Thankfully this evening she was not working the entrance. In her pale green pencil skirt and matching twin set she felt much more at ease. All of her jewelry was gold and she was able to match with a pair of stunning gold stilettos.
However she was on the table tonight for one on one time with anyone who had big enough pockets. Pam smirked, she couldn't just let anyone have her time.
Pam did a scan of the crowd and her eyebrows shot up to see Kyle at the bar. Obviously the man at the door would have to be fired, the child wasn't even old enough to drink.
Pam was pleased to see him and was glad he decided to take her up on her offer. She glided over to him almost elated. "Kyle! My, my this is a pleasant surprise! What are you doing over in poor man's land? I have a booth that is on reserve especially for you!"
Eric always had a few tables open in case they had a few unannounced guests or V.I.P.'s and she would give Kyle one of those since he wasn't paying.
"Pam! Thank the gods a familiar face. And...you have a booth already? You didn't even know I was coming tonight."
"Sweetling, we never know who might show up unannounced, we must always be prepared. Besides, half the vampires here are looking at you like you are a tasty side dish. We don't allow drinking humans at this bar...that doesn't mean some won't try."
Pam could hear him following behind her as she lead him to a booth up front near Eric's seat. Kyle should feel extremely honored for this acknowledgment.

Kyle was glad for Pam's presence. A familiar face...hopefully one that wouldn't try to take a suck out of him (in the bad way). Pam's words, warning?, shocked him. True, it was against the law to drink off of humans, well, unwilling humans anyway, but still, he was surprised that some would try it on before they even got to know anything about him. Suppose they were like most usualy club goers - after only one thing, well, maybe two things, at once.
Kyle kept following her, not sure where she was taking him but, strangely, trusting her that she won't lead him into a vampires nest. If she was gonna do that Kyle believed that she would have said so. She wasn't the type to subtle and manipulative. She was open, blunt, and brutally honest. "So ahm, How's your night been?" Stupid, dunbass question, but he couldn't think of anything else to say as he dodged the bodies of the other clubbers, whether they be warm or cold bodies.

"Same crowd, different day, mostly I have to fend off the humans with a stick. I hate forward humans. The chase is gone and my moral goes down. I think if it were possible I would be depressed."
Pam smiled at Kyle. She was joking of course but she felt he needed to be teased for a moment. "So how goes things with you and yours? You find anyone interesting to spend your nights with?"

Kyle laughed at Pam's 'I think if it were possible I would be depressed' comment. The reality of it wasn't funny, but the words and her tone just made him laugh.
He shrugged at her question, "Different stuff. I've ran into a few other witches, I sometimes hang around with Jessica...you know, Bill Compton's...daughter?...And, well, there's a werewolf that I like spending time with too. Oh, and I'm working at Merlotte's now. Need some money" He said, kinda blabbering on as he dodged arond more bodies. He knew it was a club and that there would be people there, but having to move around people just irkes him somehow. He just wants to shove them outta the way, but then that would cause a stir

Pam leaned forward and sniffed him. Ugh, he was right, there was dog all over him. Maybe she was slacking in her old age...
"If you need money darling all you need to do is ask. I have oodles of it...I wouldn't mind sharing with a friend..." Friends to vampires were very rare and she knew that being friends with a witch would be better than being enemies for one.
"If you don't like gifts, I am sure you could do an odd job for me here and there...it would be much more lucrative than being, what a bus boy at the shifter's place?"

Kyle kind of stiffened when she sniffed him, not knowing that she was doing it to smell Henry on him. "Ahm, thanks but I could'nt just take money off you, though these odd jobs sound intriguing. And at Merlotte's I work in the kitchen with Lafayette but...wait...what do you mean 'shifters place'?" He understood that a shifter implied shapeshifter, something like a werecreature. But...did she mean that Sam was one?!

