"I can drink liquids, infact there are many vampires who still like to smell certain drinks that they had in their past. Some even try to drink it to blend in. I never really wanted to blend in though, I am generally what you would call a show stopper."
Pam glanced around the crowd tonight to see if anyone interesting had come in the bar besides her present company. She was the main security detail on duty after all. "Sometimes though it reacts to different humans blood in different ways and that makes for an exciting cocktail."

Kyle nodded along as she spoke, chiming in with a "Well, being normal is kinda boring" when she said about not wanting to blend in. And then when she had finished he continued on. "So...you can taste the wine or...booze, whatever, in their blood when, IF, you drink from them? Suppose it would add a bit of variety..." This topic was surprisingly interesting, even if it was a bit daunting.

"I wouldn't necessarily say I could taste the specific drink that they were consuming. It would be more like the blood has a little spice to it."
She prefered her humans to be clean before she fed off of them but Pam wasn't incredibly picky "Blood is blood unless they have ingested V, then that just ticks me off."

Kyle nodded slowly, "So...you can tell, taste, the V in their blood if they've taken some? That's handy" he didn't really know what else to say to that. Talking about V isn't something he would normally be doing out in the open like this, it's like talking about smack and coke in a human venue.

She waved her hand like it was no consequence. Everyone here knew what would happen if they did V anywhere on or around the premises. "It is common knowledge that humans are dumb enough to try to drain vampires. Talking about V and doing V are completely different animals. No one here will turn you into the police for gaining more knowledge about why V is the ultimate drug and why you should never touch it."

"Yeah, it's good to know about it, as long as you don't do it. But...well, wouldn't it be suicide to try and drain a vampire? I mean, unless the vampire was killed he, or she, would get revenge...right?" Kyle asked, suddenly feeling stupid for speaking the words out loud. It went without saying that if someone tried to drain his blood that Kyle would go after them for revenge, so it stood to reason that it would be the same for vampires, who could take their toll in blood too. And eye for an eye

"Precisely, it would be a suicide mission, one that you should never try and probably discourage all your friends from trying it. I know that what I would do to the person who tried to drain me wouldn't be just to them but to also the people they cared about. I am a vindictive little vampire..." She winked at Kyle. "There are some who would just take care of the problem quickly but I like my prey to learn a lesson before hand."

Kyle found himself agreeing with Pam. Though he didn't condone killing he knew he would be the same. While he wouldn't go after the family or loved ones of his victim he would want to really make them pay. Not just hurt them in return and be done with it, no, he would want them to really suffer, to really be remorseful of what they had done. And to be assured they wouldn't do it again. "I don't like the idea of killing, but I have to say that I would be the same" He said to the 'vindictive little vampire'.

She drank some more of the True Blood wishing Phoenix was here instead. Pam smirked at the comment Kyle made. "My, my, you have quite the temperament of a vampire Kyle. I had no idea how fiercely loyal you were or justice seeking."

"No, I'm not so noble. I'm loyal to my friends and those I love, but when it comes to revenge I'm just as vindictive as you. I'll take my 'pound of flesh', and then maybe a bit more. I'm fine until you piss me off" Kyle said, meaning each word. He was an easy going kind of guy, when his temper wasn't risen

"I stick to what I said earlier. You have the perfect attitude for a vampire. Most of the ruthless creatures of the night have been forged out of similar beliefs Kyle. I would watch out if I were you." She smiled calmly into her drink after she spoke.

Kyle smiled at Pam, assuming that here words about his temperment were a compliment...or something similar. But in reference to her end piece he said, "I can take care of myself. Granted I don't have the strength or the speed, but I have a few magicks that are effective" he said, leaving it open ended. Since the spells that would be effective would be effetive against vampires he didn't want to talk about them with her...it seemed tactless.

"Whatever you say dear..." She heard the beat of a familiar song pumping out of the speakers. "I can't say that the music of these current generations are very good but they aren't so bad either. Gives you something to sway to. Care to dance?"

Care to dance? What? With her? She said that the music at least gave her something to sway to...did she want them to sway together...ahm...okay. He would give it a shot, just not stand too close to her. "Ahm, okay. But I'm not an experienced dancer..." He said, putting it mildly. Basically, he has hardly ever danced before, all he knows is to sway his hips and flare his arms.

"Phooey, everyone can dance, it doesn't matter if it is good or bad as long as you are having fun! Besides, everyone here is almost too drunk to notice anything happening beyond their own face."
She pulled Kyle out into the middle of the dance floor and began to dip and twirl and sway her hips. Her arms began to writhe to the rhythm of the beat like they were being charmed. Pam tilted her head back and laughed with excitement. "See, its not hard as long as you have confidence."
