it down.

Sam's shifter senses picked up something up ahead. Someone of two-nature was definetly nearby. Before he had a chance to speak up, Brandy put her hand up and he stopped in his tracks. A rustling in a large bush nearby alerted Sam and he tensed up completely. This wasn't just a shifter, this was a Werewolf.

Sam watched, eyes wide as the huge wolf began to vibrate and growl. It was mid-transformation back into it's human form. A female human form, as naked as the day she was born. Though it's kinda hard to shift into anything fully clothed. You learn quickly to lose your modesty as a Shifter.

The female stood upright, her long hair flowing down her back in waves of dark brown. She was tall and slim, with a hint of curvaceousness. Sam couldn't believe his eyes.

"What the hell.. Summer?!"

Brandy echoed Sam's thoughts, externally. In the chaos of there discovery, Sam squeezed down on the trigger of his paintball gun.

SPLAT!

Sam winced as he realised just exactly what he'd done.

"Time to fork it over, then." Her tone playfully joked, where as both set of hands reached for the cooler. Being that she REALLY wanted to help, even if it was the smallest of tasks. Carrying the cooler for example, within that note and smiled. [Though, it was kind of heavy]. She wasn't going to lie, it would take a little getting used to, but nothing she couldn't handle. Really, it was no biggie as she trekked along before setting it down for a moment. Blinking whenever Jason spoke about getting "dolled up," now that was something: In which she had to chuckle at. Oh, not to mention being called "pretty." She didn't really feel so, "Naw, but I'll take it. Wouldn't want paint in my eye."

That didn't sound pleasing at all and reached for one of the masks. Remembering that it was just paint, if it happened to get on anything; but it could drip down. At least the mask would be some protection! "We can pull the Rambo-thing off, yah think?" Shaking her forehead, it actually felt like being in a movie; akin to it. Winner take all, look cool while having fun. Gently, she rubbed her palms together, wondering who they would encounter first!

Haylee was a fun girl and he couldn't remember the last time he just tried to be friends with a girl. So far, he liked it, he might like more later but for now this was just fine for him.

He laughed when she asked about Rambo. "Girl, I don't think even the dumbest guy around could mistake you for Rambo...however you can definitely pull off the incognito look." He slipped his mask on and put down his chairs and cooler in the spot where BB and Sam had been.

"Where did those a-holes run off to? Dang, now all the good spots will be taken." He looked around and found a group of trees that had plenty of cover. He grabbed Haylee's hand. "Found our spot, lets get moving before we get hit."

SPLAT!!

Splat?!!

Brandy's eyes widened, a slow-motion moment that felt like it had lasted a lifetime. Did he just do what she thought he did? Oh the pain, it started out slowly because of the initial shock but holy $hit did her @ss burn!!

"Sam!! Oh my god!! What the F!CK !??!"

Brandy was staring at the red-shaped welt on her back side, perfectly circled and staring at her like a bullseye. The pain seemed to increase the more she looked at it. Like it was taunting her.

"Ow.. ow.. OW!!!"

Now she was squatting, and then standing, and then squatting again as she shot a glare at Sam. She knew it was an accident, but d@mn did it ever sting like a motherf*cker. Why did she have to include that -25 points for hitting your own partner rule?

"Summer - I'll see you tomorrow. Your secret is safe with me, but unfortunately this bruise isn't going to be"

Brandy rose her gun in the air, as if to say "I'm fine, I'm Fine" and began to limp away. It was so tempting to just turn around and pop Sam one' right in the knee. Unfortunately they had a game to play.


"You Sam, are soooo friggin' lucky I like you so much right now."

"Probably not long" Kyle said in answer to Lafayettes question of how long before they start shooting. "We should probably find a good vantage point. Somewhere were we are hidden, or partially hidden, from view but that also lets us be able to snipe anyone else off with ease..." He trailed off, looking around himself for such a place. Up in the trees would be the best - they may not think that they would climb up there so that would give him and Lafayette an advantage...

[Lafayette Reynolds]

Lafayette nodded. "Yeah." He said looking up in the trees too. He hung his gun over his shoulder, the right way this time and turned around. So far, they were alone. "We's better get up there." He turned back towards Kyle, looking towards the trees again. He began to walk forward and then stopped right in front of a tree, placing his hands on his hips. "How we's get down if they's see us?" He realized, looking down from the trees and past them.