Pam stiffened. Well poop, she thought that since Kyle was doing something with a were he would certainly know about Sam Merlotte. "It's nothing. He just seems to play with dogs a lot, like yourself." She always felt wistful around Kyle and that seemed to make her a little more vulnerable. "If you change your mind or if you are ever in a pinch, just give me a call. My assistant should be able to help you out during the day." Pam handed Kyle two different business cards. One had her cell number on it and the other was her recently acquired play thing Sasha. Sasha and Ahmose still made her very curious.

Kyle didn't believe Pam's reply, it was just too...simple. But he kept his mouth closed, filing that piece of information away for later. Maybe he would just come out and ask Sam about it. He took the two business cards and slipped them into his back pocket. "Thanks. I'll do that. What jobs could you want me to do?" He asked, curious. If they weren't too...bad...he supposed he could earn a few more bucks.

Pam took a sip of the "magical" True Blood that had appeared in front of her. She smiled at her friend and loved his forwardness. It was always so refreshing to have someone who would tell you how they felt with out hesitation. Most humans didn't have this capability.
"Nothing life threatening, maybe run an arrand for me here or there when Sasha isn't available. I know you are still green but if your skill were to advance and I needed some sort of protection spell or a keep out spell...what ever you are able to do."
Pam honestly would love to have Kyle's company and if she hadn't just hired Sasha she would have nearly insisted that Kyle be her employee. No one should ever have to beg a shifter for money after all.

Kyle bit his lip, nodding absently as he thought her words over. "Well...I'm not the most proficient in protection spells, but sure, anytime you need any magical help I'll give it shot. And what would these 'errands' entail. Errands is an umbrella term for a lot of things" Meh, money's moneys, and he was sure these errands wouldn't be anything too strenuous, thankfully. Everyone else would probably warn him against working for/with a vampire, but Pam was dead on, so no biggie.

Pam leaned back and attempted to look thoughtful...it had been years since she tried to act human...not that she would forget it was just a hard thing to get back into.
"That is exactly why I used the term. It can mean a number of many things, I suppose it would depend on what I needed and how quickly you could get it done. We save the "creepy" jobs for ourselves...more fun that way."
She finished off her True Blood and asked for another. Pam had been a little busy in the bedroom department and needed to stock up on her supply. It was a big mood killer to stop in the middle to get something.
"So tell me Kyle, this dog that you play with...are you serious about him? Does he please you often?" Pam was trying desperately to bring out her humanity but tonight she was severely lacking.

Kyle laughed a little at Pam's 'we save the "creepy" jobs for ourselves...more fun that way'. The reality of it wasn't humorous, but the wawy Pam said it was. "Sure, as long as they aren't dangerous I shouldn't mind."
Pam finished off her TruBlood, Kyle still not knowing where they were going exactly. "Dog..Oh, Henry. Don't call him that. We've only just started going out so 'pleasing me often' would kinda be rushing into things"

"Dog..Oh, Henry. Don't call him that. We've only just started going out so 'pleasing me often' would kinda be rushing into things"
Pam inclined her head. "Sorry...It's a bad habit...mostly the name is for the smell, they smell just like puppies." She took a drink of her new True Blood. "That seems a little disappointing, as a human I would think you would want to be 'pleasing' as often as you could. Your life is short and eventually you will pass..."
She really wasn't trying to be morbid, she just wanted Kyle to be satisfied and happy...which was a new feeling for her. Pam placed her hand on his. "I am feeling a little generous with advice tonight. Take my words with a grain of salt..."

Kyle's steps faltered a bit, not having expected Pam to give him...sex advice! "Ah, well, we've only seen each toehr a few times. I'm not the type to just jump into bed. I'm more...romantic than that" he said, shrugging. He didn't care what anyone thought, he wanted to be in a stable relationship before giving up that part of himself.
Deciding to turn the conversation away from him he asked Pam, "What about you? You got anyone on the go?"

Pam smiled and licked a drop of True Blood that stayed in the corner of her mouth.
"Oh yes, I have several. I have recently acquired a human girl, she is very funny and several new vampires who needed some one on one time with me."
Pam crossed her arms and laughed. "I am very popular lady, many men and woman long for my touch. Like I said, I have much power in Shreveport, all thanks to my master."
